NwaNimo1:Subsidy will remain till Dangote refinery starts running, then the prices will stabilize due to competition, and if Dangote can satisfy our domestic needs, then the prices will drop because haulage costs and freight charges has been removed. Subsidy removal for Nigerians to incur such costs will lead to acute criminality, and starvation, which makes citizens desperate. It's all about taking care of the people, this is what governance is about. Let them reduce costs of governance, this is one of our greatest liability...one official having six PA's...waste. |

Whatever, it is a bad move, laws can be repelled, yes, President has the perogative, to postpone laws, pending being repelled by the house of assembly, if the law will affect National security and stability, it will be repelled, especially on such a law on the petroleum industry bill, 95% of Nigerians don't like the removal of subsidy, this is the only gain we get as citizens, for all the taxes and our collective wealth generated by this our country. President, house of representatives, senators, governors, Ministers are living like Kings, while the people, who are the masters in a democracy are living poor, now you want to strangulate them? NBC must be objective, laws and the system is for the good of the people. Period. |

All kidnappers must be killed, their lives is worth less than the lives they kill and destroy. This is what Nigerians should protest about, execution of kidnappers, this will reduce their numbers. Killing kidnappers is the only way to reduce their numbers, and send deterrence to others. Nigerians kidnappers are making money from kidnapping, only their death will make them stop. |
