Arsenal has been known for parading matured players that can win tournament and competitions, at least Wenger came to Arsenal to meet some matured players like Tony Adams, Martin Keown, Ray Parlour and some host of others, Even the arrival of Wenger he still had some matured players in his bidding like i said earlier so am so suprised where he got this mentality of building a team?

You can only build a team in terms of country level not club.
He really needs to get into the transfer market and get world class players and stop all this "Building of a team mentality" we don't need speculations on who we will sign and who we will not, we need people that can move the team ahead.
Just three players of class can do that.
1. A sharp attacker that will take the place of Adeboyor when he goes for the cup of nations, someone sharper than himself.
2. A talented midfielder with the ability to manover defenders. e.g Christiano Ronaldo.
3. A good center back that will partner W.Gallas when K.Toure goes for the cup of nations.
4. Keeper (which i think we already have right now.

That's all we need.
