For the very first time after about a year of constant AC usage on my Primera P11, the AC acted funny.
I was leaving my place of work around 4pm, i switched on the AC as usual, taking my leg off the gas i found out the car went off on motion, i found out putting off the AC, the car was normal, this went on for some minutes and i parked, then switch the AC on again and i allowed the car to run idle before taking off

Everythin went on normally and it chilled as usual until i got home, put off the vehicle. I decided to test the AC again and this time around, unusual sound of the AC belt came on and it was so bad that i had to turn it off.

Same thing happened thee next morning, this time around the belt cut off just 3 seconds on switching on. I parked, the call an AC technician, the only thing he said on phone was, the Compressor siezed up and it was completely damaged and i should buy another compressor. Just like that

I just closed my bonnet like that and took my mind of AC . This happened last month, but the truth is, it hasn't been easy constantly using the thingy and now not been able to use it anymore

My question is, could it be repaired or will i have to change the whole compressor completely?

It goes up to 4000 rpm at idle

My toyota camry 1996 does not spees past 80km/hr no matter how hard I accelerate.
Vertices does not shake and gear changes normally.

You all keep coming here for solution after the damage is done, never before a kazeem has damaged things

I Drive a Toyota Corolla 2011 Model and i noticed these signs on my dashboard that keeps re-appearing after i have done car service and i have used a scanning machine to wipe it off but after two days, it keeps re-appearing. "Am having a feeling something is wrong".
Please Advice me on what to do because i have used like three different Mechanics and after two - four days, the signal will re-appear again on my dashboard.

Complete engine comes with all engine driven accessories.. AC compressor, PS pump, alternator etc..

Mr Gazzuz,it is a pleasure communicating with you through this forum.My uncle has a Benz E350 Coupe 2013 model that has issue with car performance after changing the steering rack,there is always oil shortage and I recently observed leakage underneath the vehicle,I don’t know if that is the effect.Moreover,my uncle mechanic recently changed the fuel filter when the vehicle started this strutting sound whenever I start the vehicle as if it has spark plug issue.However,whenever I start the vehicle ,it goes off immediately unless I rev the car immediately for it not to go off instantly until after two to three minutes before the vehicle engine become nomalised in its idle state.Finally,whenever I tried to move the vehicle,it will behave in a way that make the vehicle have a force making not to move when applying little accerelation before picking up the momentum and also I will like to show what it displayed whenever I turn on the ignition.Thanks for your anticipated response.

I think they never changed the oil just topping it off.

If it was changed the gunk won't build up like that. The owner might be saying one thing but since none can actually say they saw the oil changed work with the worst case scenario.

bro there are so many mini - hidden clauses that can be used to void a warranty......

another perspective is when a 250+ engine is diagnosed with a worn out crankshaft and bad oil pump......

is the warranty going to be on the crankshaft and oil pump for six months or the whole engine with probably 30per life remaining in the other remaining components?

another perspective tho....

I learned the about warranty the hard way from SLOT

but I'm not here to rekindle Any flame oh

like u said, time will tell...
most times like this, I want to be wrong.... but bitter experiences of the past and the challenges one had to overcome to put them in the past makes one kinda harder to accept such "looks too good to be true" deals.

while we were at it, I decided to stroll to the market to buy an engine for a vehicle in the shop.

case study is a toyota camry 2003 with a 1az-fe engine stamped to look like a 2az-fe engine in the bay.

The vehicle mileage is 460,000miles

It rattles, smokes and shorts oil.

usually I would have gone asian, but on a tight budget as the client has a string of jobs to do.

So I went American but side by side with computerglobal as my guide.

On first attempt, I settled for this engine.

Engine came out of this car, car is not flooded , but involved in front impact. I wonder why the Mexicans did not fix and sell as a whole car? I guess because it's due to the fact that it has to be trucked from texas to a costal state which would push the price of the car beyond the roof.
