MTFindout:Check the school’s documents requirements first on their website before asking this question. Secondary schools usually have testimonials but not transcript. |
janda1:Good write up. You can modify this and help them put necessary web links that you used then to guide them. |
lextube:Accommodation is not scarce in Vienna. It’s because you don’t have the right information. You can get shared accommodation for €350 all bills included. Just know the right direction to look for accommodation. Stop putting fears in people. It’s good to apply early though to get accommodation in city centers. But no matter where you get accommodation, everywhere is accessible and it’s extremely easy to move around. Their outer city Districts (which you and I can call villages) have everything that you need to survive. They are better than our FCT. |
janda1:Don’t mind that man. For Visa-D (which is long stay - part of which study visa is categorized) o, nobody is helping anybody to pick date. They can be helping them to pick date at VFS office for Austrian Visa-C ( short stay, which is not more than 3 months). Anybody who pays anybody to pick date for Visa-D at Austrian embassy in Abuja should kiss his/her money bye bye. Even with some insiders I have the opportunity to know there, you can’t influence the appointment date. |
beevalley:You meant document to be legalized not document to be authenticated. - Authentication is done at MOE and MOFA - Verification is done by appointed lawyer by the Austrian embassy. - Legalization is done by Austrian embassy and it depends on the number of documents you intend to do. That’s the sequence. Back to your question: you can choose not to legalize immediately after verification is concluded and a verification mail/certificate says all is ok. But why will you chose not to legalize since you have to send legalized docs to Austrian universities for them to offer you admission? Except if one doesn’t have cash, I see no reason why you should not legalize. It is good you legalize all documents that your university will require to consider you for admission, in addition to your police character certificate, birth certificate, marriage cert/spinster/bachelorhood certificate l. Those last 3 certificates are compulsory because they will be used to process your RP from inside Austria. I hope this helps. |
FRS:NPC was established in 1992. You can’t use that small grey paper certificate because you were born in 1988. That’s before NPC was established. Somebody who is, at least, 8 years above your age must do age declaration for you in a competent law court. Don’t do it at magistrate courts o or at courts where they don’t usually come to work. Let your declarant go to state High Court of Federal High Court where their staff normally come to work regularly. After getting the age declaration done, your delarant can then proceed to NPC to get a birth certificate for you on their letter-head that would include the passport of your declarant. The person declaring for you would be the one Austrian lawyer would talk to and the person must know 99% things about you. It’s better the person is your family member or uncle or aunt etc. don’t use your friends o. Also, DONT FORGET TO INCLUDE THE PERSON’S (DECLARANT’S) NAME ON THE FORM YOU FILL THAT YOUR ARE SUBMITTING AT THE EMBASSY, AS PART OF YOUR RELATION. OF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS, THE EMBASSY LAWYER WILL PICK IT AGAINST YOU AND TOU WILL HAVE TO DO ANOTHER AGE DECLARATION AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PAY ANOTHER 200k TO THE EMBASSY. SO, MAKE SURE YOU STATE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PERSON ON THE FORM TOO AND IT HAS TO CONFORM WITH THE ONE YOU USE ON THE AGE DECLARATION AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE. |
First of all, look for her bank account and wire to her what she could have reasonably spent on your daughter before you even initiate any talk with anybody - whether her o or her friends, her families, your friends, or your family. Don’t forget to send her what she could have spent on herself for the whole years you have absconded and gone AWOL. You nor do well at all. |
mrksquare:This same format has been trending on my alma mata’s forum. In fact, the hac.kers have been attempting to hack my WhatsApp for over 2 weeks now. He has called me with 2 different numbers, sent me a code. I guess he is getting tired because before, on a daily basis, he would send at least 12 email messages to WhatsApp, requesting to reset (turn-off) my 2-Step verification. In recent time, he has reduced it to may be 2 emails in a day. I have his numbers and I can share it here so that users can save them and be able to block them. One of the hackers trailing me is on NL here. He even follows me. And I know him. He knows himself. 😁 |
This may be or sound out of order but it is good we are aware and careful of sone doors we buy and use in our houses. Good we watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoQgeoja5K0&ab_channel=Chamanskills Some are not even made as strong as the one shown in this video. |
pacespot:Deal with it for life. It’s a wound that won’t heal in your region. That’s the same way your blodas are crying all over the US and Europe. DANGOTE has added many chapters and verses to your Book of Lamentation. |
DMerciful:Thanks for shedding more light on it. Most people think it’s just child’s play. |
justtoodark:You are welcome, bro. |
pacespot:Did FG dole it our freely? Talking like a kalatobo. It’s not one of the reasons Dollar was scarce. It’s your state governor and politicians and your ndi billionaires that are importing nonsense that cause scarcity of dollar. Mind you, most of what Dangote spent on that refineries were borrowings from consortium of banks - both home and abroad. Didinrin. Were you there when they signed the contract to know that government can increase its stake in Dangote? So you have a copy of such documents? If you have, share it here for all to see. Copycat from Arise TV disgruntled analysts. No wonder you graduated since and couldn’t find job. Very lazy and unemployable youth. |
