exactly my brother,many are regretting their actions in prison on some things they can ignore, some are in critical condition in hospital due to some things like that that they can avoid,My experience in accident and emergency department of UCH has thought me alot of lessons,I av seen some one who spent 1year on hospital bed in U CH for just separating a fight.
