Haven seen the full picture of the costs of doing this foundation, as all the works are nearly completed, all costs paid for and every materials accounted for, I think I have the total costs of building this foundation till the cast of the DPC which is currently ongoing to completion. We have spent the following monies on both materials, workmanship and supervision of this stage of the project. Please, is it possible to transfer from one University in the UK to another University in the UK on the same course?

I am currently studying Nursing, and I am almost done with my first year. Still, for some personal family reasons and the level of racism in my current city (there are very few blacks in my current city), I would like to transfer to a University in the Midlands for Mental Health Nursing in September for my second year. I have been in talks with the University I want to move to, and it looks like it will be positive.

My only fear now is with my Student Visa.

Do I have to return to Nigeria to apply for a new Student Visa when the new University gives me a CAS, or can I apply for a new student visa within the UK?

Planning to apply as a dependent with my husbands study permit. I want to know if I’ll have any issues with getting the visa.

Here’s the back information:

I have previously been given uk tourist visas in the past as a child, my dad applied for the visas. The issue is on the passport the date of birth on it is wrong, my dad made a mistake with a date of birth when getting the passport so he just continued with it and got visas for me with it. I obtained a new passport and changed the date of birth on the passport when I could to my normal date of birth so obviously ukvi has my biometrics attached to the details on that old passport with the wrong date of birth.

What can I do to address this without having any issues with obtaining visa to uk going forward? I have my birth certificate, change of dob affidavit, declaration of age certificate and other documents showing my real date of birth.

Pls kindly advice

I am left with Taxation and Business Management and finance which am planning to write this October. However I noticed Taxation which am yet to write have been moved to skills level. Do that mean I cannot write taxation anymore at foundation level?
