You don't have to shake the gas cylinder to know the level of its content. Just wet a side of the cylinder with water. After a while, the used top part will be dry and the lower part with gas will remain wet. The wet portion tells you the amount of gas left. Most times we shake our gas cylinders to check if it is finished or not. That is a very dangerous thing to do. It could be suicidal. Kindly share with friends and family *Pls Lalasticlala, Mods kindly move this post to front-page to pass the information to everybody and create more awareness

Its like a lot of girls don't like the idea of their boyfriends always coming around to see them in school (on campus). It makes some girls so uncomfortable. Mostly cos of how such would be seen by their friends in school. Or probably due to other reasons best known to them (you get what I mean) Some girls might feel the guy is trying to monitor them or prevent them from having fun on campus like other girls do. You know campus is where most girls unleash their real identity. And having a boyfriend policing them upandan is not something many would like at all... But what if the guy is only doing it out of love and care?

"When I Married My Husband, He Had Nothing. We Were Even Sleeping On The Floor - Mrs Jennifer Iheanacho, CEO Christy Bakery Mrs. Jennifer Iheanacho is the CEO of Christy Bakery & Foods, a fast growing pastry company in Lagos. Seeing her at first and seeing the beauty of her luxurious home and the number of businesses she operates as the CEO, one would think she was born with a silver spoon or married to an oil tycoon right from day one. Not knowing all she has been able to achieve presently weren't there at the beginning but gotten via hard work, true love & commitment and through the grace of God. Read her testimony below "When I met my husband and started wedding plans. he had nothing. He was even squatting with a friend. Then he rented a house, we were sleeping on bare floor, then he bought a mattress and television. We got married and today we live in our own house. It's 15 years now." Wow! Stories like this is what I call a true love story. A couple's rise from grass to grace as a result of their love, commitment and support for each other. Hope ladies of today will be able to learn a thing or two from such inspiring love stories when they are about to get married. Even if your boo doesn't have everything, your love and commitment to each other can take you two from glory to glory. like they say, Rome wasn't built in a day... And remember what its written in Proverbs 18:22, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord."

Seeing this post on facebook, got me really worried. The rate of infidelity in marriages nowadays is really scaring a lot of people. Imagine a married woman with kids, having an affair with married man. See how she's been named and shamed on social media. PS: The man and his lover are in the 2nd picture. While his wife is the one with him in the first picture.

There are girls who usually drool over macho guys with six packs and big muscles . While almost every guy wants to date and marry beautiful ladies with sexy curves . But what if your so called macho boo turns out to be violent and uses his muscle to beat/crush you rather than cuddle you. Or your super sexy wife cant cook at all, cant do anything nor give you any love and care. How will you feel, when you realized you've been fooled by his or her looks? Lets concentrate more on the substance, and not on the appearance alone. Cos looks they say, can fool anyone...

According to Nigerian girl, paying a small amount as bride price for a woman is seen as a demeaning act. Since it makes it look as if the bride is been given out as a 'dash' to her groom. And according to her, this is one of the reasons why most ladies prefer guys paying huge amount of money as bride price when coming to marry them...Cos no girl wants to look 'cheap' before the whole world...

Imagine you are talking to your girlfriend, and she's busy chatting with someone else (a guy) on her phone. What would you do? And what does her action towards the guy, implies? Cos when a girl start behaving like that towards her guy, then there is a problem somewhere.

Most times, a lot of people usually blame the mother of the baby whenever a baby is seen abandoned (in a gutter or waste bin) or thrown away. They feel the mother of the baby should have aborted the pregnancy rather than deliver the baby only to abandon it later...which to many is a cruel thing to do... But why put the whole blame on the mother of the baby? What about the guy/man responsible for her pregnancy? Who probably refuses to accept/take responsibility for the pregnancy, thereby putting the girl in a very tight situation. Most girls who abandon their baby, do so when they cant find help or support (especially from the father of the child) from anywhere. And abandoning the baby some where, becomes their only alternative. If many of them are able to get support or help, I don't think any of them would want to throw away their baby after carrying the child for 9 months in their womb, with all the stress involved. Guys who pregnate girls out of wedlock, should start acting a man...

