RabbiDoracle:
People are making money even if the market wants to fall.

Those who bouggt at August low must have cash out with over 60% gain in some stocks.

But what I do not understand is why can't the market fall if it wants to. It is not. Then rise well na and it is not rising well.
I want to believe that it's HOPE that's keeping the market from falling.

The hope that the bull is just around the corner. The hope that FPI's are on their way.

Any small kasala or panic, in my opinion will be catastrophic. Funds have already been sunk in. I doubt there will be buffer to hold it. UBA already dropped 20% from the high it touched, and the guy offloading ain't done yet.

These FPI need to come back, else we no go too enjoy this market.

Hey, just me playing the devil's side. That's my own belief and I could be very wrong.

This doesn't look like bull yet o. It rises for some weeks, it falls afterwards and alternates.

The market is not easy to make calls.

Trade safe. Stay on banks. If you are trapped in it, you will just be enjoying dividends. Buy price is key to enjoying a good DY.
You don dey reset small small.

Very true. new support @8. season of #7 is over. there would be a definite pullback so it's best to chill and buy when the pullback comes instead of buying with the momentum now.
UACN that will trade N7.60 by monday.

o boy, that one predates 2006-9 madness.

That certificate was from 1988
Wawu.

Just go and investigate properly. That company might be the parent company of Cutix, GTB and Seplat. Your indirect holdings might be worth billions by now.

You just want to open old wounds. Abi?

If I bring out my "insurance" company certificates. Those days of PP (Private Placement).

God has punished some brokers shaaa and he will still punish more. One name comes to mind.

Without the FPI coming back en masse, market might remain like this till 2023.....

OMO and Treasury bills money seems to have finished.

We keep watching.

Why are you surprised?

UACN will continue to experience this volatility till.........

I remembered one of our friend here was sad for missing the FO bus.
Lo and behold, the same FO went on full offer somedays later.

The market is always open with opportunities.
Some days later abi the following day?

me I don't even understand the whole movement again. Has trading hours been extended to 2:30pm? I thought all entries ends by 2:20pm according to the last NSE amendment? Am surprised to see the price changing while others are static
Market enters imbalance trading period from 2.20pm and you still get to put up buy/sell positions until 2.28pm.

Then the xgen system will match all qualifying orders and do closure by 2.30pm (that's when you see market activity pouring in like water). This is also the period MM decides on where they want prices to be.

I have also noticed that one doesn't have this option on all brokers platform. I might be wrong though.

With all due respect, UACN did full offer at N7.20, albeit for a short while.
6 millions unit available at N7.50. Where are those that "missed" the wonderful bus at N8, you can board now and collect 50kobo change.

Non-interest income came in strongly during the quarter (+60.5% QoQ to N12.3 billion), largely bolstered by reversal of c.N4.8 billion relating to provisions for litigation deemed no longer necessary. Other components of fee income were relatively flat QoQ.

Adjusting for the impact of the N4.8 billion litigation-related reversal, which we believe is non-recurring, FCMB would have made a loss of c. N1.5 billion in Q3'19. This is concerning, in our view.https://www.proshareng.com/news/Stock---Analyst-Updates/FCMB-Group-Plc-9M-19---Earnings-Falter,-/48243

FCMB result is not good. But the "promoters" will not let it fall. Not without a fight .
You forgot to add with "All Due Respect".

Read page 49.

The bank result was audited. The group result was not audited.

I think they wrote(to NSE) that they want to audit the bank result only.
Oracle, is the result released today audited? YES or NO.

Fcmb don show you something. I am surprised loco was trusting those guys again ....
Ride with FCMB result and probably get burnt, ride with FCMB MM and make money.

Access bank is another bank that has got a great MM. I hope their FY result be a bit disappointing and that will create an opportunity to ride with their MM that very day for a quick 10%!

A very disappointing one but I expect them to manage the price well, it is their way and they've got a very strong and active MM.
I trust their MM too.

But never say never. They might get overpowered.

But if they show their hand, I will party with them.

Liver don dey cut you already on top Zenith? LOL.

Zenith na real yeye stock. Whether it's trading at 11, 15, 25 or 30 naira, it has its own way of misbehaving.

Be weary of pumping more funds into FCMB, the result might already be priced in and might start a downward trajectory once the result is out.

That's my own take shaa. You are entitled to yours, as always.
Will this one start a downward tracjectory?

Well, Monday ain't far!
