I just discovered recently that you people has programmed the spin and win reel in a manner that seems deceptive to online customers who use it like me.
When one spins, it chooses but only number 2 & 4 which was not like that before.
Previously, when one spins it picks the number at random and possibly give you a big number between 40, 20 & 10. Which was fair.
The manner you programmed the reel of spin & win is purely deceptive.
Is on this note that I am saying bet9ja should be fair enough for it to be a game of luck. That means it should be allowed to spin freely without forcing it to stop on small number thereby cheating and deceiving on customers.

Have you gotten back your money reversed? Please let me know because that's what happened to me on 19th October, 2019.

Fidelity Bank has not reverse N50,000 transfer I initiated using it ATM machine and card to transfer to First bank since 19th October,2019. Saturday last week.
We have lodged complaint on Monday, Tuesday & Friday to the bank and have not gotten a reversal after all the promises by the customer service unit.
Pls how do I go about this again? Your kind advice.
