I don't know what this OP is talking about. The services you mentioned shouldn't be carried out with cash.

Why can't a company pay into it's staff's bank accounts? Importers don't need physical cash, small businesses should make use of digital channels, Why do you guys don't want to move this country forward?

Was discussing with my former boss and she said her family of 6 is relocating to the UK and it'll cost them 40mil. Years ago I would have laughed and said that's a foolish decision but being that the Quality of Life is reducing in Nigeria on a daily basis, that seems to be the way forward.
