Below is the little I can say. My oga's can add more or point out any correction.

1. Will the non controlling interest remain the same?
It will not remain the same depending on how much of their share is diversified in those subsidiaries (Total or partial diversification). You should also note that the more they diversify (away from the subsidiary), the lesser the NCI effect and also the lesser the income from those diversified/discontinued operations.

2. Is there any knowledge as to what these funds will be used for?
Their only commitment so far are expansion of downstream fuel distribution and further investment in storage infrastructure.

3. How does Dangote refinery affect the new Forte oil produced from this spinoff?
There's yet no confirmation on what the "new" Forte Oil will be, I don't see any difference though except that this move will free up cash for the company (cash that might rightly be re-invested or squandered). Unless Dangote decides to use FO as sole distributor of his products, one cannot say for sure what the friendship between Dangote and Femi will fetch FO, there's no clarity yet.

How it affects Diamond bank...MTN is 50% owned by diamond bank, all the profit MTN has made over the years accrued to diamond bank. That is how it would affect diamond bank.

Regarding FO, this should have gone out of your portfolio tey tey. If you still have, it's either you take it as a bad investment and keep it for as long as you want OR sell it now and divert the "leftover" into a beta stock. From the look of things, FO is heading towards N10.

AIICO is the talk of the moment, technically everything is bullish about the stock, but don't pursue the price let the price come and meet you at a reasonable price level (value zone) which for now stands at 0.84

Sentiment wise, FO will double in price should it touch ₦10 or slightly below. Guts feeling. Not that I have any info.

My own pass stubbornness.. I just can’t explain. That is why I’m still holding that particular stock as a reminder..

It's not stubbornness, it's a learning curve. Iron sharpens Iron. You will come out stronger and far better.

One thing I have learnt about NSE is that it's synonymous to day and night. No matter how dark the night might be, there will still be light. No matter how high a stock rises, it will still reverse at a point. There's no performance of any company that has stopped it from reversing when it gets to a point. Our market na kalo kalo and I have learnt to play it with that mindset.

That's my opinion though and that has worked for me for so long. You will soon have a plan that works for you and you better stick to it when you realises that. Leave CP and his fair price, that can also fail at any point in time.

una funny no be small...Diamond bank @50k. that means GTB would be selling below N20. Well I have always said it, Diamond cant go below 1.09. My accumulation zone still stands at 1.09-1.50 until good news enter the market. If Diamond bank is put up for sale today in the market, na them go rush us! question you should ask is what price would Diamond bank be sold, considering its share of Nigeria retail market market?

Diamond stays above 1.09
GTB stays above N30-35
Zenith stays above N20....unless we are going back to 2008 financial crises. Election or not, banks will make profit. Shikena!

Keep loading Sir. Your money, your decision. ₦1.09 is your comfort zone, good for you. My own comfort zone is far below ₦1.00 (Doubt I would even buy this stock) and Q3 will give further guidance. I prefer prices that after making a trade, I could afford to close my eyes and go to sleep.
