I tend to go with the latter because using indices of development and attitude towards humanity, the whites are far ahead of us. There are more important things going on in Nigeria now, like the disappearance of Nnamdi Kanu, and everybody is checking their backyards and farms if he is hiding there.

Somebody even said they saw him on a bike entering Benin republic this afternoon.
