There are quite three phases to this story.

Let's start from this angle, if the oil worker guy had not been available during the period of antenatal and pregnancy care which is the first stage of every child survival, who knows the baby we are talking about today might have died due to lack of care or inability to pay hospital bills long ago. To even think that the oil worker has other kids, he has nothing to lose, rather the child might end up being destroyed considering the lifestyle of the father. Going forward, the lady can get a good lawyer and deny the yahoo guy the ownership of that child.

Lastly, how many of us would be willing to let our close relatives live under the roof of such a guy with questionable characters like history of Armed robbery, cultism and by extension, internet fraud? Any court of competent jurisdiction would deny him the child and restrict his access to the child. Which I'm certain he wouldn't have such effrontery to proceed to court as he already knows he could be arrested any moment.

Every human fervently pray and wish for a lifetime free of financial stress. We call it a guaranteed future. In all these, I have no reason to blame the lady. If she had not taken that decision, the child might probably be roaming the street uncared for as one of those Almajiris.

The question is, in the interest of the society and the innocent child, would anyone of us prefer seeing the child roaming the street, being exposed to all manner of sexual abuse or have her at a safe place irrespective who claims to answer her father.

Whatever secrets God has covered, no human should proceed or take any step exposing it.. If all these never expose anyone to danger or direct threat, let it be please.

For the northerners who reside in the north you can ask any of your family or friends living in Lagos and other South western states they will tell you how Yoruba are so friendly, loving and accommodating. Go to the state headquarter at Alausa ikeja you'll see igbos holding top position without any discrimination

Go to east and see how all positions are occupied completely by all igbos.

An average IGBOS are resentful, spiteful, hateful, bittered et al. They literally see themselves better, superior and more sophisticated than other tribes.

First of all do you think they can travel without that?
They have to travel with some proof of marriage even if it wasn’t issued by a court (but I’ll let y’all know now that depending on where they are going. Only a govt issued certificate is acceptable). Let say they do manage to go without a court cert but they offered some form of proof marriage, do you think she can’t use that same proof for whatever evil y’all think she’s planning to commit?

I think the problem here is in the how he intends to go about protecting himself. He could easier protect himself by signing a prenuptial agreement with his wife-to-be. But you and i know that traditional marriage here in Nigeria would not keep divorce from happening even from abroad, but it can keep her from leaving Nigeria with him. 1. Women generally will turn the tables around if a man asks for a 'prenuptial agreement' - that's for sure. Heck, most women won't even sign it. So the guy man is doing what he thinks is best.

2. Like I previously hinted, she may have given him vibes that would make him feel this way. No man will see absolutely loyalty in a woman and will want to insure himself especially in a country in Nigeria where family values are strong. But who knows if she has been given him 'feminist vibes' throughout the 6 years? You think even if he loves her, he won't want to insure himself? Nahhh.. Men are getting wiser.

If you guys want to travel out, chances are that he's aware of family laws over there that favours women and not men. But that's not the main issue because many Nigerian couples are still getting marriage documented before travelling out.

I think you or someone else may have subtly given him the idea of uncertainty of what will happen when he marries you and travels out with you. We've read stories about how Nigeria ladies go abroad and turn to lions in the household because of their family laws. Guy man wants to protect himself. Forget 6 years, women will still be women. I can't think of anything else than that. The solution is to give him an assurance of loyalty.

They need to shut down the school for being negligent and trying to cover up. They have been in the news before too for covering up a teacher that defiled a minor of two years.

Oboy. I dy envy people without dental issues o. My own na from Wisdom teeth to filling to professional cleaning, I don even tire.

Most of these dentists by the way are out to make money and not giving you lasting solution.
