Health7 Signs Of Negative Energy In A Person by Mayeldah(op): 8:55pm On Aug 02, 2023
You have probably met someone who seems to “drain” all the energy from a place. That person who, after spending a day with them, leaves you physically tired.
It is not always easy to understand what exactly in that person causes this effect, but there are clear signs of negative energy that can help you.

What are negative energies?

These are negative thoughts that are trapped in a person’s mind, generating negative emotions and actions. These emotions, which can be fear, anger, jealousy, and even hatred, cause people to behave negatively.
When someone emits negative energy around you, they are essentially draining your energy. Some emitters of negative energy may be aware of what they are doing, but others are not. And the subtle negative energy of these people is often more harmful than their apparent negative behavior.
Most people are exposed to negative energy without even being aware of it. Have you ever gone through a phase in your life where you were constantly experiencing bad emotions? If so, then you may have emitted some negative energy yourself.

How to identify negative energies in someone

Finds flaws in everything and everyone

If this person does not hesitate to point out all your flaws and/or complain about everything in life, no matter how good things are, they are definitely immersed in negative energies.
They always try to find faults and criticize everything and everyone—and they even seem to enjoy doing it. This shows that negative thoughts are constantly passing through their mind, which then manifest in unpleasant behavior.

Tries to bring you down

Even when things seem to be going well between you, this person tries to undermine your happiness. When you are happy about something, they convince you that it is “stupid” and not worth your time. When you are upset, however, they do their best to keep you that way.
Negative people try their best to make happy people feel as unhappy as they are, and this is not always intentional.

Does not tolerate disappointments

A person filled with negative energy does not tolerate any kind of disappointment. This is because they often hold on to frustration in a suffocating way and feel “cheated” when something doesn’t go as expected.
So, if you know someone who gets angry or upset over small things, know that this person is emitting some form of negative energy.

Cannot handle criticism

Negative people do not accept constructive criticism, they refuse to listen to it or interpret it as a personal attack—and they dwell on the words long after a discussion.
These people are easily hurt, which affects their overall state of mind. They may seem to accept the criticism, but deep down, they are “boiling.” Over time, frustration from feedback and constructive criticism turns into anger, directed at those who offended them in the first place.
This happens because their negative thoughts not only affect the way they act but also how they perceive things. Since they are always looking for something to get upset about, even constructive criticism seems like an attack to them.

Afraid to take risks

Someone who takes risks is capable of effectively using their intuition, acting independently and courageously, without worrying about the weight of negative thoughts. And since negative people are always afraid of losing something, they never take risks because, in their mentality, taking risks involves more losses than gains.

Pessimistic and sees everything as bad

Negative people do not hesitate to label certain things as “bad.” And if you have solid arguments to say that something is not bad, they believe it could be better.
The thoughts of these people are so clouded by negativity that positive things do not impress them. Consequently, they become pessimistic individuals, always looking for what could go wrong in a given situation.

Curious and full of secrets

Generally, negative people are reserved about their own lives but curious about every aspect of other people’s lives.
When they talk about others, their eyes probably light up and their tone of voice becomes excited. But whenever they are asked about themselves, they become defensive and angry. Instead of working on their areas for improvement to be happy, they look at what everyone else is doing and make a point of criticizing them for it.

How to protect yourself

While you may not be able to turn someone’s negativity into something positive, you can limit the amount of negativity that person spreads. Once you become aware of your energy, try to limit your interactions with them.
Negativity spreads like an epidemic, and if you are around it for too long, it can affect your health. Therefore, surround yourself with people who constantly strive to stay positive—but avoid toxic positivity.

Although it is a difficult task, you can also try to help that person find a more positive outlook on life so that they can be happy. It is not easy to turn naturally negative people into positive ones, but it’s worth a try. After all, you never know how much your healthy positivity can be contagious!

Lols... Just live your life normal... Nobody knows tomorrow... AA, AS or SS deserve a chance to enjoy happiness...
As it is, you are marrying for genotype...
Just live your life normal, don't put much pressure on your genotype.. when a woman comes your way... Love her and let her love you too...
When someone loves you, genotype doesn't matter...
Okay.. what if you are AS and be impotent nko??
So u see that life is not guaranteed...
If i see someone new and first thing the person ask me is for my genotype.. I'll tell you but that's the end of the relationship...
Love me for who I am not what I am ..
If a man with SS loves me to the core... I'll marry him.. even if he does the next day, I'll be grateful that he gave me those memorable moments of my life....

