No be this guy get airport or airports for UK...It is well nlfpmod: |
I was just telling a tenant in one of my Dad's house. He said they had issues and the electrician said they can bypass for now...now, they don't even have any electricity. I told him there was electricity before he moved in. How do you move in less than a week and you already have issues and want to bypass? I told him...if you are caught, thank God we have all credentials, we will hand you over to IBEDC directly ni make you face them in court, and if we have to cover any penalty, we charge you to court with your NIN. All Landlords should wake up and be smart. Another landlord faced similar issues and the tenant did not pay the debt and left. The debt is attached to the prepaid meter, so either landlord pays or it is factored into the future bills of new tenant...how terrible is that. Wise up and check on your tenants with electricians once every 6 months or contact IBEDC office to pull reports of all meter numbers to ensure tenants are paying into them. A word is enough for the wise. vikgreen01: |
This is why we voted for and supported Tinubu. His credibility on the world stage is how Lagos was and still is currently being managed. The other guy...people would have been asking which state Anambra is that he governed at, lol. I'm just saying It's not a shade, but it's just a reality. We need a change, and Nigeria must stand tall in Africa and the World. We are already getting noticed. Estello: |
To keep prices stable, you will need a subsidy. Prices of crude oil fluctuate worldwide. We buy at different prices in the US, too, so get used to that reality. Zionmdde: |
You took the words out of my mouth. I remember days ago, some people mentioned the shrines in the forest were kidnappers' hideouts. This is the end of kidnapping. The Governor must do the needful. PressMyButton: |
Long Jail sentences are not ideal for these types of crimes unless there are recorded injuries or fatalities. We need to be creative. 1. If 10 manholes were removed, they need to be hired to install 50 manholes. 2. Community service is too lenient, they need to be retrained after installing the manholes for 1-2 yrs to gain valuable skills and check-in weekly 3. If they fail to attend vocational training, they should be reported 4. CCTV should be installed and monitored 24hours. Hold the security agencies responsible if they are watching CCTV and fail to detect and deplore preventions. It will take at least 15-30 mins to remove one of these massive manholes. 5. Install the manholes and cover with concrete. If you need to work inside the manholes, drill the concrete and recover back with concrete as needed. 6. Clear all shanties and spare parts and increase standby security 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. 7. If possible, use side drainage on the streets instead of manholes if the goal is to move water away from the road during heavy rainfalls. My NGO did a couple of small bridges at Alaro Sango Area. We used heavy rods, joined to side bars, then installed and covered all the sides with concrete, then use wire mesh to seal with concrete. The letter of commitment it would take to drill these things out...no one can have that and the neighborhood would not gree for this to happen because without those 2 car bridges, some houses would not be able to get vehicles inside or close to their houses. Someone failed to tell them the President is out of the country at UAE. The Impeachment was timed perfectly Lol
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6TqZLFXUgM?si=sFmCExC92JB0h0-1 Some supporters of impeached speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Obasa were seen in this blackmaria vehicle complaining and later singing President Bola Tinubu's popular mandate song after their arrest. ] |
Wow, this is awesome and it is similar to the template I put forward as the South West Agenda years ago. Ogun State has connected to the Lagos Rail, and Lagos has secured lands from Ogun State. This was part of the plan...Lagos leasing lands from Ogun state for Agriculture and Housing. Both sides win...Lagos can build and sell those houses for a profit to their workers, develop Ogun State and Ogun can collect annual taxes. TimeManager: |
and feedback is welcomed. Just for that I am adding you as a friend lol. Happy Sunday ![]() Arostar2023: |
Lol after how many days...wanted to wait to see how the wind blows. Now that PO has gone against IPOB, we sit back and watch the movie ![]() quote author=DamnnNiggarr post=133688914] H.E Peter Obi
|
Well you are entitled to your opinion and I am entitled to mine. If you don't like that, go to court ![]() Arostar2023: |
