Apologies for the late response... Been a bit busy with work et al.

The business is definitely still on....Taking each steps towards growth in good stride.

Basic items like baby diapers,baby wipes,bicycles for personal use, not in commercial quantity. Some like the diapers can fit inside the vehicles but large items like bicycle have to be in the space outside the vehicles but within the container.

I don't expect there to be no extra clearing charge since I am paying full duties for a full 40ft container with 4 vehicles. This is not uncommon, what's your experience with this kind of situation?

morning sir,it depends on what u loads in it

that's if ure having much loads that'll contain the vehicles and also would be in container would attract extra charges and u need to be specific about what ure loading sir

So if you have one (or two) car(s) that you are looking to ship from Texas port on RORO before,we could consolidate and put four (4) cars in a container split the cost and take advantage to load up container with other items of interest, then get in touch with me.

Note: Your car(s) should already be on ground in Texas or you are buying within 1 week max, no long wait period. Otherwise I'll just push my cars on RORO as usual.

1. To fulfill the minimum of two directors requirement, can I have a non-shareholding director listed? Can someone be a director and not be allotted shares in the LLC?

2. For a director with Nigerian nationality but resident oversees, which is the best address to use - Nigerian or oversees address? This is not so much for the CAC forms but more about the bank account opening, im wondering how the bank will verify oversees address if used.

Very informative and detailed post, I would like to ask two questions;

#1 - Form CAC2.1 - appointment of company secretary:Is the company secretary expected/desired to be of a particular "profile" to qualify for this? I mean does it have to be a professional "secretary" or can I appoint anyone like my spouse/friend?

#2 - Utility Bill of the Business Address (for opening a bank account): Does this utility bill have to be in my name or in the name of any of the directors/shareholders? For example if I plan to use a third party office as biz address (of course with proper consent) then the utility bill may not be in my name, will this be an issue for the bank account opening?
