Rakiticbarca: Terry Stegen
Semedo Pique Umtiti Alba
Roberto Rakitic Busquet Iniesta
Messi Suarez
But I trust EV to use Paulinho in place of Roberto This is also nice but I also think Paulinho should play. |

I'd go with Roberto. Since he increases our chances of scoring. We need the away goal. |

Then proceed to register as fast as possible. I called the number I found on the site and spoke with a man. We spoke for up to six minutes tho I couldn't really grasp everything he said. But I told him I'm a newbie and he said I'd have to learn some basics like web design, photoshop which might run for 4wks for 35k. And then I'll move on to packages like JQuery, PHP and so on for the same amount totalling 70k. He said some things about 3 projects I will do, probably upon graduation. Before calling, I thought they were in Surulere. But I asked him and he said they're in Ikeja and that's not really convenient for me if their classes run Mon-Fridays. Transportation costs and all. I'm in Apapa. I was thinking I'd get something in Surulere. What do you think? |

dmcdad: As much as I ain't a fan of making excessive noise about how we will beat a team silly, yet it should be noted that it happens with every club. Go to the Chelsea thread and some other places online and imagine what they said they would do with Barça.
In the course of last night's game, Chelsea fans were just reiterating that they would kill Barça... As in, they would do to Barça what Madrid was doing to PSG at the time. So, just know it's a normal thing with most fans, hence you should tone it down with the 'caution' 'caution.' thingy. It's a normal thing that happens with football fans. Besides, whatever you say prior to the game, whether optimistically or otherwise, it wouldn't change the outcome.
Moreover, do you think because you applied caution with regards to the match, and maybe Chelsea ends up winning, do you think the Chelsea fans on here would spare you trolling? I guess not.
Like I said... It happens everywhere. Alot of Chelsea fans are full of confidence already that they would defeat us. It's a two-way street bro. Ok oh. I also have a healthy dose of confidence that we'll beat them. |

Linkfield: Seriously, I always like those Barca fans that like to make mouth and can be overconfident on things...
They won't come out now. They would still bury their heads in shame Imagine after all the talk about how Mbappe, Cavani and Neymar are the best attacking trio currently in Europe and how many goals they've scored, none of them scored tonight. When it comes to Europe, I know who to rate and who not to. PSG can spend 500M on Neymar and Mbappe, but that still won't make them European heavyweights alongside BBM. |

People like Royalblack007 and Debroslink said it on this thread. I said it too. I hope Cules that have been making mouth that Barcelona would do this and that to Chelsea learned something tonight. I'm not saying you shouldn't support your team but be cautious. Caution is the key word. God I know you know I've not made any mouth about how we will beat Chelsea silly, so pls help us eliminate them next week. Amen! |

I think I agree with senorova. It's a knockout tie, therefore anything's possible. But while I think we should give them their respect, it's still a two-legged tie and I don't think they can beat us in a two-legged tie. And I know Messi will score a brace in one of those games. I don't know why I'm so sure, but I know. And you know what they say. If you know, you know. |

I have my standards for rating football experts, if yours is wack, that's your problem.
You can even join arsenal in May, to celebrate europa league qualification, free world. Bounce. I'm not interested in any back and forth. I just wanted to point out the flaw in your comment. You're not his employer. If at the end of his time at Man City, the club is satisfied with whatever he achieved, you're in no position to call him a failure. Shove your standards where the sun doesn't shine. It's useless. |

idreezbaba: What Manchester City Board Needs From isn't the Champions League.. They want him to dominate England and he is already doing that now.. UCL is bigger than Manchester City as a team so even if pep doesn't win UCL ..The board will still be delighted!!..
Get that right you haters But a certain poster here wants us to believe that if Pep doesn't win all major trophies this year, it'll be considered a failure to him. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by mcdreeezy: 10:29pm On Dec 15, 2017 |
I don't really know why they emphasising on how Pep spent money. I don't know. The important thing should be winning after you've spent. If Pep wins the league, years from now if he's being remembered for winning the league, go around to tell people how he spent money to win the league. Goodluck doing that.
I wonder if Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal are poor clubs. People be talking _shit about spending money. Like other coaches don't spend. They be highlighting the exact amount spent. Forgetting the so called market has been inflated for some time now. A manager can spend 200M on just four players for 50M each. When you hear them say 200M, you'd think the said manager bought a whole team with the money. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by mcdreeezy: 10:10pm On Dec 15, 2017 |
airmark: Stop your fables. Conte had issues before, during and after the transfer window on transfers, I don't know where you got the story that he had issues after buying virtually his plan b options.
Pep came to city and was given free hand to pick players and that alone was one of the reasons some of us called him a fraud after a failed debut. I personally didn't know he would spend additional 217m for this season, before he could smell the league title.
I will appreciate it, if you can help with the total amount spent on new players since he arrived epl. I don't think conte has spent near that in total.
I expect pep to win all the major trophies this year, anything short, will be considered a failure to me. Your last statement is very irritating. Anything short will be considered a failure to you. It's so easy to say. You've probably checked and seen it's very likely he'll win the league but that's not enough for you. He also has to win the UCL, which you know is a lot harder to win considering there are heavyweights like Barca, Bayern and Madrid there. But let's say he miraculously wins the UCL along with the league but doesn't win the FA Cup. You'll then consider him a failure cuz tho he won the league and the UCL, he didn't win the FA Cup. Is that how easy it is to throw the word failure around? It's a good thing your opinion isn't worth _shit sir. |

chrisley024: It is funny all these Ibra, Pogba, Jones, Bailly, etc, played last season against top teams and what happened?. I thought he said he'll change to attacking style when he came newly but looks like the leopard cannot change his spots. I get ashamed watching our game against any decent team. Seriously this is not how we can come close to the likes of Barca, Madrid, Bayern, etc. What we see is our defenders hoofing it to the CF. And the recent excuse is if Pogba is not playing then no hope in attack. Even if Pogba and everyone is around, there isn't much they can do. Cuz at the end, Jose's negative tactics would overshadow everything. You're right. They just hoof the ball hoping someone performs magic with it. It all points to one person; Jose Mourinho. |

Oasis007: The Problem with United ain't actually Lukaku rather the Idïot Mourinho. I'm beginning to dislike him, in fact I want him sacked at the End of the Season.
The Idïot is killing the Players' Morale, he's turning them to Cowards, that only roar Louder when facing small Teams.
Meanwhile...... RIP to Chelsea in advance! LOL. If you're a United fan and you don't know this, then sorry oh. I see a lot of people cursing Lukaku out and I'm just laughing. If you've been watching football and following the EPL for some years now, you should know Lukaku. And if you know him, you should know he's not all that. You should also know he rarely ever scores in big games. Therefore you should not be surprised. The biggest problem in Man Utd now is Jose Mourinho. I like Man Utd but they got the wrong coach. JM is too defensive-minded for a club like Man Utd! Some pipu no dey hear. I'm happy tho, that Pep and his good football are winning in the EPL and I hope they win the league. You can imagine parking the bus whenever you meet a top six side. It's not as if you don't have the players to attack. You do, but the mentality always is first of all, not to lose. Instead of thinking about how to win. We know Lukaku is average but yesterday, he was a victim of JM's defensive tactics. Simple. The point I'm trying to make is I agree with you. Jose Mourinho, not Lukaku, is the problem. Anybody that's not seeing this is not seeing well. |