Lol How am I jealous? I am warning everyone to be careful about what they do for others...that doesn't always translate to a positive outcome. I run an NGO and do things for people I don't know and for my families too. There is absolutely nothing I'll timed or ill-intentioned about what I said. There have been many cases where people gift families money and they still didn't think it was enough and plotted. Go on YouTube and watch videos of Phrankleen. You may learn a thing or two. and may never know which of them is into drug smuggling or kidnapping. They should be giving citations for them to prove. In the US, If police stop you and you have certain amount of cash, they can seize it until you prove it's not a proceed of crime. If you don't come with proof to claim it, the police dept spends it. That, by the way, is in the USA...though not all states. Fact check me ![]() Softmirror: |
This is good..Unfortunately it does not change the hearts of evil men. You will hear ...he built you bungalow and he is living in a duplex in Lagos. He built you bungalow instead of giving you money to build up yourself to become wealthy. So before you do anything for anyone, make sure you are led by your spirit because what you do could actually cause more harm than good. A word is enough for the wise. AnambraPeople: |
or tell American police he won't park his car...I dare him to do that..He will know that thing that fathers hide from their children that wasn't meant to be revealed lol. US Police ...only camera fit catch them by mistake beating someone to death or shooting or strangling...in the past sef, na extra judicial execution especially of black people. In Nigeria, we dey always flex anyhow and refuse to follow police orders. I blame the Police too. They need to do well to respect themselves so they can enforce better and demand respect. All those small small change only demarket the entire police force. Urheadmaster: |
They are doing ok but for the gravity of this project, they need bigger equipments. There are trucks that can move almost 10 times the size of the sand used for filling these roads. Anyways all the very best
] |
A friend reached out to me. They have all relocated abroad. Dad has died and Mom is also in the US. I come to Naija annually. The tenant paid for 6 months and promised to balance. He did not. They renovated another flat in the same compound, he moved into that flat claiming the other one isn't conducive. He tapped the electricity and they got fined by IBEDC N400k. This same tenant stayed 1 whole year and did not move. They called him, and he stopped picking their calls. I was livid. I came around, found the house..he wasnt there. Put a plan together and on a Saturday early morning, they came to evacuate his stuff. Only for him to say the place he wants to move to is not ready. People are so wicked. He wrote an undertaking for a month...by Week 2, he was gone. Unfortunately, people know when they do this. My own tenant refused to go and pay rent. We disconnected water and electricity. Still refused...then we went to the place of work, she works as a teacher at a nearby school. The plan was to escalate to the Principal, and I also know Oyo State pays housing allowances...when they showed up to her work....she mellowed and wrote an undertaking to vacate in 1 month. She left in Week 2. I hate people cheating me or cheating other people. When we begin to allow or excuse madness, it means we are running mad as a society. Darlingme: |
Please send me a message....email is mrtmathdocuments@gmail.com if this is a real issue. Thanks Darlingme: |
Its interesting to see everyone here linking the President to the judgment of the court without proof by the way. That is the level we have descended to as a society. Now if one of you is sued now, you will be crying for justice. The case against the owner of AriseTV had nothing to do with the President, and multiple newspapers gave PBAT the Man of the Year because of his policies. No President has had the balls of steel to do 25% of what PBAT is doing....the killings of the leaders of the terrorists is one of such examples. Heavens1stson: |
Lagos Govt provided documents for the settlement with the lawyer representing the church. Now, the church says the lawyer was not supposed to represent the church. Someone is lying, and the lawyer should be debarred. I also feel the church may be pulling a stunt so people won't know they had reached a settlement to close the school and push the kids out. It is hard to know what to believe, but the demolition continued because Lagos Govt had and presented all the documents. Check the YouTube channel and Channels TV reporting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6ZJX2SEkMc suasmablow: |
Los Angeles Fire - While it is shocking and sad to see this, I am actually shocked that they have done nothing to mitigate this after all the previous fire incidents. Remove trees that can escalate fire incidents, install emergency mega sprinklers that can be activated, create helicopter zones where you can launch helicopters to quench fires and buy and store tons of repellants or encourage fire repellant homes or services around all the fire prone areas. Hopefully after this incident, they would learn and make more significant changes. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results. FreeStuffsNG:

At some European airports including UK Germany Iceland and so on, we still use shuttle buses no matter how inconvenient or cold...so this is a welcome development because it speeds up getting in and out of the plane especially for our disabled folks. God bless Nigeria Morbeta11:

