Another scenario is when surveillance planes give the coordinates of terrorists and bandits hideout and the artillery unit is called into action.
The forward ground troop meet the same situation ( bodies without weapons).

Asiwaju will handle the economy.

Shetima will take charge of security.

Both sectors have collapsed woefully with devastating ripple effect on the masses.
