We4all: Dude, take the money and give him the car back or go and sell the car to another buyer. Under no circumstances should you drive that car again or you may regret it.
As an after thought, I must confess that you were wrong for reneging on the agreement but your neighbor is also troublesome for trying to challenge you. It's obvious you guys don't have a cordial relationship or he wouldn't be acting this way. Well said |

laivwire: This is just like the Gazzuzz case back then.
Buyer fully paid for TV but didn't come to pick it up yet, seller got a better offer and sold the TV and offered to return money to buyer. Kolewerk.
As soon as full payment has been made, na transfer of ownership remain, nothing else. Exactly, that's how it should be. |

ExudeLoveToAll: Transaction has been completed without you even knowing.
If I was your neighbor, I will proceed to a court and have an injunction restraining you or anyone from driving that car until the suite has been entertained by the court to determine the legitimate owner of that vehicle.
Mind you this suit can take five years to determine, no issue will drive that vehicle and the good thing is that he already has his money back as a guarantee meaning he has nothing to loose in making life difficult for you as a dishonest business man.
An oral agreement is admissible in court mind you and he has bank transactions to corroborate his oral evidence. People like you who think you can repudiate an agreement when the other party has fully complied with the terms of the agreement should be taught shown a precedence so that you don't do it to other people in the future.
In your mind you are smart, you don't even know the buyer has lost money because of future value of money. That you find yourself in this predicament has nothing to do with the buyer, business has been completed and there is nothing you can do about it. No court will give you custody of that vehicle of this matter gets to court.
The best for you is to seek peaceful settlement outside of the court process else you will loose everywhere. Rightly said. Sadly in Naija we know dey understand agreement. Once e nor favor one party na how to renege from the agreement dem go dey find. |

MarketDispatch: Agreement is agreement...you kept his money and made it lose value in your account...give the man his Car since he didn't renege on the payment 3 Gbosas for you!!! OP unfortunately you didn't do your homework before entering into the agreement with him. OK imagine the opposite of this situation. Your neighbor sees a car cheaper than the car you have agreed to sell to him and he requests for his money back? How would you feel? Last last just settle him with a bit more money than he gave you to "die" di mata. |

MatthiasChin: In Nigeria today most people see marrying a white girl as a very risky thing.
owing to the fact that you may get divorced, your children may never come back to Nigeria and all of that....
But I'm of the belief that some countries have white women who are exceptionally loyal and cool headed, Brazil for example.
But yet I will like to here a firsthand experience story..
Sir please give us your candid advise...
Is it worth it, is it advisable like what's your experience? My first hand experience. When I met my oyinbo wife many years ago, na Keke I dey ride go work. No Naija babe gree look my face. Despite everything wey I put my Oyinbo wife through, we are now 3kids deep and still rocking. Some things when I don read for here maybe true, like the kids not wanting to stay in Naija but me sef I nor blame them. I mean if na you nko where you go wan dey?? In all it still depends |

elevated2: Great experience especially when with a lady from Eastern Europe. Overall it's a great experience for so many reasons. Lots of these white women have respect - Not talking about greeting you. They are usually emotional intelligent. If she loves your culture then she is all yours for real. Economically, they can lift you up because. One reason for that is they don't need to send their relatives money. You are on point with this. When I met my oyinbo wife many years ago, na Keke I dey ride go work. No Naija babe gree look my face. Despite everything wey I put my Oyinbo wife through, we are now 3kids deep and still rocking. oliverwrites: Tinubu is a known criminal but even though it is weird, it looks like he will do well for this country. He will definitely steal but he will do well from all indication.
Yes, naira is now 1400 to a dollar but that will be a lame way of analysing things. More than 75% of his steps so far has been good steps unlike Buhari.
I pray he succeeds as my success as a Nigerian is much more and better when the country succeeds. Every well meaning Nigerian citizen should be praying for the success of this administration. |

