I have authenticated my documents at both MFA and MOE, but I Need an eligibility letter from MOE. What should I pay for online? I mean what should I click on? I have visited https://ess.education.gov.ng/#/ but I am yet to understand how to pay for an eligibility letter. Help me on that, house!

Sir you MUST authenticate your documents at the MoE and MoFA before you legalize them at the Polish Embassy.

You don't need to translate your documents if they are in English Language.

After many attempts at the IELTS test I finally got the almighty score, and I L8, R7.5,W7.5,S7 but the painful thing now is that my crs score is 453. I already have my masters degree, how can I get more points and what are my chances?

Aye mi, my life! Begging who? Better collect the money ASAP. You can do it better than an agent. All you need to do is to take like few days to read the page one of this thread thoroughly. And, gurus in the house are always passionate about helping when you're stuck in the middle.

Note: If you don't like reading much, cultivate the habit right now because, you will still need to write IELTS (that is if you haven't). You will enjoy doing it yourself as you won't be left all alone in the process. I trust my elders in the house. Jah bless!

please if you dont get ADR for 3yrs SOA its not necessary in my opinion, because that would be a large file to compress when putting your app together. 6-12 months for me its ok, but if ADR says 3yrs definitely you have no choice. keep your application simple and original.

each case is different . You are not required to submit bank statements for 3 years. In some cases the Visa officers have requested for bank statement showing salary payments. If you read the ppr stories on the part 9. Many used paid in cash and it was fine. Just that people have submitted fake reference letters in the past so VO may just be curious

This is very okay too if you do not have the patience, time and extra cash to do a change of name in her passport. Just remember to include evidence for the relationship and if you want, give a LOE why there is a difference in surname.

You dont need to do another passport in her married name, an affidavit of change of name along with the marriage certificate and change of name will be fine. Just indicate that she is known by other names aside her maiden name when you are filling the form and then you will be able to submit all the evidence

Hello gurus in the house! Good morning to you all from this side! I need a clarification on Proof of Fund.

My question : Must someone provide a statement of account that covers all the 3 years working experience?

Can't a reference letter from my place of work and the employment letter cover for my statement of account?

I asked because, I received some salaries by cheque which I just cashed immediately at bank. Meaning that I didn't drop the cheques at bank to drop directly into my account. Kindly help me look into my case, please!

Whether you are backing up with evidence of marriage, the name on the passport should be in your application even IELTS as I said earlier and ultimately PR . If you are the PA, while she maintains her maiden name, your evidence of marriage can suffice to show you both are married. Many here on Nairaland used their maiden name on their passport to apply, they have gotten their PR and landed in Canada. You can do more research with keywords like maiden name on passport and make your final decision. Others can weigh in too.

We have news paper publication plus marriage cert. which we want to use as evidence that she's married to me.

Won't that contradict the name on her passport?

If you don't plan to change the name on the passport, you are good to go. But do know that the name on her passport would be the name on her application, IELTS. I hope this helps

The best way to go about it is for them to speak directly with the airlines plying Canada from Nigeria.Based on the feedbacks, they can make their decisions.

In my observation, I think the family should try and consult the airline office before trying to book. I see her being the best office to answer your question perfectly as the only constant thing is "change. If it works, great! But if otherwise, Candian authority must, without any delay, be informed of the current situation in order to safeguard their PPR. Not a guru though, just my rationality!
