Boss i don't really have that much idea about sira. I just know its a requirement for security job which is almost always available but it seems they dont employ Nigerians in ADh. I dont even know if you'd need EID card.

Call this people when you're through with this course. Usually, they say they dont recruit Nigerians. But i no 2 working with them. If they consider you they just send you out to less discrimininating areas

There's need for sponsor for UAE visa as far as you are a foreigner. It now depends on who your sponsor is, that sponsor is your agent, you no fit jump am. Sponsor may be an airline, or a bank, or a travel agency, or an agent, or a sub agent of an agent, or a sub sub agent of a sub agent of an agent, or a scammer, shior. Your sponsors can be greedy than each other though, which makes it more interesting.

PhD is the pick of anybody's academic achievement and you should be proud of that, MBA is a step back from where you are in my opinion.

I suggest you go through work routes and don't worry about the remaining one year, with your academic achievement + work experience your chances of landing another job is higher.

Indeed PhD is the peak.
But boss, an MBA however can become really handy in fast tracking to management and leadership positions. Pursuing one after a phd shouldn't be considered a retrogression.
