[s]you are wrongly assuming again that a child crying means he wants to be with dad and NOT mum...instead of assuming that the child simply dont want to be separated from either parent. kids go where they have an easy way...so sometimes they will cry and want to be with daddy when mummy refuse to give them something, and then turn around and do the opposite when daddy refuse them something. thats what KIDS DO. i am in no way favoring women, i am favoring children, and as a father of 6, i certainly know that "such tears" usually means nothing worthy.
why would you question the mother's r/ship with the child?! would you do the same if child cries everytime they have to spend time at daddy's place? come on these are kids bro![/s]

you see the problem in this issue is people who are quick to blame the court system, instead of blaming themselves.
if these were MATURE/INTELLIGENT adults, then they wouldnt need the court to decide who gets the kids, and instead they would sit down and discuss the matter between themselves, and after reaching an agreement, they will present it to the court as what they have decided to do with their kids.
sadly, many are blaming the court for making the decision that THEY couldnt make on their own. how laughable!

there will always be a parent that feels that they are the losing party... but sadly, thats the difficult decision tha a judge must take.

I literally read these sorts of stories and much worse in a number of sub Reddits almost on a daily basis and I cringe. How fvcking dumb were those western men that they create laws which essentially make cats and dogs have more rights than them in a society they create with their sweat and blood.

Kinda don't feel sorry for them . No sympathy for simps and white Knights and I only visit those forums if I want a laugh.

I disagree. I do believe patriarchy and gynocentrism does exist but we can't say the court order was a case of gynocentrism with no proof. The boy is still young to know what's best for him,so consent of the boy is not the criteria. Kids my prefer to stay with toxic parents because they don't know the repercussions. So a child consent ain't the sole criteria.
You are yet to determine the reason the court gave the order so don't conclude.

I have seen with my eyes students been expelled because of pregnancy. I mean married ones.
some schools are yet to accept the new rule which is to allow pregnancy in school. The only thing I suggest might be of help is for him to provide evidence that she is wedded in church or mosque. Then both of them will go to the school authority to report that she is pepregnant and hear from her principal.
If the pricprincipal should find out by herself, she will leave the school. I have been there and I know what's up!
