I know i am not a big fan of arsenal, but believe me, i really wanted arsenal to win! But how wrong i was!!! after 90 mins no shot on or off target is criminal!! no chances created, Barca could have played that match without their keeper.

@jmaine, u seem not to get my point. U don't jus bring an inexperienced player into a big game, u groom him gradually. Look at the ascension of Messi. He was coming on as a sub for over 2 seasons and learning the art in the midst of big and experienced players like Deco, Eto'o and Dinho who were always there to encourage him and push him on even when he loses possesion. That's how to groom a player who has huge potentials. Tell me who is the leader in Arsenal? Wilshere is a very good player no doubt,but believe me, he needs to buy a dvd of yesterday's game and constantly watch it to draw inspiration from.

Been following this thread closely,and could see a lot of people are throwing reason to the wind and dancing with the foils of their own emotions-typical of Epl fans. As a Barca fan, I wasn't happy with the sending off of RVP over a bookable offence. No! And neither were the barca players on the field. But then, I still remind u, RVP was booked for same offence at the world cup finals against spain,needless to say he acted silly in the first half and got a yellow card. Hence, should one turn a blind eye to a bookable offence just because its a high-profile match or because the dude didn't hear the whistle. Common, that whistle no be N50 them they sell am now.! Its an ultrasonic whistle that is high in tone,pitch and intensity.There is no ignorance to a law ur already aware of. The law was not made last week. Its been there a lot longer and have been reviewed times without no.
Arsenal has Almunia to thank for the countless saves he pulled off. Arsene Wenger must be a joker or a clown. What was Wilshere doing in that game? Even Fabregas was the worst player on the pitch,along with Roscisky. Wenger's game plan was a blind mans gamble and he knows he has every course to lose the game,given that he lacks quality in his team. A quality needed for a game of that magnitude. And for the fans,y'all beTter stop crying foul, go on youtube and re-watch the match highlights. The penalty was clearly deserved,just as was denied Messi in d 1st half. And for those saying Barca relied on ref to win, what do u call the bashing of last season? Was it only 5 arsenal players on the pitch? Or were the players from Stoke city wearing arsenal jersies? Was Walcot not in the game? Were those goals off-side? U guys better stop ranting and go build ursef a strong team. I believe a compact team like Chelsea would have qualified given the same situation of yesterday.

Am a Barca fan and would naturally support my team. I know Arsenal will be hard nut to crack but then, a game of this magnitude rests on these factors,which Arsenal lacks;
1. Maturity to face-off high challenges.
2. The compactness to marshal a defensive play.
3. The ability to come up high and deliver when the goods are needed.
4. The ability to wade off inferiority complex.
5. The quality of players to stack up against the odds.

Believe me, Arsenal are no match for Barca. Wilshere is the joker in the pack.

You would agree with me that, the measure of mending the existing emotions between long distant couples vary from person to person; it works in the right path for some, and others expericence it in the negative turn. Guys, I once had a gurl who had her friend test me. I knew the whole tin was a setup from the outset when I began to notice the unsualness of her friends 'friendliness' with me.
