So you have actually done well by bringing the topic here, I’ve done same in time past and got very useful advices, infact a guy took it upon himself, we exchanged numbers and he mentored next through it all. I sorted out my issues with my then fiancée and we are happily married with a daughter today.
Just like everyone has said, put the said guy in your shoes, it shatters a man’s ego and self esteem when he’s cheated on. Your ex is not a dummy that can’t think for herself, she should have stood her ground and said no to the guy regardless of the pressure from the parents, the day she said yes and accepted, you should have let her go, push her way. The sex is not worth hurting another man over, if tables turn miraculously, I won’t even advise you to marry the girl cos she will cheat on you the same way. It’s an integrity issue for you to give to your word to man while sleeping with another, it’s not excusable at all. Leave the girl and walk away with your head high, she will respect you. God bless

I do not mean to scare you @op. My 8 weeks old dog started showing this same symptoms and a vet told me over the phone to deworm him and administer flagyl. I refused and took him to a standard vet hospital in Ikeja Lagos. He tested positive to Parvo Virus. It’s so so sad but he has started treatment, he’s in great pain but I’m hoping he’ll make it. The earlier you detect Parvo the better. I know 5k is a lot but if u can, just try and get him tested. It can be painful, I brought my cute Eskimo puppy home just a week ago but we’ve formed a strong bond already and I can’t just see him pass away so I’m doing all I can. All the best with your dog

First, let’s look at TV display, regular TVs don’t come with better displays as the smart TVs that varies, 2K, 4K, and 8K displays. And user can continue to view content on the mobile device, even away from the Smart TV. The streaming device isn’t capable of that.


Smart TVs offers more than just connected services. Smart TVs gives better/excellent video processing. Excellent picture quality I’m insinuating. Smart TVs also have expanded features, some of them are, more HDMI, USB, ports, Satellite capacity, Dolby sounds, et’ cetera. That means you get more for your money than just an internet connection and apps. Smart TVs also offer the best convenience and content, often without costing any more than what you're already paying for your streaming subscriptions.

The streaming device isn’t capable of that. Yes, regular tv with a streamer is cheaper. But do more research so you could decide better.

I’m torn between buying a smart Tv and buying a regular Tv then buy a firestick to use for streaming on it. I believe smart TVs are so expensive so why incur all that cast while an Amazon firestick can make ur regular Tv a smart one. Kindly give me your inputs on this please, God bless.

Thanks but it looks like this will only work if/when the two TVs are close to each other to enable you connect both to the splitter.

Hello good ppl, so I want to get a big smart TV for my living room owing to the fact that I live in a bigger apartment now and my current Tv is too small for the living room. So the plan is to move the small Tv to my room while the smart Tv is in the living room. The challenge is that I’d want to be able to watch the same thing showing on the smart Tv when I’m in my room. Kindly suggest how to make that possible. Thanks as I anticipate your suggestions on this.

Good morning all, I really hope you all will help. My iPhone X screen sometimes just turns white, a simple lock and unlock with the side button fixes it, it returns to normal. At times, the phone screen just becomes blurry, also returns to normal once I lock and unlock. Could this be symptoms of a bad screen?? Or something more major? Kindly assist as I need to know if to dispose it before it gets worse or simply replace the screen. Anticipating your kind responses