But if I'm bias cause you are my mother son, bro you know we are sinking together. We are in this until 2027. If things don't start getting better, then the common people should be ready to fight for a change in government. APC will not go down without a fight in 2027 even if they have performed badly up on till the 2027 elections. |

oliverwrites: I really don't understand you people that wish the country bad. What makes it worse is that 90% of you people earn in Nigeria. I earn in dollar, when there is inflation, my dollar gives me an edge or at worse cancels things out for me ( my buying power doesn't diminish ) but most of you people wishing hell on Nigeria earn in naira. Almost like putting fire to your one and only house with no escape route.
Quiet senseless if you ask me. I think what people are saying is that the government policies so far has no benefit to the common people and this is what most of them expected. I don't think anyone is praying for the government to fail. If the government fails then Nigeria fails and I believe nobody in Nigeria wants that to be the case. |

remsonik: 3 is fine,Nigeria we try to rush education for our kids without having to wait for their brains to develop well and have good intelligence.
That's why you see a 14 years old child in ss3 with no emotional intelligence, got admission into the university and misuses his brain to do bad and not good. I love the UK style, a child won't get into a class if he/she hasn't reach the expected age meant for the class. That's how it is in USA onless the child is exceptionally brilliant then they are moved to the the class their brain can carry. |

Akosxxx: Last week, I bought a laptop online from a popular UK-used computer selling outlet and due to the reviews I have read about them, I paid online too even before the product was delivered. What a mistake!
The laptop (hp pavilion dv3) was delivered, and to my surprise, a 5th generation core i5 laptop with 4gb RAM can't run Windows 10 even the Windows 8.1 currently installed lags like crazy.
I later asked them if I could add more money for upgrade and get a better laptop but they said NO that they don't do that.
All I wanted was a simple laptop that I can use to learn Data Analytics and my hopes has just been dashed. I'm just blank right now ☹️
Please do proper deligence if you must buy laptops online, check or ask for anything and everything before you pay o 🧏 Can you share the price you bought it for so that we can possibly learn more about what we buy based on how much it cost? |

