Legal Support Training Center (LSTC) is a Lagos State Project under The Lagos State Ministry of Justice. It is managed by Equality Foundation Eng. LSTC is a vocational training instituition which trains willing individuals on Stenography and Court Reporting. The aim of the project is to enable court proceedings to be taken down real time i.e as they go on, in order to facilitate speedy trials.

The training is done at no cost to the individual and is carried out within a period of 12 to 18 months afterwhich if the candidate is successful, he/she gets deployed to work in a court in Lagos State or a parastatal in Lagos state.

@ Samrose, thanks alot. Yes I applied for recruitment and talent acquisition as experienced hire but I was told I would be recommended for training department because the lady who interviewed me felt I was more suited for Training since I more experience in training so I really don't know my fate. Anyway, I wish you all the best

If you are bei invited for an experienced hire position, it would be questions relating to your application. Is this your first assessment with them? And when did you do your application?

Please is this the first time you are being called for assessment by HCDC or have you done any previous tests? If it's your first you do a short technical test of about 15 minutes and then a one on one interview

@ Ozoor1: when the invitation for the interview is sent to you, the position would be mentioned. Please when did you do your application?

@ dre30: They have an MD and executive directors. I've not heard of a GM. Please was anybody called for 2nd stage position for their training department or for the position of team member recruitment and talent acquisition?

@ Reporter n all his fellow arm chair critics. I wld advice dat u refrain 4rm trivailizing an experience u weren't part of. I wld suggest dat u simply respect how the Ibos feel abt d war it was a painful experience 4 all of dem n I agree dat the ideals dat started d war probably didn't c it thru its end but it was an experience dat all Ibos past present n future wld never 4get n I really don't think its fair u n ur gang of arm chair critics to sit critise an experience dat u weren't part of. Wat I usually do 4 parts of meat shaki, cow leg n others is dat I add a little glutamate just as I have brought d meat 4rm d mkt. Den I boil it 4 a period. After 10 to 15 minutes, I wash of the glutamate of the meat and den u can spice it. Do not spice until u have initially boild with glutamate n washed off the glutamate.

I tried not 2 play hard 2 get n guess wat? A few months down d line he told me wanted space. Bottom liner, he dumped me