This actually happened to a girl I know...The guy she was dating and hoping to marry, later dumped her to marry another girl, simply cos she wasn't a graduate then. She was really devastated and made her mind to get a degree by all means...which she eventually did...She later went to college to study nursing science and presently doing well in her profession. Don't know why a lot of 'conditions' are now attached to getting married. Most especially from ladies. Some girls wont agree to marry a guy if he's not a graduate or works either in a bank or oil company. Many prefer to wait till they eventually meet someone that has all the qualities or 'qualifications' they desire before getting married. Before, such attitude was only common with single ladies, but nowadays guys are now doing it. There are lots of guys that wont marry any girl that's not yet a graduate. They see that as a compulsory 'qualification' every girl must have before marrying her. But why is it like that these days...does having a degree or being a graduate makes a woman a good wife? We really need to do away with such a mentality. Going to school and acquiring a degree is important and necessary in our society presently. But using that as a criteria to choose a partner is not right.

This is what happens when you have a serious crush or madly inlove with someone that doesn't love you or feel anything for you...Rejection! Whenever you find yourself in such a situation, let him go, and try and find happiness elsewhere. This will help you forget about the pain/rejection.

Licking the toes of your boyfriend during pre-intimacy/sex...I know a lot of girls will be quick to condemn such act openly. But you and i know a lot of them enjoy doing it to their guys (behind closed doors), even without been told...

I can marry a guy who earns 100k a month and is doing other things(legit), to supplement his income. But I can't marry a man who earns 100k a month and is not doing anything to improve the situation... Naija girl Guess this is a wake up call to every naija guy out there. Don't relent. Even when you've made it to the top...the hustle continues.

Every weekend, you see both guys and kids playing football on every available pitch or street, displaying their Ronaldo and Lionel Messi flicks, tricks and skills, and scoring beautiful goals to the admiration of all. But yet, such zeal and passion hasn't been transferred to our national soccer teams, like the Brazilians, Argentines are doing. Cos I wonder why our national teams ain't doing well at international level (they ve become more of local champions), considering the great number of talented and skillful footballers we are blessed with in Nigeria...What's wrong with the system? What's wrong with our nation!

When You're In A 'Do me I Do You' Relationship/Marriage A tit for tat relationship is when both parties are not faithful to each other. When the other person decide to cheat(payback), simply cos his or her partner is also cheating on him or her. There are people who are in such a relationship. And they do such cos their commitment and love for the other person is not too strong. Any couple(married or dating) who find themselves in a tit for tat relationship to me, don't have any business been together in the first place. The fact that someone has done something unjust or dishonest is no justification for acting in a similar way. Two wrongs don't make a right. Cos you caught him/her cheating doesn't mean you should start doing the same thing (some girls are fond of doing this a lot). That's not an act of maturity at all. If you have a partner who is finding it difficult to be faithful or womanize a lot, if you cant tolerate or endure it, the right thing to do is to quit the relationship, and move on with your life... Don't get yourself stained or messed up cos of another person...

Why Do Men Get Married? - by Chinenye Some married men ehn, I honestly fear some of you. Infact I always wonder the bedroom and parlour the devil has preserved for you on the last day. It is obvious most of you don't understand what marriage is. And I wonder how you sleep at night with such wickedness. Most of you spend on outsiders and ignore your wife. Most of you respond to your extended family and fail to respond to your wife and her needs. Most of you take care of your girlfriends and abandon your wife at home. Most of you lie about not having money but shower different women with money. Tomorrow you'll use the same mouth to curse the government. You and the Nigerian politicians, tell me what's the difference? Some of you dress well and look good while your wife is looking worse than a slave. Another set are like gods in the church while their wives borrow to feed. How do you sleep? How do you feel? Isn't she someone's child? Because your wife is an orphan you choose to make her life miserable. What's her offence? Some of you go to the extent of not allowing her to work. Some of you even take her salary and decide how its spent. Some of you even take all the salary and make her beg you before you give her little allowance. Is it fair? What do you stand to gain? Where is your conscience? Does that make you a man? I wanted to buy yahuzee suya at Wuse 2 but the crowd was much and I left. I stopped at my junction to buy suya which I will use to drink garri. Waiting for my turn, his phone rang and this conversation went on Man: hello na wetin? Woman: abeg food no dey house. Man: I don tell you say I no get money. Make una drink water sleep Woman; I fit sleep like that but the children? Man: abeg no worry me. Hangs up........ I heard everything because he's using a China phone with a loud volume. Next thing, he tells the mallam, sell suya #200 for me. I was still waiting for my turn while I watched this man stand and eat the suya he bought. He paid while I took my suya. I watched him go to a woman and bought this sachet Chelsea drink, he gaggled and waited for keke napep which is to take people inside the street. Coincidentally we boarded same keke. He stopped and was waiting for his change when his kids ran out to shout "daddy don come". I was forced to come down as well. It was dark, his wife was petting the crying child while asking her husband what will they eat? He had the guts to say, me sef since morning I never chop. I was touched I was busy pricing roasted corn that I won't eat just to watch this man. I beckoned on the woman while he angrily went inside. I said, madam why your pikin dey cry like this? She smiled and said, no mind am she never grow to endure hunger. See as her elder ones don hawk water today and I use the money settle NEPA bill. Immediately I remembered when I and my elder sister hawked on the streets of Lagos due to poverty. I asked if she works? She said she sells fruits but the money she made the previous day was what she gave this her husband who said he needed transportation money to go to work. I took her to buy Indomie and eggs to make dinner. I wanted to give her the last cash with me but I remembered she will spend it on the selfish husband. If you know you're found guilty please try and change. What will it cost him to buy that suya and drink garri with his family? Marriage is not for everyone. If you're not ready to share or take care of your family then remain single. I hate wickedness. Jhoy has spoken