I read all u wrote, I’d have written exactly the same thing some 5 years ago, how old are u? Or better still, how experienced are u? U must have cringed at the thought of my opinion since it was a clear deviation from the general comments here, see there was a thread like this on nairaland years ago when my situation happened and a particular guy made a comment like mine, I sent him a pm and my testimony isn’t complete without him. We all can’t sleep and face the same way. I made my decision and it sure worked out for me. Forgiveness is not for the weak, it’s or the strong. I wud have relayed the experience better to u for more clarity but it might be pointless since u only read to criticize. U said she shed a few tears? It was more than that, it’s not abt tears alone, u have to see thru someone to decipher if they are truly repentant. Let him without sin cast d freaking first stone. I totally can relate to what ur going thru. My woman cheated on me with a married man 3 months after I proposed . I never knew I was gonna survive it. I felt like dying, cudnt go to work for a week. Fast forward to Today we are married with a child. It’s not as easy as it sounded. It was a lot of work, we had to do a lot of unlearning and relearning..it was tough to say the least, I wept like a baby for days. But I saw the need to work it out, it was on my own terms. She didn’t push it. She just kept telling me how sorry she was. There are days it looks like we are over it but then we take some steps backwards again. But ultimately we are here today. All your talks about being good looking has no bearing on the case at hand, it slightly makes u come across as immature. If u are truly that good looking, then u shd be used to lots of attention from the opposite sex so much that u shd be used to it by now, let alone fall for it when it’s coming from ur fiancées best friend. I love this and the intention behind it, if u however attended university in nigeria, u wud agree some female students make advances to lecturers too just to get pass mark in courses. I foresee situations where some of these ladies will call out lecturers who eventually failed them even after having their way. But who was guilty in the first instance?? Let’s reason that out. When I had a similar challenge, culprit was the alternator.

Prior to changing it, had earlier tested the alternator with a multimeter and the results were within spec so I never knew it was my problem. What I usually did was to leave the key in the ON
position for a minute before starting the vehicle. I kept using it like that till I one day saw my battery warning light come up.

I changed the alternator and it's been over 6 months I last experienced hard starts when vehicle is warm.

I'm not saying that's your problem, I no be mechanic. Just saying you should take a look at it.

I also had my alternator checked with the meter and it reads well which gave me assurance that it can’t be the culprit. But hearing ur experience makes me wonder if it cud be the culprit. I cud probably try out ur method, leave the ignition in ON position for a while before starting it

I sought the opinion of another mechanic who believes it’s a problem with the kick starter and suggested I change the kick starter. However I just serviced the kick starter as prescribed by the previous mechanic. I have spent a lot of money already and using a scanner will cost a lot as well hence my need for opinions on how to proceed. Who else has experienced this or has an idea of what’s going on with the car? I’d appreciate ur help plssssss

My car started this strange behavior recently. After I drive home from work through the normal 3rd mainland bridge traffic and i get home then park, the car refuses to start after I turn off the engine. I mean, after turning off the engine, then try to start it again it doesn't start. If I leave the engine to then cool off for about 5-10 minutes, it then starts again once I try. My mechanic asked me to buy a brand new battery, I did and it still continued. He told me to then change the kick starter, no results still. He also asked me to pay for a car wash to wash the radiator which I did, still no result. I need urgent help pls, has anybody experienced this before? Now he's telling me to buy a new radiator all together and change one of the fans. Ive spent so much already, can't afford to spend all the money without result. I need the car up and running in the next one week cos I need it for a function. I'll be waiting on ur responses pls
Let me also add that its a Honda accord 2009 (evil spirit)
The mechanics diagnosis now is that the radiator is not strong enough for the engine, especially cos I always use my car AC so my car overheats (even though the temperature guage says its normal) which causes it to not start after a long drive, hence the need for a new radiator.

first question I will ask is this, is the company in your long term plans? do u have bigger plans? if this issue was non existent, would you stay at the company for long? if yes, then you have to stand up to her and if otherwise, start intensifying efforts to leave the company. I am talking from experience, I got this great job with a multinational and my boss was a pain in the backside, he frustrated me to a point I could not take it anymore. he said something so hurtful to me one day and I was depressed over the weekend. On the Monday after, I put my phone in record mode and hid it in the breast pocket of my suit(to save me from possible blackmail) then headed for his office. I called him out and told him he had no right to treat me that way, he could not believe it. to cut the long story short, he turned a new leaf, not to only me but every one in the department. after I had stayed 3 years in the company, a new young boss came and started showing me hell, I was already tired of the job so I simply intensified my job search. I saw the shame and ridicule through his eyes the day I walked into his office to drop my resignation letter. Moral of the story, don't let anyone treat you like trash. she is an employee just like you. if you are tired of the job already, work on how to leave for something better.