Another smart move...we should be able to train pilots and military airforce men and women in all parts of the country. This would also lead to development in areas where these annexes are domiciled. In situation where there is increased insecurity say in the North, we will still be able to keep training our pilots in other parts of the country. This is another welcome development. Do you think Peter Obi could pull all these off? Just be honest...we picked a leader with balls of steel. femisplash: |
We have politicians that are self-made billionaires. Joining politics provide power because money without power is not complete. Politics gives access and also helps to further expand business enterprises. So while we focus on the stealing, the access they get do more to expand their businesses. Some of the other things you call corrupt are already domesticated into the system...so if they are receiving N3m a month as salary...it is legal though not moral. You even need money to join politics, so that should tell you that most of them were never poor. How else would you afford the nomination form and campaigns? Even if you don't have money, you have access to those that have and can fund the campaigns. The same is true in the West. How many poor people are in the US Congress? Almost 99% of them are millionaires. LiveData: |
Most of our politicians are successful business owners. Some of their children are smart and could have gotten scholarships abroad. You speak as if you know all of their sources of wealth. Some of them were billionaires before they got into government, so you should be careful how you judge, which is why someone like myself would not contemplate being a politician because people can be ignorant thinking all my achievements are tied to being in govt. So because they are politicians, all their children should school in Nigeria? Even Obama, Clinton, Joe Biden's grandkids did not attend public schools or Trumps...only Elite private schools. Says who? Solsix: |
As long as they are spending their own money, let them run abroad. No one is stopping doctors and nurses from running abroad. The Govt should do more to replace those leaving. All I would say is...do what is best for you, but for those that are super comfortable in Nigeria, transition abroad will be easier...and for the doctors and nurses, look well before you leap so you do not find yourself doing work that is meant for non-degree holders when in 5-10yrs, you could be a consultant collecting UN money while in Nigeria. I am a proud PBAT supporter, but I supported him for different reasons. 1. If Atiku had won, it would have been chaos given Buhari ruled for 8yrs, and the Southern Govs would not want to work with him. It would create a crisis we may or may not get over, because the North would want to support their own. 2. If Peter Obi had won, he would not have the balls to do half of what Tinubu is doing. It was clear he would have the lowest vote from the North, so the North would be against his Presidency. As expected, he would negotiate his way out by giving them everything they wanted. 3. Peter Obi would not be able to stop the Yoruba Nation people and the IPOB would see him as the person that ought to push their interests, so he would not have a foothold from the North, and the South agitators would be clamoring for independence. The fear, Nigeria would split up before the end of his 1st term, and or he would spend the 1st term begging everyone not to secede from the Union. 4. Tinubu has so many friends from all parts of the country, so it is a lot easier to be less suspicious of his actions if and when he decides to restructure. The Support for PBAT was purely to keep Nigeria as ONE for some of us. You can call it selfish, but this is what I tell everyone. We are too interwoven to go our separate ways now. I have a cousin married to someone in Kogi, I have a sister married to an Igbo. I have an Aunt that went Edo and so on. We are ONE nation and ONE nation we shall be...and the church says Amen. Its called opportunity..even in the US, the Rich send their kids to exclusive boarding schools and in the UK, same not the regular public schools...so everyone just want a leg up, and for some parents, they want to open more doors for their children. But you must be careful cos others have regretted making that move...the children ended up getting lost in the Western system. Nnamdipapa: |
I am so proud of you. I am in Ibadan not Lagos lol...so you are the big man here. DaddyCoool: |
You are busy here lamenting. Tiwa Savage is selling lands for N35m in Phase 2. Saywhat10: |
Can we copy and paste Gov Mbah to all the states, mostly the Northern States cos they seem to be confused on how to make something from nothing lol. We can use him in Ogun State by the way, cos Gov. Abiodun chai...God help us. .. just joking All the Govs are trying sha..but Gov. Mbah reminds me of Wike, Mr Project. He has hit the ground running, and I am so proud of you Sir. Tabithatim: |
