oyatz:Your narratives is a bit twisted The story of the exiled Benin Prince Ekaladerhan, who settled in an area of the geographical area of Yoruba land, starting the Oba kingship is more believable. Ekaladerhan gave birth to who the Yorubas call Oranmiyan. This is more believable than the story of mythical Oduduwa falling from the sky, whose son is Oranmiyan, giving birth via a Benin woman to bore the first Oba, how can a people already with a set of kingship and family members in line for the throne, just allow an outsider, come become their king? All accounts by Yoruba historians stated that Oduduwa came from the East, and Benin sits on the East of Yoruba, looking at the map, all Yoruba historians agree that Oduduwa just appeared, was never born in Yoruba land... Erelu Dosunmu and Oba of Lagos confirmed that they are ancestrally Benin. One Question...was Oduduwa Yoruba? Did you believe the myth that Oduduwa came from the Sky? I will rather believe the Benin exiled Prince is Oduduwa narrative. Benin (Beny) is a Portuguese name after which was named the Bight of Benin in view of its political, economic influence and value by the Portuguese on trade missions. (Papiva da Beny) which in Portuguese meant broad road of the city of Benin. Papiva was corrupted to Akpakpava, the road that once housed the Catholic Cathedral established in the 15th century, now known as Aruosa Church where the Oba occasionally worships. |
Trace the history of both, Benin people had Ogiso empire, which metamorphosed into Oba dynasty. The Benin people already had a ruling dynasty, hence it makes sense that the more established dynasty/empire will influence the other lands with non established dynasty/kingship. The story of the exiled Benin Prince Ekaladerhan starting the Oba kingship is more believable, Ekaladerhan gave birth to who the Yorubas call Oranmiyan. This is more believable than the story of mythical Oduduwa falling from the sky, whose son is Oranmiyan, giving birth via a Benin woman to bore the first Oba, how can a people already with a set of kingship and family members in line for the throne, just allow an outsider, come become their king? Why do they make the tribe, and State of origin of the president, more important than the capacity, capability and integrity of who the President should be? Is this how low we have become? |
Cultistupdate:All your life is obsessed with cultism, some rituals have been in existence before all these cultist groups came up...stop sounding like a kid... especially in these covid times, people greet in different ways, to avoid clasping palms. What is your aim, are you trying to promote the vice? Don't you know by associating big stars with it, you encourage young ones to go into it? Stop talking about things you have no evidence on...it's defamation of character. |
In other words you agree with what was said, especially you Femi you are corrupt inside out. |

No one wants to site business in a region of tribalist...let an Igbo man site a refinery in Biafra land ![]() |

BeardedmeatR:Am telling it to all the Governors and President, sign the death warrants, stop feeding demons in prison with public funds, execute them, their lives are less important than the lives of Nigerians they killed. The law proscribes death, kill them. |