A Nigerian guy had the shock of his life the day he stumbled upon his girlfriend without any makeup on her face for the first time, just as she came out from the bathroom. He couldnt believe his eyes, since the girl was looking completely different facially. Guess , she has been concealing her original appearance and deceiving the guy with her beautiful make up face. A lot of Nigerian girls do this a lot. Many of them are makeup freaks. Especially those with complex issues. They alter or change their looks and appearance daily or permanently with all sorts of make up, getting their boo confused, and others amused. Its not wrong to apply makeup on your face, but overdoing it and looking more like someone wearing a mask, is not right. Be proud of yourself. When going out on a date or meeting a guy for the first time, Dont try to over impress him by overdoing your makeup. Let him see your real face. If he doesn't like it, let him go. Artificial can never be natural (same with makeup and love). The right guy for you, wil certainly love you just the way you are...

If your boyfriend is fond of starring at other girls alot either in your presence or when you are not there, will you consider such a guy a faithful partner? Is that not a sign of unfaithfulness (a womanizer)?

Most women believe its the duty of a man to provide for his home(wife & kids), while the woman sit down, fold her arms, watch telemunde and do nothing to support the home. Thought they say a woman is an helpmate to her husband...biko what is the meaning of that? Cos a lot of women are merely spectators in their marriage...who are not willing to do anything to support their husband. Most of the girls getting married nowadays are trophy wives...
|
Should your girlfriend try to make you feel jealous by flirting with another guy right in your presence, especially to pay you back for neglecting her or for not showing her much love. What would you do? Pay her back as well or make it up to her? You know girls naturally dont like being neglected or seen as less important. Some can go to any extent to prove (to their boyfriend) how desirable they can be to other guys, whenever they feel their boyfriends aint showing them much love or attention.

Heard a man and his wife are quarreling seriously over this issue, simply cos the man doesn't like bathing in the evening(especially after coming back from work). An habit his wife will not accept. Cos she feels its necessary for one to bath everynight before going to bed. But since the man has refused to comply, she says she will no longer sleep on the same bed with him....unless he start bathing every night. It is necessary for one to bath every night. And if your babe or your wife insist u must bath, even when u ain't comfortable with it, or too tired to go and bath...what will you do? Cos I know its not every guy that likes bathing before going to bed at night. So, should your babe insist you must bath before joining her in bed, what will you do? CC: Lalasticlala

Was opportuned to visit the state capital recently, and I must confess, Uyo is a fast developing and beautiful city. And even most parts of the state, (other communities) are also not let out when it comes to development. They have good roads, enjoy regular power supply and portable drinking water, compare to some states in the south Eastern part of Nigeria. Akwa Ibom, is indeed a fast developing state. And to add to the beauty of the state, their girls are also friendly and very approachable. Dem no de do yanga like other girls. Akwa girls are friendly and very attractive...

Been hearing that its so easy to 'catch' any akwa ibom girl you want. And was able to confirm it when I travelled to Uyo recently. Saw alot of beautiful and sexy looking akwa ibom girls walking upandan and shaking their bum bum to entice lustful men. And true to what I ve been hearing, getting a girl there is as simple as ABC...compare to girls from south east or south west, akwa ibom girls no de do shakara for guys. Just know the right lyrics to use, and she is yours for good. In fact, Na you go tire....

Can a girl still be enticed with food (by buying her pizza or sharwama regularly), by a guy in order to date her, in this time and age? Do such trick or move still works on girls? Cos i heard one can catch a girl just by buying her a pizza. And I saw someone trying to use the same trick to catch a fine girl this afternoon in my neighbourhood...
