The problem I'm having is that anytime I touch my phone screen to edit, it zooms first. How can I stop this. I'm using Chrome.

I experience this once in a while too, it actually started after their recent update. What I normally do is zoom it a little bit before I start working the call. I believe their engineers are still doing some fixes on the platform, so this should be fixed soon.

I have been working with the new platform since I started in November last year and I haven't had any problem with it except for that unremoved AI content. This Beta platform is certainly best for phone users. Those who were just migrated to the new platform should just be patient with it because when you finally get a hang of it, you will certainly love it more than the old platform.

Install hackers keyboard from playstore and you will be able to use ''F7 and the others to rewind and fast forward'' Esc to pause and play.

Working with the snippets is better than that keyboard.

Removing the snippets makes it even more stressful because you'd have to be scrolling up and down to play, pause or rewind the audio.

To the old transcribers that has been working on the new platform for some time while using dia phone. How do you get to work faster? Qa just pushed everyone to the new platform and I'm not as fast as the old platform. Any secret will be appreciated.

The new platform is best for phone users. I have been using phone from day one, but after their recent update on the new platform, I noticed that it gets slow with low RAM devices especially if the call is 10 minutes and above. I use a 2gb RAM tablet and a 4gb RAM phone and I've noticed that it's very frustrating to work on long calls with the tablet. So, if your phone has good RAM size, then you're good to go.

Every time I see the leaderboard with over 500 minutes transcribed in this time of scarcity, I keep wondering if those guys see different call list or I'm lazy or those guys on the leaderboard are alien.

Honestly, I wonder where those guys get the calls. I know how I struggle to even reach 200 minutes this period of call draught and somebody is doing 900 minutes. Is there any other badge higher than the Gold badge? Or is it because I'm using smartphone and I don't get to see calls? I'm really confused.
