PoliticsRe: Orji Advises Igbos To Leave North by mensdept: 12:57am On Apr 05, 2013
my love2011: Orji is the most stupid and worst governor we have in nigeria...how can he advice igbo pple dt is staying in northern part to come home as if his state is a better place to live?I pity for abia pple especialy ABA town cos there is no good road in the Aba.the stupid man dnt ever care to build any road, infact ABIA is worst state in niger also have worst governor.EWU=AWUSA,infact I dnt vex........joor
At last, a person wey get sense.

If you go through this thread you'll find the typical complacent, childish, and outright foolish people commending this common criminal that calls himself Gov. Orji.

Look, this is not Tonto Dikeh on one quack red carpet. Have your minds been reduced to stupidity?

Are you guys bimbos or part of the American Idol brigade?

Theo Orji was in jail the day of the election 2007 on corrpution charges, and was rigged in as governor to protect the looters and current looters of Abia State's state allocation. For 6 years he has done nothing to take any part of Abia state to pre-1983 times.

He's just told you fools he just came back from vacation in AMERIKA, paid for by complacent idiots like you guys, and currently is preparing to give you guys Democracy day address in May.

This mor.on knows what his role is, and it's not to govern or develop anything, just like Orji Kalu. Instead he'd rather "donate" to the army cars and money for "security" efforts when he, Chief Security officer, can't figure out how to do his basic dutites. So you see, he's just a warrant chief carrying out the grand plan. Finish.

So Wake Up folks.
PoliticsRe: Salisu Buhari Appointed Into UNN Governing Council by mensdept: 12:38am On Apr 05, 2013
It's well known that nigeria is a corrupt country, and the people don't mind it at the end of the day. You see, these rogues a.k.a. politicians are paranoid that one day the people may wake up from their stupid sleep and send them to the guillotine that they deserve. Hence, they need to constantly be returned, rigged, and recycled in any capacity possible to be relevant, informed, and immunitized.

What a shame, Buhari for that maatter.
SportsRe: Yobo Blasts Keshi Over Kenya Snub by mensdept: 1:56pm On Apr 03, 2013
Yobo should go into politics where he belongs. Here is a player who was the most uninspiring captain for many years, could not call hi steam or country to order during a disgraceful period of football history, was very much a calamity in the last few years, and then rightfully benched during the last ANC.

But like our politicians and pastors, he wants to continue as "leader", when his time is over.

See during the lifting of the ANC trophy, he was th emost unprofessional, selfish, greedy, and typical "Nigerian" player, not letting anyone else hold the trophy. WHat a disgrace and embarrassment.

Keshi does not need to call you Yobo. You are not bigger than the team, and instead, should support his efforts and speak up for players that were promised bonus from NFF.

PoliticsRe: What Is Nigeria?????????? by mensdept: 5:38am On Apr 02, 2013
^^^^ How Dare you.

How dare you expose our society like this. Don't you know we are believing to be the strongest military in Africa. Did you see that Theo Orji just came back from vacation in AMERICA with wife, and that soon American investors will drive down to Abia state.

Didnt you hear the Sultan abi Sarduana say to give millions to Boko Haram? DOn't you hear that people are already claiming to be the next governors of this state and that state.

Haven't you been on the private jets or "Camps" of our Holy Ghost Mountain Tabernacle Dance and Sing Pastors that speak directly with god every afternoon during lunch break?

DOn't tell me you see that despite these states getting a billion bucks annually in state allocation, there's not even one world class airport, unversity, stadium, highway network, or MEDICAL CENTER.

Hey, havn't you been among those wanting to give birth in AMerica because you secretly know being a Nigerian citizen is worthless, but while in AMerica you buy and buy to pose in 9ja?

Haven't you enjoyed all these pictures of Banky and WIzikid and all AMerican dressing wanna be Hollywood posing stars, even Genevieve and co that are at one "RED CARPET" every weekend, despite not producing any movie hit themselves for over 20 years?

Can't you sit back and enjoy the talks of Fashola abi Okorocha abi Buhari (yes that man from 1983 time) to contest for presidency when 2013 has not even gone half way yet.

You see you have no replies because our people no wan hear the truth. Besides, "what's my business" is our national reply to being serious for a change.
PoliticsRe: Governor Theodore Orji Welcomes Foreign Investors... by mensdept: 5:19am On Apr 02, 2013
patrikobi: Governor Theodore Orji welcomes Foreign investors...

Foreign investors are poised to invest in Abia state as an outcome of their discussions with Governor Theodore Orji during his visit to the United States.
Governor Theodore Orji gave this indication in an interview with newsmen shortly on his return from the United States of America where he spent his vacation with his wife, Mercy.
He said that he had fruitful discussions with some of the investors who are due in the state in due course to do their fusibility studies.

The governor who made his feelings known about the crisis in the PDP said that it is not true that PDP governors absconded from the reconciliation meeting recently organized and maintained that the governors are still PDP members.

He stated that the party is still in charge and argued that what is happening in the PDP is not peculiar to the party as it is also obtains in the other parties.

According to him, the PDP is dynamic and has no problem as it will weather the storm and come out strongly.

On the arrest of perpetrators of the alleged gang rape of an ABSU female student by the police, the governor extolled the police for ascertaining that the incident did not take place in Abia state.

By that act, he said, Abia has been vindicated, adding that those who accused Abia falsely would now hide their face in shame.

He urged journalists to be factual in their reports.
Orji you can try as much as you can to deceive folks with your daily post on nairaland, but you are a disgrace to those that call themselves governors.