justtoodark:It’s not a subsidy, supplying crude to Dangote. FG (NNPC) is not selling/supplying crude for free to Dangote. The supply cannot be called inter-company transaction, (in accounting) either, which would be ‘nilled’ off (canceled out) when preparing consolidated group account. FG’s investment in DANGOTE is just a simple investment (in DANGOTE) in the books of our Federal Government - except if the FG’s intension is to gain CONTROL (above 50% stake in DANGOTE) or exercise SIGNIFICANT INFLUENCE (up to 49% stake in DANGOTE) later. FG (NNPCL) will record the crude shipped to DANGOTE as sales in its books. Dangote will record it as purchases of stocks (raw materials) in its books. At the end of the year when FG is paid by DANGOTE from the profit DANGOTE would have made, FG will record any dividend received from DANGOTE as other income or whatever name it wants to call it. DANGOTE will record whatever it pays/paid FG as dividend paid/payable after deducting withholding tax and he is still going to pay the withholding tax he could have deducted back to Lagos State where the refinery is. DANGOTE would be paying monthly withholding taxes to Lagos State government on CHARGEABLE SUPPLIES made to it by vendors who are outside the Free Trade Zone (FTZ). Where Dangote could have taken delivery of those crude and not have paid for it is if FG is using the crude as all or part of its value of (20%) stocks held in Dangote. In this case, FG would record all crude that can cover the value of of investment in DANGOTE as SIMPLE INVESTMENT, while DANGOTE would record the receipt of such crude as EQUITY. It is after the FG has finished sending the crude to be swapped for cash (as investment) to Dangote that Dangote will then start recording any subsequent crude receipts from FG as STOCK (of raw materials), which he would have to pay when invoice is sent to Dangote by FG. Note: It is ONLY companies established within the FTZ that would not pay state taxes to Lagos State. Companies (established outside FTZ) supplying things to companies within the FTZ will pay appropriate taxes to their respective tax jurisdictions on all chargeable supplies (this would be used to reduce overall tax payables at the end of the year). Our tax experts would understand this better because it is a little bit interwoven but not complex. Tax experts in the house can also shed more light on this and correct me where I could have gone wrong because the law for don change. |
harjay1986:I like your suggestion very well. If Tinubu wants to crash the price, he can subsidize 50% of the DANGOTE fuel with Naira for Nigerians and the price could come back to something like N250 per liter. This would mean we won’t be looking for dollar to defend Naira again because there is no more fuel importation. |
DMerciful:You don’t do things like that in business works. This is a thing that can affect a country, positively or negatively. It has to be approved and be on government’s records before he can start selling. All is just formality but that’s how it has to go. |
Richtaiwo:Thanks for pointing out this. Believe me, it’s never meant to mislead anybody. It’s a typo. |
Sheffieldconsul:Even if a company has salary structure, it doesn’t mean an employer is not ready to pay above that when they see an outstanding candidate. Some hiring managers can go out of their budget for that role by convincing their manager or business heads why they need a candidate even though such candidate is asking for salary outside what is budgeted for. Don’t forget, a candidate is a like a product or a commodity. An employer needs you more than you need them but due to the fact that you don’t want to loose the job or you want to use the job to dey pepper your enemies and brag among your friends and families, you come go undervalue yourself. I see no reason why an applicant won’t insist on what you want to be paid even though it seems higher to your employer. Let them price you for you to know if you can come down a bit. But someone who doesn’t have any job before would think MAKE I DEY TAKE THIS ONE SEE ROAD FEZ. Those are the main reasons lots of candidates earn less. And OP shouldn’t listen to what people are saying. The maximum rise in salary he can get in a year is 10%, out of which a minimum of 20% additional tax on that 10% will be deducted. So everything will be back to ground zero because inflation is also there to contend with. He should quickly look for another job and live. If they want him to stay, they will then renegotiate. |
Jackanda1:Console ke. You have underpriced yourself. Start looking for another job or else, life would be miserable for you enemy there. Assuming you don’t know you bargained less, you may not be psychologically affected. But now that you know, e go be like MONKEY DEY WORK… You don’t know that when you are negotiating or striking a business deal or bargaining for something, the first offer is never the best offer. They have left you. |
Nice one, though long over due. They would need more lecturers. I am certain, they would suffer to get lecturers for AI because they are very very very scarce. What of the salary to pay them? |
Unlimitedwords:Who send you to write this epistle? Na your wife she be or gf or family or friend? Abi you theu try advertise her profession here without paying Seun? Make she go wash off that two drums of paints and putty fez. I wan check something. |
nlfpmod:They would resist it. Apart from the fact that half of them are from that upward region, they make a lot of money on bank supervision and MOVEMENT (of cash - wether to banks or for destruction). O ti dun mon won. Come to think of it, a lot of them lobbied to be posted to Abuja ni o. I have worked in CBN so I know what I am saying. They are bunch of saboteurs. Some don’t touch their monthly salaries, year-round. Throw them out. Let them go and face the fast-pace of life in Lagos. |
