you dey mind the people just talking. These funds are safer with the banks and are liquid to the customers upon request. Every reactivated account gets instant value from banks. Now it will become a complete array of crisis managing these customers if their funds aren't released immediately. Increase the tax rate and reduce the number of taxes

1) housing tax- these is the main tax government should focus on... House owners ( my self included) should be made to pay 1.5% of the house value in tax yearly

So if your house is worth 50 million you pay 750k yearly

( let me see how u would pay that still vote based on tribal n religious sentiments

2) car road maintenance tax - car owners should be made to pay of 1% the value of the car per year for road maintenance

If it's commercial car 5% the value of the car

( again let me see how u would pay this and vote a none performing brother)

3) betting or lotto tax
All betting wining, casino winning, lottery winings should be taxed 45% minimum

4) income tax should get progressive

Company income tax should he lowed to 15%

For some time now, I have been thinking of getting sand in sacks and planting at my balcony.

This is not about being poor/rich.

I very well know a relatively rich woman who has a small garden at the back of her house that yields yams, plantain, tomatoes and pepper with other vegetables. Even though on a small scale, it provides food for her family and I feel the joy on her face when she posts the pictures.

Apart from the farms in the bush, people in the villages have small gardens at the back of their houses for things like Ugwu, garden egg, etc.

This is really no big deal, everything is not about politics. I'm not even a fan of this Government's policies
