I can relate to this very well. I could remember when we were the only family that had television in our village then, our compound used to look like crusade ground every evening with people. Even to gain access to our rooms then was a real tug of war for we the owners of the house.

I had access to the corridors of power as a LG deputy speaker between 2007 and 2010.

I contested house of assembly primary election under PDP and lost. I was promised a slot in the incoming govt. if I remain in the party but I refused.

Spent the little savings I made from my tenure and borrowed heavily to finance the election in 2011 with assurance from my god father backing me up (who died before the election)
Unfortunately, I lost the election and sold all my landed Properties to pay off my debts.
My political god father's death cut short my political journey seriously
Those days as an incumbent in a major oil producing local government, the money was flowing. To cut the long story short, I ended up with 7 official baby Mama's now but no wife. I didn't toast any of them for one day, they simply made themselves available.

When bad things or disappointments happen how do you cope? I mean have you never felt like God is punishing you and felt the urge to pray?

When bad things happen to me, I take solace in the fact that worse things has happened to other persons and they are still moving on. Bad things happen to everyone, both the religious and non religious, it's just part of life.

Since I left everything about religion, I've never felt like god is punishing me or the urge to pray. Why would I feel like something I don't believe in is punishing me?

I am an atheist and don't believe in those things. For over 10 years now I've not prayed nor performed any ritual. I live my life without believing that there's a supreme being out there caring for me. Whatever I need, I work towards it and seek help from my fellow humans.

I was born and bred in deeper life too but throughout my adolescent age, the bible teachings never made any sense to me. I had to play along just to respect my parents by going to church. When I got to the university, I had to drop anything called religion because it doesn't make any sense to me.

Basically I lived a life of luxury and everything came crashing down

I left switzerland in December 2019, didn't finish my MBA. No funds. Dad's burial took almost everything . family was in so much debt. Its crazy

Dad died few days I was supposed to leave for switzerland (he was old enough 95 years).

Anyway countdown three years later. I'm doing POS business in Lagos. I tried dispatch business but I stopped after 6 months unable to find quality riders and the Daily headaches.

I used to travel a most every 2 weeks when I was in Switzerland. I've been to France, Germany, London, Dubai for holidays before and now I do a POS business. I don't know why my toes are this way. They look short and smallish in size. I've been embarrassed because of the sizes of my toes, both online here, and even offline. I don't know what to do to increase the size and length and make them to appear bigger. Is there anything I can do to help me achieve this? I really want to change their outlook.