Be happy.. that's what matters ..
Until you birth SS children and spend all your savings on hospital bills that's when you will know that love is not all it takes.

A word is enough for the wise!

PoliticsRe: Subsidy: Labour Leaders Walk Out Of Aso Rock Meeting, Accuse FG Of Deceit by Mayeldah(m): 10:36am On Jul 29, 2023
grandstar:
You're simply pissed subsidy is gone.

Nothing will make you ever support the cancelation of the money guzzling subsidy that was ruining the economy and creating mountains of debt for generations unborn to carry.

The removal of the subsidy was already enshrined in the Petroleum Industey Act. This was very public knowledge. It just awaited its implementation on July 1st this year. Buhari had shifted the implementation date from last year. How much "carry along" did you want? Is government not a continuum?

When Jonathan reduced the pump price from 97/litre to 87, you did not need to be carried along.

If the situation was reversed and the act stipulated that the pump price be reduced to 100/litre in July but Tinubu implemented it same day, you'll all be hailing Tinubu as an action man and a man of the people.

You better go watch "Carry on Cowboy."
Why didn't he wait till July 1st to announce the removal? At least that would have given him the whole of June to put measures in place.

What even made you think the savings from subsidy removal will benefit the average Nigerian? 13th percent derivation for Niger Delta, who did it benefit? except you are a politician, I wonder why you are struggling to defend a corrupt set of people who meant no good for the Nation. Where are all the promises of Buhari in 2015? how many of them did he fulfill?

Abeg, park one side jare'
PoliticsRe: Subsidy: Labour Leaders Walk Out Of Aso Rock Meeting, Accuse FG Of Deceit by Mayeldah(m): 9:20am On Jul 29, 2023
grandstar:
You are the tribal person here! You see things in a tribal light and perceive everyone else will.

So, Nigerians were not tribal when they voted for Jonathan? He won all states of the Southwest except Osun state (Aregbesola was still very popular then) and they did not vote for the ACN candidate Ribadu. You start shouting tribalism when it suits you

Did OBJ not try severally just to increase the price and met great opposition? Is OBJ Ijaw? Was he from a minority tribe like the Chibok? Most Yorubas applauded Oshiomole's frustrations of OBJ's oil price increases.

Jonathan failed to carry the nation along that he would remove the subsidy and deregulate the price. The nation just woke up on January 1st, 2012, with the announcement that the subsidy was gone and price fully deregulated.

Who does that? Where's the wisdom? He should have started sensitizing with stakeholders that he would remove the price after he won the 2011 elections. Heavy consultations with the state governors and stakeholders should have been had on how to end it. Oshiomole who was now a governor realizing his mistake could have reached an agreement with the NLC. I fully supported the deregulation then and now.

OBJ did a very poor job of enlightening the population of the need to end the subsidy and fully deregulate the price. That military man in him preferred to impose things on the citizenry rather than work through consultation. The same Oshiomole who fought him hard upon becoming governor realized that the subsidy was costing the nation dearly and short-changing all 3 tiers of government.

This is 2023. Times are different. It is glaring that the petrol subsidy is adversely affecting the country. Buhari's wasted 8 years has exposed the unaffordability of the subsidy, costing about a quarter to a third of the budget to finance.

Also, Tinubu, Obi and Atiku all stated they would remove it. So, what's the problem here? Is it because it was a Yoruba man that eventually removed it? If it needed to be removed, it should irrespective of who actually did so.
So your Tinubu carried everyone along when he shouted 'Subsidy is gone' without first getting to where he is going?

Na 'Ode' you be seriously.

They are wasting their time.
Their Strike action has failed before starting.

Citizens can't afford more than a week indoor. Else, hunger will chase majority out.
At the end of the day, Ajaero will beg through the back door to sit with FG.

But like a dog that will not listen to the hunter's whistle, let him go ahead with his strike action.

Majority needs 1000 naira daily earning to survive, will NLC feed them?

NLC is only fighting for government workers who are minorities of Nigerian workforce.
I know you are a supporter of this failed government but be fair to your children and family members. Tinubu and APC will come and go but the evil you support today may come to hunt your generation.

There are many ways of staging a strike action, they can start with FG workers down tooling, that won't affect the common man on the street.

How can a sensible government suspend a policy that has been around for over 40 years without first putting measures in place to cushion the effect? You think GEJ, OBJ and Buhari that have been shifting the implementation are fools?
