The fact that we are here discussing Ebola, a runaway disease that distabilizes and kills the human body should be enough to disprove your so-called intelligent design.
The human body, or any body for that matter, is not intelligently designed, otherwise it would not be prone to disease and malfunction at all, considering the omni omni power, wisdom and foresight of the supposed designer.
Also, let me remind you, there is no perfect harmony in the universe. What you see as harmony are structures and mechanisms that took millions and billions of years to attain certain degrees of stability.
For example, it took the Earth over 4 billions years of violent wobbles just to attain its near-perfect orbit around the Sun. It is these violent wobbles of yesteryears that gave rise to craters, mountains, rivers and volcanic activities and of course the continents drifting part.
