I agree with Efemena's response to an extent.
Dami Paul, parenting definitely goes beyond living in a good house etc. I belive it is the duty of both parents to bring up the child/ren, e.g when a child is being disciplined by either the mother or father the other party should trust that it is being done for the child's good and not question the correction except of course it is too harsh, even at that, it should not be done in the presence of the child.
Both parents also need to realise that there is no chore for the child that is solely the responsibility of a particular parent. Eg, it should not solely be the mother's responsibility to make sure the child has his bath on time or changes his/her diapers when soiled; but how many Nigerian men living in Nigeria can honestly say they know how to change diapers? Very sad!

@Dudugirl, SMA progress is a good follow up milk. That's what I used for my son till he got to a year and I started him on peak 123.
@Ayobarmy, kids are different. I started my son on Birds custard from 6 months,he didn't stool or vomit though I made it watery.

So I got to the hospital last night and confirmed I was in labour. Contractions started getting heavier and closer together. To God be the glory, I gave birth to a baby girl weighing 4.5kg by 10am today.

Hello house, so my EDD is 19th August but I've been having cramp like pains all day, even had to leave the office early. I'm not too sure but I think I'm contracting so I'm heading to the hospital now, I need all the prayers I can get. Hope to share my good news soon.

Mogbomoya, we are birth buddies. I was 37 weeks yesterday, I'm just so tired of this huge weight on my waist and pelvic. I have made up my mind that once I am officially 38 weeks I'll throw in the towel, cannot wait to deliver and be myself again.

Blank dear, i want to agree with mightlove. My first baby weighed 3.8kg and my tummy was not so huge, infact people kept on telling me i would have a small baby bla bla bla. With this second one my stomach is huge, but surprisingly, my baby is not so big according to a scan i did at 35 weeks! I am not bothered as i know babies tend to blow up after their first month of delivery. Do take care and be healthy. Cheers.

Ednutey, I do not know about you but for me palm wine actually dried me up. Yes, I lactated better for a few days but got dry again. I immediately stopped the wine and continued with my pap and kunu.

Ayobarmy again from experience low bosom milk could be as a result of the mother either not eating well or resting properly. What helped me was watery pap with milk as well as kunu. Hope that helps, cheers.

Hi Bikay, i am in the same position as you, as in 30 weeks and sitting down all day. Like you too, i also drive to work and back and i do not think there's anything wrong with it; infact for my first baby, i drove myself to the hospital during labour! My husband travelled just that morning and i live alone, luckily it was a sunday so traffic was mild.

@Baby,for my 1st pregnancy I had horrible recurring headaches and also thought it was my bp but it was not. What I did was to rest a lot,drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits. I feel you on the no sex thing. In my 1st pregnancy I could not get enough of s*x I was practically chasing my husband up and down but for this one, I cannot stand his kisses least of all his touch and worse still s*x! Go figure,lol
