Romance › Re: Do You Need To 'Test' To Trust Your Partner? by Maximus85(m): 8:04am On Jul 17, 2015 |
Twaci: Trust is an important factor in every relationship. With trust comes commitment and loyalty. But from the experiences I hear now and then, I understand that though we claim to trust our partners, we tend to test them. To see if their love is true.
Some tests with little things like, "I will tell him am sick to see his reaction....". While others go extreme, say like, asking their friends or strangers to try their partners, to see if they would fall.
Now I have to say that some these tests actually turn out good as they help the 'testing partner' know if the 'tested' is worth their time and affection. But I have also noticed that majority of these tests lead to breakup. For example, the 'tested' might fail or the 'tested' may pass but will be disappointed in the 'testee' or..... A lot of things can go wrong.
Enough of my opinions. What do u think? Do we TRUST or TEST before we love?
CC: lalasticlala True love has no reason. As hard as it may sound. True love is when your partner cheats on you but you forgive him or her. So why test? I won't test for fidelity or loyalty but for more important reasons like, can she manage our home? Can she raise our kids in a sound and Godly way? Can she relate well with my family and friends? Can she be supportive? Truth been told love is not most important in a relationship especially marriage. Don't get me wrong, it is important, it must be present. It fails for variable periods in a marriage and when it does, what holds the marriage? This is when those other aforementioned reasons comes into play. So, testing her to ascertain her fidelity is not that important. |

The father of the multiple twins who ran away from home for three months, leaving his wife and six children has returned.
Emeka Uche, after days of persuasion by his wife Ruth returned home yesterday, July 15, 2015.
The Uches used to stay in Agege on the outskirts of Lagos. Mrs. Uche, a teacher, had two sets of twins. Another set came in February.
Just as this reporter was about to leave her apartment, she came face to face with a light complexioned man wearing an Arsenal jersey, a pair of jeans and slippers, holding two polythene bags.
He looked confused, uttered no word, save for the exchange of pleasantries and made to move away when Hope, the Uches’ former neighbour, saw him.
“Papa ejima (father of twins), where are you coming from? So you are still alive? Please come inside and sit down,” she exclaimed.
Upon hearing ‘Papa ejima’, Mrs Uche rushed to the door. She didn’t run into his arms to hug or kiss him, but stood and watched him for some minutes after offering him one of the plastic seats in the living room.
But he did not sit down, rather, he went straight for his newborn babies. He was seeing the three months olds for the first time.
Uche held both on each arm, smiling and then collapsed into the blue chair, admiring them.

Celebrities › Re: Babatee Replies Yetunde Bustline, ‘You Asked Me Out, Begged Me to Marry You' by Maximus85(m): 12:48am On Jul 10, 2015 |
booqee: A topic was posted here earlier today about Yetunde Bustline Oduwole Crying and Cursing Ex-bf Baba Tee in a Youtube video.
Well Babatee has responded and he claimed she stalked him and begged him to marry her. Below is what he told E247mag:
"I was marvelled when I saw what the ‘wannabe’ London big babe, as people write (this makes me laugh), Yetunde wrote on her blog yesterday and today. I think I just need to put some things straight. Please Yetunde, how many stories do you want to tell us? You know deep within your heart that you asked me out, though people may not know. It was even reported when you came to Nigeria to beg me to marry you. You were stalking me around during my movie shoot in order to spite your ex-husband. You went to church and told me that your pastor told you not to think about your husband again. Why are you now turning the story around and telling lies?
Are you trying to tell people now that despite not knowing you before coming to London, I already prepared the “African juju” for you?
“Are you also telling people that even though you are living on state benefit support in the UK, you can actually get a stay for someone? Madam, stop this lies. You cannot even invite someone over to the UK, talk more of getting a stay. You and I know that, even if anyone does not know. Stop deceiving people because you don’t have what it takes.
“Are you also saying that despite my small manhood, you cried ceaselessly begging me to stay whenever we fought? You said I have a small manhood, yet you stayed with me for four years? I only know that my manhood will only be small to a woman with a wide womanhood (sic). Thank God I have a new relationship in which I can feel the sweetness which I could not feel over the years.
“Between November 2011 that we met till October 2014 when we separated, all I spent with Yetunde was not more than six months as I never lived in the UK as people think. Out of the six months that I stayed with her, she threatened me more than ten times with fake police report for threat to her life, fake NHS report, and so on. She even said that she wants to die because of me. She made series of audio and video clips of her raining curses on me, why? I got to realise that all she told me about her ex-husband, Babs were lies. I sat down and thought of her attitude towards a man that she had two kids for, and I asked myself: ‘am I not in hell fire?’ Anytime I tried to leave, she came up with different threats because I didn’t know much about the UK then; that was why I was in the relationship for that long until people gave me courage. “People can criticise me and say whatever they like, but it’s now in my past.
Please leave my girlfriend and my folks out of whatever problems you think you have with me, face me and me alone. (Yetunde), you know you don’t have any cloth in my house that my girlfriend can wear, stop attacking people with your problems.
“As for you Mrs Blogger, did Yetunde have respect for me when she dated Mr Kwame in Ghana where she exposed her B**BS? Who is she that I will have to hide my girlfriend from her? I have moved on with my life since last year because I need to have my own family. I am overdue for it and I’m not going to let her draw me back anymore. I regret ever meeting her. She should just move on with her life. I wonder why she keeps coming back to my life and constituting a nuisance on social media platforms.
“People should also stop thinking that Nigerian artistes are wretched; we don’t depend only on the movies we act or produce, there are many other things we do that earn us good money.
“As for me, I hate that this is happening because I am not a lousy person like Yetunde. She lives a fake life and we always fought about it. I was never willing to get married to Yetunde; she was just there for that period of time and she knew the relationship wasn’t going anywhere even though she tried to get it to be a bit more serious.
“All is history now. Her advisers should talk to her candidly to let me be. I have found a woman and I have peace with her. If you are not in the right place, no matter how hard you try to make it right, it will always go wrong.”

