Mine was not an investment per se but e pain me.

I was in my finals and was looking for how to raise money to be able to face the challenges final year poses. One of my guy asked if I can clean a first year student's lodge for a token. I jumped on the offer, rich kid paid me 5k just to clean a self contained room(it was a new lodge). I went back to the my lodge, I didn't know anything about betting then, but one guy from my lodge won a whopping 450k+, mehn, I jumped into betting and staked all the 5k (the guy who won the 450k was the one that played the game for me). I was so sure I was going to win until I didn't. . Mehn I was livid for a whole month.

I won't rush to buy pocophone now. I will wait till e fall yakata.

You just invest your money and they pay you interest upfront. But the interest doesn't make sense o. Imagine investing 4m and earning interest of 500 and something thousand in a year. That doesn't make sense but it is still better than leaving your money lying fallow in your bank account.

Haven't made up to 200k before ( just finished school and waiting for service).
My problem is, I just focus majorly on my skill (graphix design, web design and programming) which fetches small change rather than looking at the big picture.
My dad is an importer (imports second-hand TVs, laptop, fridges, clothes(okirika) and also groundnut oil and tomato straight from UK) but I dont know why I hardly put interest in that aspect. Maybe I not that business minded individual.

Then, as timaya said " I dey on my own Jehovah just bless me o". God took me from rags, the bottom of the food chain in the family, the most despised and hated, God took me from that to become the richest person in the history of my family. Anyone who doubts the existence of God and his propensity to fight for and bless the underdog, the oppressed, is doing himself a major disservice. I have experienced first hand how God works. It's incredible.
