People, most especially the social media peeps are automatically wired to social media influencers and artistes. They cant think for themselves, they are like sheeps, gullible zombies who only likes what the influencers like, move in the direction they follow. They only appreciate and cheers on what the popular influencers and artiste like. So anything other than that, outside the validation of this 'higher humans', is condemnable and unworthy to them.

Hilda capitalised on this well. She played the game very nice. She paid big influencers and artiste for publicity before going into the cook-a-thon. They publicised and promote her to their gullible followers whose only existence in life is to reflect, to mirror their validations. So any other person outside that circle, is seen as opportunist, a fake, or as someone not worthy of been cheered or champion.

Just like the case of Chef dammy. Most of this gullible followers criticising and attacking her, see her as fake, as unworthy just because the 'higher humans'; the influencers and artiste which they worship, havent given her their validations.