huthority01: I'm a Leo! I have double personality! Actually, It’s multiple! I study the game of power to develop the ability to understand everybody around me and judge by my own reasoning, & by this, i don’t joke with what are not meant to be joked with. I respect & honor, those who deserved to be honored. I can be anybody, any day, anytime, anyhow, anywhere.
I’m energetic, dynamic, competent, ambitious and decisive, a confident natural leader, who loves responsibility and challenges. I instinctively aspire to positions in which I can mobilize resources and seek long-term goals. I care for the global direction, but leave the detailed implementation tasks to others.
I look for the strategically most effective ways and ensure that problems are solved and decisions are taken, and that something goes on. I radiate a natural authority and awaken confidence and trust in others. I like and respect people who challenge me, but hate incompetence and inefficiency and treat people who do not meet my expectations harshly. I prefer to work with independent, decisive and results-oriented people. I’m aware of competition and often a workaholic and i want to be the best in whatever I do.
I am open and honest, resolute and energetic, I express my opinions powerfully and generally i go straight to the point. I love confrontations and enjoy intellectually stimulating discussions, but I can only be convinced by clear and solid rational reasons. I think fast, express myself clearly and speak in public with skill and full of self-confidence, even impromptu. I am logical, analytical, innovative and imaginative. I can make effective and often tough decisions, and if it requires the matter, I rarely take into consideration the feelings and needs of the affected people. I am brave and determined when it is necessary to solve complex problems and I can make drastic changes. Once i have started an action, I am often not willing to change my plans, even if the circumstances may seem to require it.
Although it is difficult for me to harmonize family and professional life, I care very conscientiously and responsibly for the welfare and financial security of my family and friends. I wish for a life partner, who is autonomous and self-aware and supports my image of success. You inspire people who mean something to you to improve constantly.
I value prestige and status, I’m sociable, I can be entertaining and affable and i live with pleasure and enthusiasm. i see relationships also as an opportunity to learn something. I prefer social events which allow a mentally stimulating exchange. I connect work and pleasure and foster commercially important relationships................. If were to be the interviewer, I will ask how long it took you to cram all what you have said. And I'm definitely sure your CV right in front of me won't show how you have accumulated such experience and skills, to even think that you're not married. Please how old are you? You won't get a job with this. 3 out of 5 interviewers would see you are arrogant, over confident, desperate to impress and fake. And if by mistake they employ you, you will be under a very big lense cos you've carried yourself too high. 2-3months......SACK! |

lucksonlight: The July 2015 Global communion service with Pastor chris has been a glorious experience of the wisdom section and power of God. The praise and worship section was led by Eben and the prayer section was led by pastor Deola.
By the inspiration of the Holy spirit, pastor Chris give answer to questions in the question and answer section. He also warned comedians never to joke with men of God.
'Don't joke with pastor they occupy a sacred office'. When God wants to destroy a man he sends him against a prophet(man of God). He said there are many things to joke or play with but not with a man called by God.
Hmmm, a word is enough for the wise Order for this sermon now. I receive free but you will pay for it if you want it. Yeah, I am a man of god collecting gate fee in my church. Even when I read a popular scripture, all my followers will start shouting and applauding. |

Pchidexy: I met this girl when I was a teacher in a private school five years ago. She was a teacher as well. She was a hell of beauty. We both had feelings for each other but there wasn't anything serious. We lost contact when I left the school to pursue business. Five years later, in 2015, we met again. This time, we got really acquainted to each other. We were rolling!
The Test: I purposely gave her number and details to my friend who is a real player. He scooped her and she fell. She was money conscious as she demanded Samsung galaxy and some money from my friend. He never gave her any of those things. Just by promising her marriage she willingly opened her legs for him. All these while, I was updated by my friend. She never knew I knew about her escapades.
If you were in my shoes what would you do?
As for me I see her as worthless and only use her to quench konji. You're a big fool. |
