How funny the North's ass is currently out in the open and they keep making obvious childish effort to snap the wraps over it. We can't continue like this.
The wider South and middle belt must stand their ground on restructuring. grin cheesy
They are only strong when they divide to conquer.
Just like in Royal Rumble, smaller lots of the south has gathered to toss out Brock lesnar for good. Once he is off the Ring, we come up with what to do with ourselves.
Epic description!! grin... Brock Lesnar is really a devilish bully. He and Braun Strowman I don't know who is more wicked.....We gonna surely do Seth Rollins on whichever of them that crosses the Southern Unity and resurgence.

PlayMaker14:
It was an awful experience...

After much struggle and cancelling all my through pass to her delicate heart, the beautiful Fejiro left me no choice but to move ahead.

Yes, I was devastated because I have been helping my guys with key passes to get the girl of their dreams, but mine was totally different.

One hot Saturday morning, I was sent to grind beans which is a regular player on our Saturday diet. I saw the delectable Fejiro holding her own custard cup full of neatly peeled beans and red hot atarodo, she was just smiling and facing the opposite side, I just bone and concentrate on the noisy grinding machine to finish the devilish work he's doing with the beans.

She tapped my shoulders and ask me to wait for her, but my guardian angel whispered to me that my mom's cane is chilling under the bed, but I sent my guardian angel away and told him never to disturb me when I am about to make it in life.

I waited for her just to prove that I still have a vacant accommodation in my heart for her, all these while, she covered her mouth with her hands while talking to me... While we were going home, she said if I could come and meet her at madam Banga rice spot close to the community town hall by 7pm because she has something to tell me...

Hearing that cheering news, I smiled sheepishly and ran home to prepare my formation. Luckily for me, Mom was just outside discussing with a church member who lives close to our house, so I did not receive any cane for coming back late.

At 7pm, she was already there in a dark spot where people line up to be served by madam Banga rice, we greeted each other, and she started telling me that she likes me back... As a deadly teenage tactician, I observed the environment and was pleased no one was around, I quickly grabbed her by the waist and reached for her lips, she tried to resist it, but couldn't as I have already made her so weak to put up a strong resistance.

This immature kiss lasted for some minutes and I had to let go because the young Tiger I have down there is already battling to burst out and devour anything in it's path.

To cut the long story short, I woke up feeling some kind of sour in my lips, my beautiful Fejiro had Ibeké (A wicked bacteria that cause your lips to start tearing from each end)

That was how she transferred Ibeké to me Free of charge with my first kiss...
Did she bake the ibeke before transferring to you or she gave you the baby ibeke bacteria to go and develope? grin grin

Surrounded by Arabs indeed. You must be bereft of historical facts to have made that laughable comment. Go and read up on the 6 days war and see how Israel humbled those Arab neighbours in times past You think this is the first time this kinda skirmish is happening?

Sorry, I forgot there's another breed of Yorubas who can stay eons with you but will consciously chose to see nothing good about you. Still, there are those who pass through a school but school didn't pass through them.... for guys like you, I hands off my precious time,!!

I hate hearing these words.
He hasn't traveled outside his zone.
I'm sure you never traveled up to 20 states in Nigeria.

Now, let me tell u why Yoruba and Igbo can live together as a country.

1. Culture differs while the Igbos don't give a Bleep about their elders, respect is part and parcel of Yorubas

2. Religion differs, while the Igbos are strong catholics and Anglicans, Yorubas are mainly traditional people.

3. Igbos don't give a fvck about Muslims, but an average Yoruba family.have Muslims, Christians and traditional people

4. Igbos like to do things independently, Yorubas like to do things together and collectively.

You can disapprove any lie in the above.
That your number one is a capital lie. Don't let the face offs between Ohaneze and Igbo youths made popular by Biafra agitations deceive you. We respect our elders but are not afraid to call the elder to order when he oversteps his boundaries.

According to your number 2, you haven't heard nor seen Igbo Pentecostals and traditionalists abi?
Kontinu. See what I am talking about?

That your number 4 is another lie. Have you heard about Umunna? Go and verify what it means. Igbos have age grades of different types. There are umuada age grades for married daughters. There is nze and ọzọ forum. In every community, the Umunna attends to any pressing matter before it escalates. This is the first conflict resolving forum in every Igbo community and it's stronger than even the law court in some instances.

ANYWHERE AN IGBO MAN FINDS HIMSELF, BE SURE TO FIND A UNION THAT LINKS THEM ALL TOGETHER. THEY EVEN SPONSOR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN THEIR COMMUNITIES DOWN HOME. During last year lockdown, every Igbo community had donations from diaspora. Do you know why an organisation like IPOB is waxing stronger, it is because they make huge donations and attend meetings in their different countries of residence.

Ogbeni have you lived in any Igbo state before? Have you spent up to a year in Igbo land before? Why I ask you these questions is cos I found out the average Yoruba hardly talks about an Igbo person from a personal experience (s). It's usually done from second hand information. You cannot say the same of Igbos who travel a lot and have missed a lot with you people.

I am privileged to have lived in the North, South South, South West and South East. I grew up and schooled in a diverse ethnic environment. I had and still have friends from every nook and cranny of Nigeria, both as classmates and as colleagues. If we can be sincere to ourselves, an Igbo man is far quicker to learn a fellow Nigerian's language (dialetc) unlike others. I am speaking this from first hand experience. I know how many Yorubas and Hausas who have lived many years in Igboland but they cannot speak Igbo but an Igbo man does so in half the time others spent in his region. Doesn't this show open mindedness?

When I was in Owerri, I had countless testimonies of Yoruba corpers mostly who came down to Igboland to do their NYSC. From their testimonies, they found out that what they had been spoonfed about Igbo man being cannibals, wicked etc were false. They realised, these evils associated with Igbos were blown out of proportion. I once had a neighbour from the South West. They rated me as one of the best fellow they had encountered. To the extent that when their mum paid a visit, she had to come thank me for the wonderful things she had been hearing about me.

Many of the corpers I was talking about are presently settled in Igboland. Many of them are married to Igbo ladies. Go to Owerri for instance and ask of GOFON poultry, Idowu poultry, music pastor Adesoji Joseph, Jide Taiwo and partners (a surveyor), etc. The list is endless. A lot of Yorubas are established in Owerri with many living in their own houses as landlords. Many housing contractors in the East at large are Yorubas with Yoruba wives. When you converse with them, they will disabuse your mind on the tales you have been hearing about Igbos.

A Yoruba once told me that why he loves associating with Igbos is that they will somehow impart into you the spirit of entrepreneurship. From the way you sound, I know you haven't spent more than a month in Igboland. So, I know what I am saying. Sorry this post is too long than I had meant it to be.

OldNairalander:
This thread is a follow up to the Southern governor's meeting.
The South is speaking with one voice. Let's extend it to nairaland.
Anything that affects South South also affects South West and East.
No more Yoruba - Igbo tribal hate speech
No more rejoicing on killings in Yorubaland, Igboland or any part of Southern Nigeria.
Let's put the past behind us and comment progressively on issues that will help the Southern region overcome her present challenges.
This thread is aimed at unifying all interest groups and removing all tribal e-fights on this forum
I can confirm that our leaders are on nairaland and use it as a public opinion tool.

Your suggestions on how best to resolve our common challenges are highly welcomed.

FYI I'm a proud NigerDeltan/Southern Nigerian.
Disclaimer: This thread is not a Southern Nigeria secessionist thread.
Hmm ..Omo this one go hard. Na those e-yabis dey follow make Nairaland sweet ooo grin
