pakirisuitesphc:you don't have to bloodly defend what you don't know, if you have the video look at it very well and justify if you have ever seen someone that is exposed doing such mumu salutations if not a raw bandit from bush. |
From bandit to a custom officer to facilitate easy movement of Arms to the country. This country is finished. This country has turned to another thing and we really need prayers. The first picture was taken during Amnesty program/dropping of Arms by bandits while the second one is the same person in the first picture when he was promoted in the custom service. My point of view is that if the man is mentally educated he would have known how to salute cos he was now three star

The story of Jesu Oyingbo is one of those stories that alot of Nigerians can not forget easily. Olufunmilayo Immanuel Odumosu was a middle aged Man back then in the 1950's, he was popularly known as Jesu Oyingbo in Lagos. He declare himself as the Jesus Christ that Christian's have been waiting for. Alot of people did not believe this claim and saw it as blasphemous, there were also some people that actually believed him totally. Those believers left their homes and families, they packed their properties and moved to the estate of the self acclaimed Jesus. Back then in 1959, Pastor Immanuel claimed to be Jesus Christ who came to lead his people out of darkness and bring them into the light. He declared that he was Jesus Christ whose second coming was foretold in the Bible. He also said that anybody that believed in him will have joy, he claimed to be the missing part of the trinity and that he came to prepare them for judgment. The craziest part about this declaration is the fact that people actually believed him, alot of people rushed to his church for miracles. The self acclaimed Jesus had a church called Universal College of Regeneration located in Lagos State. Somethings were quite different in the way this self acclaimed Jesus lived his own life, even his mode of worship was totally different. Jesus Oyingbo made up his own way of worship that was absolutely strange. The self acclaimed Jesus had a communal enclave where he had over 700 followers, his followers all lived in that place with different kinds of workshops. The place had some strange sculptures that made people assumed there was more to his church. There were statues of Mermaids, lions, and even Jesus Christ in some of his buildings. Apart from this, the self acclaimed Jesus used to baptise the new members of his Church with 9 strokes of cane instead of water. After the baptism, the new members will then be allowed to stay in the estate with the other disciples. People also said alot of unlawful and sinful activities took place in his church during that time. There was also a time he gave the Wife of one of his Church members to another Individual, he did this in other to punish the Man for treating his Wife badly. Jesus Oyingbo also had over 30 Wives and he had over 80 children, some of the kids were born by his church Member's wives. Even though he claimed to be Jesus Christ, not all his kids believed he was the real Jesus. Jesu Oyingbo was wealthy when he was alive, people claimed he acquired his wealth by extorting his followers of their money. He was a able to deceive and to convince alot of people to foow his ways. In the year 1988, Jesus of Oyingbo died in a hospital while he was 73 years old. He died just like every mortal, he did not resurrect like the Jesus we all my. His church and all his followers were all confused because they didn't expect Jesus to actually die during his second coming, some even thought that he would rise on the 3rd day. Even til today the self acclaimed Jesus is still dead, he did not resurrect like they all assumed. Jesus Oyingbo did not write any will before he died, this caused alot of issues amongst his wives, kids and even his followers. It was when his first son Carried the issue to court that they found out evil things committed in the estate. The court was able to send out all the followers living in the estate, now the place is just a shadow of itself.

Child bride who killed husband in Kano gets pardon after 7 years in jail Rahma Hussein, a child bride found ‘liable’ of killing her husband seven years ago has finally regained her freedom. Hussein, who was jailed at age 16, was freed by the Committee on Prison Reforms and Decongestion. Apart from Hussein, the committee, led by Justice Ishaq Bello, also facilitated the release of 30 other inmates from various custodial centres in the state on Friday. PlatinumPost reports that in 2014, Hussein was arrested and charged to a high court in Kano for stabbing her husband to death a day after their wedding. Delivering the judgement in 2018, Justice R. A. Sadik ordered that the Ms Hussein be “detained at the pleasure of the governor of the state” because she was forcefully married and committed the offence at the age of 16. On Friday, the committee, in its ongoing tour to decongest prisons, found Ms Hussein worthy of benefiting from the presidential pardon. In a statement issued to journalists on Saturday, spokesman for the Correctional Centres in Kano, Musbahu Kofar-Nassarawa, said her release was “based on the recommendation from the officials of the correctional centre who attested to her good behavior and industry. According to him, the committee also advised the governor of Kano state, Abdullahi Ganduje, who holds the power of prerogative of mercy on her judgement, to consider the circumstances that led her to commit the offence and grant her pardon. He said the governor obliged to the advice and granted her pardon. Speaking after her pardon, excited Ms Hussein, thanked the committee, Mr Ganduje and officials of the correctional centre for facilitating her freedom. The Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has clarified his earlier comment where he said anyone who kills a Fulani herdsman takes a death loan repayable in 100 years. Speaking during the ongoing Social Media Week in Lagos, the governor disclosed that many people found the statement he in made in 2012 as inciting violence but it remained the truth. Insisting that the comment was not a threat, El-Rufai said the comment was meant to help avert crisis. According to El-Rufai, “People are making reference to what I tweeted in 2012. What did I tweet? I tweeted that any person, soldier or not, that kills a Fulani, takes a debt that will be repayable in 100 years. It is a statement of fact. “It is not a threat. It is not an incitement to violence and there is a context to it. In 2012, the General Officer commanding of 5 divison of the Nigerian Army in Jos, gave an instruction that it behooves on the governor of Plateau state to wipe out two Fulani settlements just outside Jos on the suspicion that they have weapons. “This was reported by the governor of Plateau state and the commander gave the order and I heard about it. I called and said please don’t do that. Go and surround the place and search for weapons. But that was not the objective. “The Objective was to remove them from the settlement because they are settlers and people that think that that land is their ancestral land, want to take the land. It is not because they had weapons. Now I know the nature of the normadic Fulanis. “My great great grand parents used to be such people. If you kill any of them unlawfully, they organise to take revenge no matter how long it takes. “Now for me, the danger is that if the Nigerian Army goes and wipes out a Fulani settlement, any person wearing a Nigerian Army uniform in 14 West African countries is at risk because these Fulanis may have relations in Mali, Ghana, Serria Leone, Guinea, and word would go round that the Nigerian Army has created genocide against the Fulanis and anywhere you see a person wearing a Nigerian Army Uniform, is a target for retaliation and I warned the commander that this will happen. “He did not listen and that is why I put it on the record so that when it starts happening, nobody would say he was not warned. “Ultimately because of that tweet, the commander retracted his plan and they went and surrounded the settlement and searched for weapons and found none. “To me, what I did averted a potential disaster but that is being put as if I tweeted something inciting anyone. If you don’t believe what I tweeted, go and do what the army wanted to do and see the consequences.” |
