Women natural are emotional creatures and can easily fall prey to an ex who want to still have some deals with her. As my friend would say "once eaten, it can alwys be eaten again when the conditions are made the same like the first time. If she sees him on a normal day and says hi, no problem, but calling and asking for things from the ex isnt normal to me.

This one is different. The court discharged him based on the point they were accusing him on at that time.

so as long as he has been freed based on that point, he ought to be released to go.

But the law permits the DSS or police to rearrest him based on another separate accusation.

for now that separate accusation has not been brought forward by either the police or the DSS

So Ogwuche and his lawyers (SAN) are crying foul.

They are right unless the authorities brings up another point, which is what the judge has asked them to do

to prove why Ogwuche should not be released.

However, let us make it clear that prosecuting Oguche in court is the duty of the Nigerian Police not the DSS

The charge shall read Ogwuche VS the commissioner or IG of Police, not the DSS

The DSS should hand the files over and lets move forward.

For if through theior bungling this case, Ogwuche is set free,

I will just cross over to Benin Republic and rent a flat, move my family there and come back like the politicians hehehehehe
