My advice is that only persons that are educated to at least primary 6 certificate or WAEC should be allowed to vote instead of the majority illiterates choosing who will be our leaders.
Imagine when the illiterate who are majority in number determining who will be our leaders.
Maybe the law will also help to make our northern brothers and sisters go to school.

I saw the pic the OP showed it was like a boil very close to the anus. If that's not the same as yours then am sorry we are on a different page and cane help you.
But if it is the same pic like the OP showed of a boil very close to the anus then NOTE that's not pile but with time it will result to cancer of the anus and the pain is excruciating.
As per the food stop eating noodles and spaghetti.
Because after I stopped the alcohol and sugar with mineral the lump never really went away and most times I want to stool there is always this sharp pain that goes straight to my brain like the pain you feel when you have tooth ache.
Till I stopped noodles and spaghetti all together I have not felt a single pain some 3 years back and the lump has disappeared and I also only take palmwine and some other healthy habits.

Like I said all forms of granulated sugar must be stopped with all forms of mineral. When I said sugar I also meant those inside mineral bottled water. And also 2 types of food well all eat that must be stopped as it also contains industrial sugar.

I suffered this ailment since 2009 it always come and goes and when I resume drinking it will come back then I will just pop 2 tetracycline and the pain is gone later I had to increase the tetracycline to 4 and then 5 and guess what the tetracycline was no longer effective.
The pain is better imagined and can be likened to tooth ache.

No worry when the pain hit you will will catch your mother and father Witch.

No it's not constipation.
Your friend should permanently stop alcohol and industrial sugar intake which is the primary cause.
There are other 2 types of food that must be stopped and these foods I am sorry I can't mention it here on open forum.

The solution is easy and it's free and guess what you don't need to pay a single Kobo for it.

Primarily stop alcohol,stop granulated sugar and if it continues there are 2 types of food you must stop eating and that's all.

99% of alcohol beverage is produced with industrial sugar and that's what the body is fighting and if not controlled online it will lead to cancer of the anus and this time I am very sorry it will be he'll on earth for you and then you will know that what you are going through is child's play when it is full blown cancer of the anus.

But if you go drinking heavily again after it has been cured it will come back.

When you try to shut it is so painfully.

Dude, I just went through the same pain recently. All I used and that helped were:
1. Anusol suppository ( These are inserted inside the anus). Once daily preferably when going to bed.

2. Ciprotab. 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.

3. Flagyl. 1 each in the morning, afternoon and evening.

4. I'm sorry I forgot the name but it's a pain reliever. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

5. Stool softener/Laxative (Liquid paraffin to be precise). 1.5 tablespoon, preferably before bedtime. You go shit the following day, you have to take note of this...

Everything listed above did not cost up to 4k naira.

If no improvements after 2 to 3 days, abeg go see better doctor.

You are the only person that has given the guy the nearest best solution and don't forget tetracycline also helps to stop the pain.
All these you have explained works after 4 to 5 experience.
It gets to a stage all these things you have listed will stop working and believe me the pain is excruciating.
I have experienced it and I know first hand how painfully it is but then it is very easy to cure.
