I stand to be corrected. If I may write, SARS is a part of the police (in which some of its officers also act with impunity) and SARS is meant to operate like its US counterpart called, SWAT. So, I don't support the end to SARS because the police will still absorbs those bad eggs in SARS. What we should be calling for is total reform of the entire police system; purge the police of those bad eggs and implement the police reform laws.
