Governor Okorocha Empowers Imo Youths With #350million To Mark Democracy Day

As part of his government democracy day celebration, Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha surprised many to giving 350 Imo state youths (selected from each of the local govt areas of the State), #1million each as part of his government youth empowerment program.

Surveys have shown that nearly 70 % of men pay attention to woman’s eyes first and only then to everything else. Don’t believe that it’s chest that men firstly pay attention to! It’s always easier for men to compliment woman’s eyes since women respond very approvingly to compliments about their eyes rather than other parts of the body.

There is also another stereotype that men like women with large childish eyes. I would tell that correct make up will do the trick! 4. Weight

Weight is one of those things most men notice about women. It may sound shallow, but it actually makes sense. You’ve probably heard that men prefer women with curves, but you still catch evaluating glances on your thighs and legs. These glances can make you doubt that you’re beautiful. But, he’s not judging you, he’s just noticing.

If you are starving yourself to death in order to be skinny, you can breathe with relief and quit it! Studies show that not all guys like skinny girls. So find your comfortable healthy weight and stick to it. Stop dieting! Eat healthy food, exercise and you will never have to bother about your weight. Men love some mystery about women, but half-naked body reveals all the secrets. A great sense of style can tell a lot about you, keep it in mind! Your perfume and makeup tell about your taste. Your heels and accessories reveal your lifestyle and sophistication. Your outfit shows your confidence and attitude to life. Don’t think that men are not aware of fashion and trends. They do notice everything. If needed, improve your sense of style to look and feel more confident.

In fact, there are other things most men usually notice/observe in a woman, such as her character( if she is a good woman), her habits, the kind of friends she keeps, and if she's a responsible type. All these are usually put into consideration by most guys when they are about to approach a woman for a relationship.

Then if the husband is taking care of all the bills (as the head of the family), then what role will his 'working class' wife be playing? What will she be doing with her salary/income? Things A Girl Shouldn't Tell A Guy She's Just Meeting & Hoping To Date

When meeting a new girl, there are things a guy shouldn't talk about or ask her...Especially anything that has to do with her past...for they say old things have passed away, and everything is now new (if she has indeed become a better person). And girls should also be mindful of the the things they talk about when starting a new relationship with a guy. Yeah, the guy might be eager or curious to know how you ve spent the last two or three years of your life. But you have the right to talk about it or not. And if he keeps insisting, my dear walk away. There is none without a past...the most important and relevant thing is NOW!

Written below are some of the things a girl shouldn't tell a guy she is about to date...

1. The No of Guys You've Dated In The Past: Biko, don't disclose such an information to him if he's the over sensitive type. Don't know why most guys are so curious to know the number of guys a girl has dated in the past...some might end up using the information to taunt the girl later should the relationship go south. So, don't disclose such information to him. You can talk about your past experience if you want to...but don't let anybody force you to.

2. The No Of Guys You've Slept With: This one is a No No...Some guys usually use such information to taunt the girl later. I ve seen cases like that. And once the number is on the high side, that girl will never be respected by the guy. So, don't ever disclose such an information, no matter what. That is part of your past, and as a result is no longer relevant.

3. If You Like Sex A Lot: There are girls who are sex freaks. They can have sex almost everyday. Well, that's who they are...but telling every guy you meet or that shows interest in you, that you love sex alot, wont do you any good! Dating a sex freak scares a lot of guys due to obvious reasons. Girls who like sex a lot are usually perceived to be loose and unfaithful. And no man wants to date or marry such a girl. He might enjoy having sex with you, but will never desire to marry you. Once he's ready to settle down, he'll simply go and look for a decent girl to marry, after enjoying himself with you. So be wise. Even if you like sex a lot, don't ever show it to the guy. You can even pretend (like some girls do) to dislike it. So as to pass yourself as a responsible girl... Every man wants a good girl. Keep all your sex expertise on hold while in a new relationship. And more importantly, try and work on your high libido for your own good. Sex no be food!

4. Don't Show You Like Money A Lot: Yeah, men don't like girls who love money so much or are too materialistic. They can date such a girl, but will never be committed to her. Even if you cant help it, don't ever display or confess your love for money to any guy. Its usually a turn off.

Like I used to say when starting a new relationship, the principle of ' Don't Ask, Don't Tell' should be applied/implemented by both parties. Its necessary. Cos when you are starting a new relationship, you are new, fresh and better than before...

Its a known fact, that there are girls who are usually shy to go to the supermarket and get sanitary pads for themselves. Such girls either send their younger ones or ask their mom to get it for them whenever they are on their period. And when doing that, they usually pretend to have forgotten to get the pad themselves or too tired to step out of the house. And if you are dating such a girl, you might also be required to buy sanitary pads for her from time to time. At least as a show of your love and care for her. But is it right for a guy to do that for his girlfriend? Cos I know there are guys who usually go to the grocery store regularly to get sanitary pads for their girlfriend without feeling ashamed or shy about it. But should a man be doing that for his girlfriend or wife? How will you feel as a girl, if your boyfriend doesn't mind getting you your sanitary pads...I know some girls wont mind. Well to me, there is no big deal about it. And there is no shame in going to the supermarket to get sanitary pads whether you are a guy or girl. Just do it!

Most naija brides usually don't buy the idea of supporting their groom (with some funds) to take care of their wedding expenses when they are about to get married. Most girls (including the working class ones) prefer to fold their arms and leave all the wedding expenses to their groom/husband to be, to take care of. But I thought love is all about sharing. So why leave your boo to bear the burden alone? A girl even said, she wont contribute her money to do her wedding if her fiance is not ready financially to do it. That she wont mind to wait until when he's capable to finance their wedding. Since its the duty of the groom to finance the wedding. Can you imagine. Naija girls eh!

Is It A Bad Thing For A Guy To Be Washing His Girlfriend/Wife's Clothes?

Washing clothes for your wife or girlfriend, is usually seen by a lot of guys as a demeaning thing to do as a man...And any guy that does it is perceived to be either a weakling or a woman wrapper. Or obsessed with the girl he's rendering such service to.

But come oh, don't girls do the same thing (wash, clean and cook join) freely for their guys? So why can't men do the same for their girlfriends or wives? If washing her undies is disgusting or shameful to do, you can at least wash her blouse, skirts, shirts and trousers naa (Lol).

Men and their ego.. But I know there are guys who do it for their girls, but deny it publicly.

As for me...hmmm, I don't know oh!

The idea of getting married and getting pregnant while in school is a No Go Area to some girls due to obvious reasons. But to me, its not a bad thing to do. Though its usually a bitter-sweet experience to be married and pregnant or be a nursing mother while in school, due to the stress and challenges that comes with it (multi-tasking)...but you wont cos of labour pains, decide not to get pregnant. I have friends who had similar experience while in school, but were able to get through it till they graduated from school. All I know is that, when you find yourself in such a situation (married and pregnant as a student), God will see you through...

If your boyfriend is not ready to marry or reluctant to commit, just let him know overtaken is allowed!

He came to me the other day, and complained about his wife change of attitude towards him.