Jeezuzpick:I meant NNPC. Be rest assured. There would, for sure, bè price difference. What will DANGOTE gain if he can’t sell petrol also? Do you know the number of vehicles on the road in Lagos alone, including those that come from interstate? They can’t be lesser than 4million. With an average of 10 liters of PMS per day per vehicle, Lagos alone will consume 20million liters from the nearly 41million liters of PMS Dangote will refine per day. The refinery is mainly designed to refine Nigerian-grade crude, although it can refine other grades after a little tweak to the equipment and its recipe. That’s the main reason DANGOTE would prefer to sell locally because he won’t want to be modifying his new equipment just to be able to refine Arabian or American oil grade. Other West African countries are already used to our refined crude. So, it’s a multiple win for the refinery. |
Jeezuzpick:Dangote will crack PMS but won’t sell it until NNPC and marketers fully exhaust their stock imported. That’s the deal. |
Menclothing:That’s what I am saying. They think the guy has come to play. He still has other loading bays at sea o for export. |
gare:Yes. emphatically. DANGOTE has everything to his advantage. The economy of scale is there. The refinery is new. They won’t even think of repair at all for now, other than minor fine-tuning. So his Opex won’t go beyond what he has projected. Don’t forget the refinery is being run majorly by Indians and Indians know how to cut, optimize or minimize cost. Its COGS too would be moderate. Once he gets his procurement right, he can easily bring down the price, in no-distant time. He has most modern loading system, robust end-to-end ERP systems, modern cargo tracking, world-class consultant who would be on ground till everything takes shape because their cost of doing this has been included in building the refinery. I do not say he won’t need other consulting services o but it would be minimal. I see him selling selling at N400 before the year runs out. Do for forget he will have fuel of different grades. Don’t expect all their prices to be the same. You will soon start seen different pumps at our filling stations with different grades of fuel the way it is being down abroad. |
kingralph:No. They don’t calculate like that. 😁😁. Talk to our industrial chemists. They will break it down for you. That 650k you see is for concentrated crude. By the time they add so many things to it and water, they will get 159 litres of petro from 1 barrel. That’s a standard o. They can get more or less. The refinery would not even operate at 100% installed capacity, for now. Max, May be at 50% of installed capacity. Let’s do a simple arithmetic. Assuming the plant is operating at 40% capacity, it means the refinery will use: 40% x 650,000bpd to derive other things among which petrol is included. So Dangote will use 260k barrel of crude oil in a day. Don’t forget we said 1 barrel of crude will give us a standard of 159 liters of petrol (among other derivatives). Therefore, from 260k barrels of crude oil, we expect DANGOTE to get 159 x 260,000 which = 41,340,000 litres of petrol per day. If our local consumption is pegged at 35m litres per day, it means DANGOTE will have an average of 6millions liters of petrol left per day after selling the 35million liters to Nigeria. He can then do whatever it likes with the remaining 6million liters. The supply of crude oil he is getting is on a continuous basis. He needs a minimum of 6m barrels before he could start. That 650k bpd crude can give DANGOTE more than 120m liters of petrol which can serve Nigeria for more than a week because our consumption is not static on 35m liters per day. We can then deduce that the 6million initial crude he received can give him 10 weeks of petrol to be supplied to the market after which he would have received another batch of 6million barrels of crude oil. I hope this is clear. |
Shikini:Those ones, other than BUA and DANGOTE, don’t have catalytic converters to process into PMS. They only got their licenses just to be producing diesel and be exporting to neighboring countries. |
SeeWahala:Diesel is the number reason things are costly. Trucks that move farm produce and other goods around use them. Less than 20% of trucks you see on our roads use petrol. More so, a lot factories use diesel generators to power their equipment and machines. This contributes to high cost of production. Only lite vehicles like cars, vans, okada, semi-trucks etc that carry you and I from point A to point B use petrol. I don’t say this doesn’t add to cost of production o, but you can’t compare their impact with that of diesel. A truck driver was interviewed recently and he said to move product from one of the northern states to one of the eastern states costs him N1.2m in diesel alone. That’s just one way o. He would also pay police at check points, which could cost between N450k and N600k. Aviation fuel too is important because a lot of air fares and air shipments have to come down quickly. No airline would prefer to buy costly Jet A1 fuel from abroad again since they can buy with Naira in Nigeria. Also, foreign airlines can be rest assured that the product will always be available at top grade which could force them to reduce a little from their air fares. |
nairalanda1:I am not loosing an iota of temper over you or anybody. I have told you the simplest truth. Lots of you talk or contribute like babies that are still suc.k1ng bobi. |
Realtruth2023:Tell the whole world. Let’s hear you. We will know if it’s one from one of those talk shops given by 8ters of Nigeria. |
nairalanda1:You could have waited now. Olodo. Just joining the bandwagons of Olodo. Set awon Olodo. |
