zoom007: nonsense write up, when barca went trophy less two seasons ago, beaten all round by bayern, you did not write your brainless article. for your information i'm a barca fan but this is the same coach that broke barcas dominance in laliga and laid a template for countering tiKi taka. Just say u hate mourinho for his achievements. He is the best coach in the past 15years of football so when he talks on management professors in business schools listens continue to deceive ursef by sayn dat he is d best coach in d past 15years. Career › Re: 7 Ways Low Income Earners Can Make The Most Out Of Their Earnings. by mart2k(m): 8:47pm On Nov 12, 2015 |
Datevilme: It is a known fact that a substantial percentage of Nigerian Graduates are Unemployed, and from the few that do have jobs, many of them are underemployed and payed stipends that barely see them through to the end of the month. Here are 10 ways you can maximize your low income.
1. Cut your cloth according to your material. Acknowledge the fact that you earn a low income, don't spend above your means. Minimize your spending as much as possible. Bare in mind that your current status is only for a while, you will blow eventually.
2. Try as much as possible to ensure you do not spend too much on transportation. Transportation as we all know takes up a great chunk of ones earnings most of the time. If possible find someone who owns a car and plies your office route, and tag along with them. You have to be jovial, and make them like you, so that you wont be a burden, but rather good company.
3. If you are ever going to break out of your tight financial situation, and not be the type of person who lives from hand to mouth, you need to develop a culture of saving, yes! you need to save. No matter how little, you can make up your mind to save between 10 and 20 percent of your earnings. In the event that you lose your job, or an emergency comes up, you will have something to fall back on.
4. Pay your Tithe and Give cheerfully. The saying "Givers Never Lack" is one of the most accurate sayings ever. Try it and you will be surprised, it works like magic!
5. Dedicate a Fraction of your stipends to self development. Your chances of getting a better paying job will definitely increase if you have more skills, certifications, etc.
6. Check your Relationships!! Guys, is your girlfriend milking you dry? Girls, is your boyfriend feeding of you continously? The hard truth is that if you are going to move ahead, you need to cut off those that are constantly pulling you back. If they truly cared about you, they wont keep demanding, knowing fully well you don't earn that much.
7. Feel free to add up... But u ought to tell us first d set of pple dat fall into dis category b4 u proceed to lecture us on d topic. Incase u dnt understnd me, wat I mean is dat u need to tell us d amount of money dat cud b referred as low income. Thanks |
Politics › Re: Buhari Has Indirectly Made Fashola His Second In Command by mart2k(m): 8:34pm On Nov 12, 2015 |
firstEVA: With the appointment of Babatunde Fashola as Minister for Power, Works and Housing, it is very clear that the president has so much confidence in Fashola, I am tempted to conclude that if not for the negative response which would have greeted a muslim/muslim ticket for presidency, Buhari would have picked Fashola as running mate. This is his own smart way of making Fashola his second in command. Osibanjo is just there like a piece of ornament. Get small sense in jesus name. How cn sombody being a minister now turn to second in command just because he's overseeing 2 ministries. Mchew |

Sweetguy25: The protests are very necessary. It should be a wake up call to other tribes especially the Yorubas. Join the movement and demand for an emancipation from this slave hole called Nigeria. There is nothing to lose, Nigeria is already one of the worst countries in the world in terms of development. A new country or governmental system can't get any worse than this present one. REB3L: I was in Mr Biggs yesterday when I suddenly realized I desperately needed to mess, They were playing Don Jazzy’s Dorobucci. The music was really really loud, so I timed my mess with the beat of the music. I was releasing my mess alongside the music so that nobody would hear the sound of the mess although the mess was very loud too. When I finished, I started to feel better but I looked around and noticed that everybody in the restaurant frowned and was staring at me….. Why? Then I suddenly remembered that I was listening to the music with my ear-phone. I almost fainted!!! U ar very funny |
