Please i need an advice on what to do about my South Africa E-visa update, is still saying Adjudication outcome no document attach.

please is there anything i can do is almost 2weeks now and they are not replying my mails and they are not picking up calls

I have applied for 3 EVisas in total within 6 months, 2 was rejected and the last one was granted.
Within this 3 applications, i sent a follow-up email each on them all.. It took approximately 2 working days and they all replied, even the second one replied and told me i sent an incorrect Ref numb, i had to send another email and they also replied that I'm still on processing time frame, i should wait for additional 5 working days. The last Evisa that was granted, i sent an email, and they replied within 2 working days, with visa grant after 2 rejections.
They always reply my messages.

it also depend where you are in Johannesburg, sad to say but South Africans have lost that city to illegal immigrants,, you hardly hear local dialects when you walk in the streets.

Yeah there are beautiful places in joburg too. I stayed Kempton and within joules area.
But i think the immigrants over there do menial jobs, i would say they lost the country to drug abuse by there own people. That country needs serious sanitation.

it is a safe haven for tourists. And South Africa is many things but not a shithole
I feel you bro.. I have been to the UK and other few countries, SA is indeed a beauty to behold. No where near shithole.
No 1 tourist country in Africa can never be a shithole
Travel / Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by mekanta7(m): 7:15pm On Jan 09
Honestly SA is totally rough but beautiful in a diverse way, Capetown ranks top 10 most beautiful cities in the world. I always stay cape town when I'm in SA, and so far i have only been to Johannesburg, Durban and cape town. Jobug is a war zone, people on the streets are scary.
If you browse on google, it shows capetown as number one murder city in Africa and also top 10 in the world lol.. In my all my visits, my people no place dey safe for SA pass cape town o... Cape town is another version of Switzerland.
In cape town, don't near Mitchell's Plain, na mini colombia be that side.

If you are coming to Capetown, stay at sea point, green point, or v&a waterfront or maybe cbd. Those are central to many Cape Town activities. Dont let anyone scare you.
The link below can help you book popular tourist activities in Capetown at reasonable rates. Much cheaper than anything else online.

Personally had their wine tours 3 different times. Go on tiktok and Instagram and find out for yourself what tourists do.

My brother, this places you mentioned are the most expensive locations in Cptn, i think op should state his budget for clear compass. If he needs something mild, he should consider Observatory, Woodstock, then Parklands and Milnerton for something cheap

That's what I've been made to believe from the previous conversations here. UKVI would send you a rejection letter before sending back the application to the VAC.
It's a 2 way something. I got email from TLS a day before UKVI sent me a refusal letter.
I hope yours is successful.. cheers !!!

This story you narrated cannot work.
Please kindly advise specifically. Because I cannot wait till I start working before I visit the UK again. It's a long years ahead before my graduation.

I will reapply as soon as my circumstances change, maybe in few weeks. My uncle told me to wait for 3 weeks for his account to come upto 15M because he has too many projects at present.

Sorry for the refusal bro.... Can you post the refusal letter so the elder's can advice you on your next application... Did the Eco mention anything about your 4months stay on your previous visit?

Just curious ✌️✌️
Nope the Visa officer didn't say anything. I attached my semester transcript and school calendar showing options for adjustment.

still wont work. Your profile is dodgy. When you start working and can fully sponsor your self or your parents can sponsor you with reasons then go ahead
I'm still a student and working part-time. I earn salary as a co-op worker. I used the same pattern of application last year and I got 6-months visa.
The difference is clearly written on the refusal.
My last application my uncle has 19M closing balance while on this denial, he has 2.1M.. then on my last application, there wasn't any lodgement more than 20k, while on this refusal, there was lodgement of 700k and others. Though I explained all lodgements but the visa officer wasn't convinced.

but I told you that it will be denied.
I want to reapply when I get back from my trip to SA.
I will put my savings account only, which has few lodgements. Then hopefully I will allow my sponsors account to go up to above 10M in closing balance.

Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by mekanta7(m): 10:46am On Jun 30, 2023
My visa was refused. Based on 2 reasons

1. There was a lodgement of 700k in my account on January which I explained on my SOP.
2. My sponsors bank account blew up after these sudden surge in exchange rate. The Visa Officer wasn't satisfied on this two reasons.
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by mekanta7(m): 10:43am On Jun 30, 2023
I want to reapply next month and I want to use the keep my passport option.
My question is ...
If I get notification to send my passport, can I courier it from outside of the country to TLS and back to where I am ?
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by mekanta7(m): 10:43am On Jun 29, 2023
Atinukemi23:

You get email from the UKVI with the reason(s) for the refusal attached.
Then you get an email from the TLS it could be couple of days after telling you, your passport is ready for pick up and if you choose to have your passport delivered by the courier you get your dhl tracking number attached to it.

So the rejection email comes first ?

Please fam, I recently applied for a 2year visa, I used my uncle as sponsor, he gave me his company account bank statement with reference letter from bank which has a busy running credit and debit transactions but the closing balance is not upto 3M. Though on the statement, last day opening balance was upto 9M but before they end of the day when the statement was printed, the balance came down below 3M. On his sponsorship letter, he pledged 1.4M on my travel expenses. It's my second application, I've been to UK once.
Hope this won't affect my application.

Thanks to everyone who answered my questions as regards my brother's visit visa application. He has been granted. Submitted all University related evidence and his bank statement highlighting the funds he receives from parents and siblings.

Another question please. If my outward journey to the UK is through KLM (Amsterdam) and inward back to Nigeria is via Air France (paris). Will I need an airport transit visa or a short stay schengen visa? Its a bit confusing, considering I have to pass through 2 different airports. Anyone with transit visa experience please.thanks
You're good to fly, so far You're not transiting more than 2 schengen zones.

My experience last December while flying from Heathrow to Mauritius:
I was bound Hthw - Amsterdam - Paris - MUR (kLM/ AirFrance)
On boarding at Heathrow Airport, the staff asked me if I have another passport, I said nope, na so she carry my passport komot enter inside room to confirm if I fit fly across, after confirming, na so she come back board me o.. say make I dey enter flight no shaking..
On getting to Amsterdam, layover was 10hrs overnight, and at then, they never display our next boarding gate. Na so guy man sleep for airport.
Fast forward, when my boarding gate later show, e come be say I gats pass immigration to cross over before getting to the gate, na so I reach immigration, then look my passport, tell me say I no fit cross, say I dey enter schengen zone. I explained to the officer, na so em carry my passport enter inside office, call their oga, still come out tell me say e no go work, say make I fly back to UK or make KLM redirect my flight from Amsterdam to MUR, omo I wan mad.
Na so I go KLM counter, go give report give them,
They come redirect my flight. I flew back to UK.
From UK, I fly go France, from France I fly enter Mauritius.

So hence you're not transiting more than 2 schengen zones, you won't pass immigration, you're good to fly.

I know. I gave that explanation for proper clarity, it seem like so many travelers do not know the consequences of over staying what you wrote on the form, ONLY , if ECOs overlook. Always abide by what you wrote.

So you're saying that in my case, I over stayed ?

This is true, but we are just trying to correct some applicants intention of overstaying what you wrote on the form....
Please note ukvi said you can stay for up to 6months on a visit visa, but as an employee does it makes sense to stay away from work for a whole 4months when the job is not a remote job..

I come in peace ✌️✌️
Actually I'm not an employee, rather am a student. An undergraduate student. So i went there during the time I'm supposed to do my internship.

Their is period of stay, Their is visa validity.

Please read visa conditions carefully.

If you are allowed maximum stay for 10 days, do not exceed it.
If your visa conditions allows you for 3 month on a single entry, you can stay uptill 3 month but do not exceed it.

The conditions for every granted permit is always stated in the sticker, including your number of entries e.g 1 - meaning single, Go and come back, with no opportunity to go again, you have to re apply OR M - Go and come back multiple times within a stipulated period.

The argument should be you said 2weeks, and stayed 4months. Did your visa condition allow you ?

We should state facts rather than rigmaroling on issues.

UK visitor visa is always 6 months multiple entry. At the point of entry, the border office stamps you in without any period of stay.