Business › Re: The Reason Why Fuel Price And Naira Value Keep Going Haywire And The Solution by Mandem2: 6:30am On Oct 07, 2023 |
NutritionGuru: Everyone that has carefully observed those that have proven their unjustified passionate hatred against the President before, during and after Election knows that these incorrigible Souls that are being eaten up inside by Cancerous Envy would stop at nothing to ensure that President Tinubu fails. It is also quite unfortunate that the President has not been melting out equal Passionate Hatred upon them, he has not been using his Supreme President Power to mercilessly Crush them as he urgently needs to do because his enemies have proven beyond all reasonable doubts that they would never Repent and that his downfall his the only thing that would give them Joy.
Intelligent Nigerians have now woken up to the fact that there have been carefully orchestrated deliberate efforts to ensure Tinubu Presidency fails. A particular set of people that passionately hate that Tinubu became the President, against all Odds and despite all the huddles, are the ones that has been worked behind the scene to carefully mastermind and impose the current Hardship upon innocent Nigerians for rejecting them at the polls. They are the ones Celebrating the current Economic Quagmire that innocent Nigerians are facing which actually they carefully Orchestrated using their Leading Agents that Tops NNPC as Major Importers and Price Determiners (of cause, their Tribe are the largest Business People in the Country) and they are same Marketers that keep unjustly unprecedentedly Wickedly increasing Fuel Price to frustrate Nigerians into unavoidably hating President Tinubu
They've also been pushing Atiku (their Partner in crime against indigenous Nigerians) and his "Born-to-Rule folks" (that for almost a Century have maintained Stranglehold on the massive Nigerian Bureau de Change Industry) to make Naira worthless by Creating unprecedented shocking Artificial FOREX Scarcity. If you doubt the 2 facts above, then read below to fully uncover these masked forces that are only good in Pretending that they love Nigeria whenever they want to hijack Power which they intend to use to trample upon all other Nigerian Tirbes that they have always boasted that they are Superior to. Complete Domination is their ulterior Agenda, and hundreds of Millions of Nigerians have known this, this is why we vehemently resisted them from taking over during the last election
The most shocking thing about these incorrigibly wickedly-minded lots is that they are always so much ready to see all Nigerians suffer again and again just to be able to tell Nigerians that "We told you so! We said it that Tinubu is a no gooder!" They are doing everything to ensure the President fails just so they can celebrate the fruit of the self-destructive Hatred for Tinubu(and Yorubas who they so much hate to see on Top).
All the Truths is Obvious to every intelligent Nigerians by now with the way they couldn't hide their use of Atiku Links against President Tinubu. All intelligent Nigerians that have been obeserving have since understood what is happening! The frantic Efforts to Sabotage Tinubu Presidency is very Real! But ALMIGHTY GOD that shamed their satanic Gang up against innocent Nigerians during the Election shall shame them again and Help Tinubu to make Life comfortable for every Nigerians for the rest of his Presidential Administration. He should just focus on massively encouraging the Youths to go into Agriculture, all the next Palliative Monies should be Pumped into building modern Agricultural Farms/Settlements in Villages for Educated and uneducated Youths and financially entice Large % Percentage of Youths to go into Farming.
They have been doing all these wickedness without any heart of Pity to the Anti-Humanity hardship Effects it has on innocent Nigerians just as the one they encouraged Emefiele to impose on Nigerians before Tinubu Won. One would have thought they would have a little of Humanity kindness in them that would have make them change their mindset for the Greater good of Niegria and for the sake of all Nigerians after Tinubu Won, but no, they became worse in their Evil Wish, Negative Energy and ignoble Campaign of Calumny as their powerful Distraction Weapon to Ensure that President Tinubu would not be able to Concentrate and Focus of delivering the Dividends of Democracy to innocent Nigerians. It is quite unfortunate that as their evil Campaigns affected Nigeria negatively during their reign of using Emefiele to financially Terrorize Nigerians, it is still working now with the kind of Buzz, Publicity and their Negative Encouragement of everything and anything that would make Tinubu Presidency to fail.
The completely unnecessary Attacks that fellow Southerner Peter Obi has endlessly enviously launched out against Tinubu (and later encouraged Atiku to do same) has immensely Prevented the President in focusing on his Goal of tuning Nigeria to an Industrialized and Prosperous Nation. No other President has been so much enviously disturbed with very much unnecessarily dragging and counter-productive litigations that every right-thinking persons knows would amount to absolutely Nothing!
Most pathetic and saddening is the fact that Obedients are self-destructively boasting that they also know that their effort on the CSU Certificate Saga and their other pull-him-down-at-all-Cost self-destructive Syndrome are not likely to remove the President but the thought that at least they are making Tinubu suffer mental-Trauma is giving them cloud 9 Orgasm daily. I wonder the kind of incurablly Envious heart that just derives so much Pleasure in knowing that even though they can Not pull you down, but making you to become unable to Focus on fully Achieving your desired Goal and Greatness gives them boundless Joy. Unlike all the Past Nigerian Presidentals, it should be noted that Tinubu was already a Multi-Billionaire in Dollars before becoming President. So, the Greatest Achievement he desires is for his Name to be Printed in Gold as the President that brought Nigeria out of Poverty into becoming a truly Wealthy Nation and internationally Respected Giant of Africa.
Truth be told, nobody is Perfect, not even you reading this right now. And non of us is superhuman, so the wicked endless Campaign of Calumny that was supposed to have long ended after Tinubu became President would affect the mental Prowess of even the Strongest Humanbeing on Earth. We all concluded that the enemies of the President on whose Shoulder the Well-being of Nigeria currently lays are actually directly or indirectly the enemies of all Nigerians because whatever efforts that are making can Not remove the President but has greatly affected and reduced his Focus from his central Goal of delivering the Dividends of Democracy to Nigerians. It is 100% Guaranteed that the current State of Nigerian Economy and hardship would have been direct Opposite for improved Standard of Living for all Nigerians by now if this unnecessary Negative Energy of Distractions have been unselfishly used Positively to Support and Help the President to Achieve a Great Prosperous Nigeria.
COPY and SHARE on all Social Media! So if I am to believe what I read my question is what is the Presidency doing to counter this so called sabotage of the government? Why is the so called cabal not being exposed so that Nigerians know what is going on in our country? |

Omoawoke: The biggest mistake was floating naira at the same time subsidy was removed. Nothing to check or balance the other. Both fuel price and naira will be dancing azonto. The govenrment need to be extra creative and find a way to solve this problem
I am Jagaban supporter but I never supported the floating of the naira from day one
Meanwhile
Some people like this mofo are irredeemably senseless Because your candidate did not win an election is no reason to wish your country fail and celebrate bad news. There’s something about the universe, you will eventually get what you wish one way or the other. The way you sniff around looking for bad news, that energy will locate you and bad news will eventually hit you. I asked myself sincerely, if obi had won and become president, would I because of that wish my country bad and hoping it fails? Of course no. There are times when you should know when to draw the line. Politics is one thing, hating your country is another. It's very unfortunate that bad governance is being equated to hating Nigeria. Ogbeni I think the writing is on the wall for everyone to see about the current government. I personally I am hoping it gets better but....... |
