Where did you generate this absurd tale from? Come up with something reasonable to elicit appropriate responses. ![]() |
If you divorce once, you will most likely divorce again! Check and recheck your choice very well at the point of going into marriage. Once marriage is entered into with a wrong partner, from that moment on it is all about damage control. Simply put, rescue your future at the point of choice making. |
Do your best to rearrange this piece if you want to attract readership. It looks too clumsy for a read. Nobody wants to have their eyes strained and stretched over leisure information. |
Loveprotocol:Never force someone into marriage with you, never ever. You are trying to make it happen with your all. On the issue of visions and dreams, you should be extremely careful. I know a handful of folks with your kind of gift who still ended up with the wrong partner in marriage. When it comes to marriage, the devil uses everything he has to derail those who appear to be very spiritually sound, especially the ones with prophetic gifts. Watch well, dude. |

Since you are a Christian, I'll attempt to look at this from a faith and revelatory perspective. 1. Are you really sure that she is the one? There was a pastor that pressured a woman into marrying him even when she initially wasn't interested in the union. All because a well-known prophet (of blessed memory) and another prophet 'confirmed' that the said woman was the one. The said pastor died this year. He quit ministry out of frustration by the woman that was 'prophesied' for him. 2. Never force anyone into marriage with you even if it was GOD'S will. Never! You may find it difficult to understand this now. 3. GOD can change HIS mind about a person when the person in question falls from GOD'S original plan. Something could go wrong between the time of initial approval and the actual event. Be sensitive to changes. 4. You seem to have been taken over by emotion on this issue. 5. You also are pushing to marry largely because everyone wants you to. This could blur your ability to sense danger. 6. Are there other options other than this lady? 7. That she is acting difficult does not automatically mean that she is the 'one' for you. This is a general flawed assumption. You are hanging on simply because she isn't giving in easily. 8. Dreams sometimes are slaves to one's momentary feelings. |
[s][/s] onomeasike:[s][/s] Stop being garrulous with your ridiculous inanities all over here. The press statement of course is unappealing to every sane resident of Benin city especially those who have burial ceremonies already planned. But for you to bring in irrelevant issues into this is irritating. Grow up!

Traditional privileges taken too far by the Bini monarch. He should employ wisdom so as to avoid risking mutiny which could in turn dent the revered reputation the Bini monarchy has built for itself over several centuries. |

deb:Many of them just love displaying their annoying ignorance. That dude is a very prominent face of Kannywood. Well this proves that most people online know very little about their country but come here to argue authoritatively. |
Mujtahida:Why atheists are perturbed each time GOD is mentioned seriously wonders me! You guys show inordinate hypertensive obsession for any matter that concerns GOD'S undeniable existence, supremacy and eternity. Stop worrying about others' belief in GOD! You, like most atheists, will certainly cry for GOD'S mercy at your final moments on this earth. |
[s][/s] MrMystrO:[s][/s] Don't type the nonsense you typed up there again. You can throw your life wherever you choose to, thankfully mine is sealed in the eternally safe arms and Blood of JESUS CHRIST. Most of you claiming intellect do NOT possess a fraction of my analytical ability. You simply are a pliable set of individuals who have fallen for sweet speeches of empty-headed self-righteous miserable atheists. |

You are a million miles away from Christianity. Go get born again first, before you can be fit enough to engage me soundly in Scriptural discussions. It isn't your mere everyday literature. Discussing with you would be flogging a dead horse. Sensual wisdom is hollow in man's walk with CHRIST. Accept JESUS CHRIST and be saved! The preaching of the Cross is foolishness to those who are headed for destruction. |
'Chibok Girls', a perfectly scripted political play to demonize one Gej as the villain, and canonize one Buhari as the hero. |
kingcity:It's your choice! Every entity including where you work, school, and your family has a head, so does this world. GOD is the head. You will answer to HIM when the time comes. Heaven or hell, your choice to make. Others can state it euphemistically, I won't. Accept JESUS CHRIST and be saved to an eternal life with GOD in Heaven, or live as though you were your own god and secure for yourself a one-way ticket to hell. There is no compulsion in Christianity! Choose whom you wish to serve. To GOD be the glory, I have chosen to follow JESUS CHRIST forever! |
theoneJabulani:I wouldn't have responded but for your brazen ignorance of Christianity. Christianity is NOT based on sight but wholly on faith. If you can't believe without seeing, it's your cup of tea. GOD owes no one any special appearance of persuasion! |
justy15:You have stated the obvious. Until she stops being cowardly ambiguous by mentioning pdp as though it was anybody's name and then become bold enough to mention Obj as her husband's troubler, she remains a fearful ridiculous clown to me. |
AreaFada2:You would want to acknowledge that monarchy is losing its ancient reverence and influence worldwide except in places where it operates on a theocratic foundation. Highhandedness cost Rehoboam the throne, while wisdom plus diplomacy secured the throne for Solomon. This Oba faces an ignoble fate laden with public criticism, defiance and unresolvable conflicts at his doorstep. GOD forbid! But this looks very likely. Those urging him on, as they did Rehoboam, have no idea what being a leader entails. |
mulattoclaroo:Did you also listen to the language he used on Dangote during his coronation? When he spoke about the Gelegele seaport, he said that Dangote "must" investment in its establishment. People in the hall turned and looked at one another in amusement. They were surprised why an incoming monarch would employ such undiplomatic language in wooing non-indigenous investors. Now you understand my points. |
mulattoclaroo:I repeat, I sense strongly that this Oba stands the inglorious chance of becoming the first Bini monarch whose pronouncement his subjects will openly defy. Mark it. No leader succeeds by ruling with anger. I hope you know that people are gradually losing their reverence for monarchical institutions. His actions will only facilitate open defiance. That's why I said he should employ caution and wisdom so he does end up like Rehoboam who despised the priceless calmness plus wisdom of his father Solomon, and thus lost control of the kingdom due to high-handedness. Oba Erediauwa was exceptional in many respects. He ably managed deviant characters (like Esama), with peace as his focus. He was greatly loved and revered because he addressed issues with outstanding diplomacy. The heir should not discard his father's success qualities. It would be regrettable. |
The new monarch should be shrewd and cautious in his pronouncements. He shouldn't create crisis in Benin communities after his father tried so hard to ensure there was peace during his time. He needs to consider critically the implications of this pronouncement. Oshiomhole at a time wanted to dissolve these associations, but he shelved the move after he was advised by those who knew better. Oba should meet with these associations, exert more control over them, and tax them substantially. Otherwise, I fear that this oba could become the first Bini monarch whose pronouncement his subjects will open defy. I sense it strongly. |
olakan22:The likes are a proof why so many young people are miserable today. Sheer contempt for lawful authority! |
mrvitalis:Appallingly, you have stuck to your defective disposition towards the Bini monarch. I'd strongly advise you mind the words you use on recognized institutions and the people that occupy them, especially spiritual institutions if you don't want a woeful life when you manage to advance through youth years. Words will ruin you if you don't guard your thoughts cautiously. |

[s][/s] mrvitalis:[s][/s] How much is your contribution, church auditor? You can keep pulling out ridiculous accounting figures from the blues. Most of you church critics have not idea how much it costs to run a church, cater for needy members, and so many more that are done secretly and informally. Like many of your kind, you only take delight in denting the image of the church, while spitting rubbish.
