Just watch and see how this project slows down and finally becomes abandoned with the new gov't coming in! If the in-coming aviation minister is from one of two places then expect the project -even if they somehow manage to finish it- to be beset by all manner of problems with zero commitment from Abuja, unlike what we saw when Princess Stella was minister!