So you left your poor state to go on vacation in another country, and after being rigged in as governor for the last 6 years to protect those looting the state allocations, claim that now investors this and that is nonsense.

"Fusibility" my a.ss

agaugust: We didn't force you to contribute anything to this tppic/thread.

That's how some ignorant people think. Then when war comes men like you hide in the toilet and expect military men to go out and die for you and the soldiers wives become widows and their children fatherless. Then you come out of hiding after the war to enjoy life with your own family.

Same way you expect some policemen to fight armed robbers and die to protect you, your fat wife, your trembling children.

You sound like a real coward first class.
Well "Oga at the Top", looks like the only folks that would follow you to a war are those from the Ni.GGA Area, that are beating their chest that they are the strongest army in AFrica.

Because you folks have not even fought any war in your history, you are dreaming of glory found on history channel, when your village has never seen common light.

So go ahead and jump Ejot!

PoliticsRe: Nigeria's Airports Are Improving Significantly - Arik by mensdept: 12:44am On Apr 02, 2013
Honestly, alot of the airports in the country have been upgraded from the crap they were, some crappy since the 1970's. However, the upgrade takes these airports into the 3rd division of airports, far from premier world class airports easily found in every continent.

It's a fair start, but our structures need to be upgraded to world class levels and not "They don try" levels.

PoliticsRe: Name National Library After Achebe: Reps To FG by mensdept: 1:12pm On Mar 27, 2013
Of course, Nigeria is a country desperate to look for national heros like almost all the other nations that have produced the like. We need this to justify our deplorable forced existence and to feel we are on the same level as France or America.

Nevertheless, its's funny that national monuments are going for men who died for what they believed in- the advancement of their people, and not of their pockets.

So whether its national library ABuja, or a library in Anambra or Enugu, Achebe is respected hero for Africans, and all haters can hate.

Those haters haven't done anything to match even Achebe's driver in their lives, but can drink garri very well.

Is it the Hausa-Fulani. No
Is it Yoruba. No
Is it Igbo. No
Is it Efik/Ibibio. No
Is it Nupe. No
Is it Igala. No
Is it Bini. Of course not
What of Bakassi?

He was a foolish young man that was used and dumped by British and the Emirs and after all said and done, he was overthrown and has not been brought back, even like OBJ or Buhari who were yesteryear men.

SO he's a nobody and he knows that.

PoliticsRe: List Of People Pardoned By Bill Clinton (Re: GEJ's Pardon Of Alamieyeseigha) by mensdept: 1:20am On Mar 26, 2013
It was the same Bill Clinton who did for us what we, the so-called giant of AFrica, a country of over 150 mill could not do for ourselves, that is, democracy.

Bill Clinton was one of the best governors in America (unlike GEJ is Bayelsa) and was a great president, even till date he's well received in his country, where people instead of just copy copy like Nigeria, get their hands dirty if need be to protect their rights.

Yet we in Nigeria expect to have constant light, good roads, and world class soccer stadiums and airports, yet we cant drag out those pastors owning private jets nor generals like IBB and beat them the way we do petty criminals on the street. We dont want to have a serious revolution like all those countries that we run to for vacation or visa, yet expect our government to overnite be transparent.

GEJ can pardon yet can't progress his country like other men for their people.

PoliticsRe: Time To Boot Out Gej by mensdept: 1:04am On Mar 26, 2013
We can boot out GEJ, but what about the Senate led by a person who's paid thousands to German doctors in Germany when he could have crafted Africa's premier healthcare center, that is, David Mark?

What about booting all the 36 states created by military thugs that seeked to divide and redivide the people, making corruption rather easy to do and stall any revolution against the status quo.

What about booting all those pastors that normally could not have amassed to anything in any other country, but have turned into private jet owners, university and camp owners, and yet, have not led any 1 million man march calling for the sacking or arrest of known criminal politicians.

WHat about booting out our mentality to celebrate wannabe actors and musicians who dress like Little Wayne, but can't articulate a vision to free the country of criminals, or old tired men like Buhari who decide they must be presidential candidate every time yet dont' speak up and against criminal elements.

How about we boot out our current culture of anything goes period.
PoliticsRe: Alamisiegha's Pardon: US Expresses Regret by mensdept: 12:50am On Mar 26, 2013
taharqa: This USA Business is just too damn HYPOCRITICAL:

US Presidents have routinely given Pardons to more people with crimes far greater than those of Thief Alams, and in a few instance, in more morally periled circumstances. Hardly any of them have not given Pardons to less than a 100 CRIMINALS (Spies, tax cheats, fraudsters, corrupt persons, murderers, etc, including 'Prisoners of Conscience' of course). How many times has Nigeria, or any country for that matter, expressed 'disappointment' over such pardons??

Bill Clinton's last Executive action in Office (Jan 20, 2001) was to grant Pardon to a former Business partner of his who was linked to the (in)famous WhiteWaters Scandal ( a corruption case which even somehow roped Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary) and also to his own Brother, who had been convicted of Cocaine Possession. Bill Clinton ended up granting I think almost 500 Presidential Pardons.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/1318811/Clinton-grants-pardon-for-his-drug-offending-brother.html

President Gerald Ford also granted Pardon to his immediate Boss and preceding President ( Richard Nixon) after the (in)famous WaterGate Scandal (a grand scheme that involved Perjury, Corruption etc at the highest levels of the US Govt); as a matter of fact, he granted the ex-President 'Unconditional Pardon' to prevent him from even been tried in the US Courts for his crimes!! Yea, that right: unlike Thief Alams that was even convicted in our own court, ex-President Nixon was 'forgiven of ALL his sins, known and unknown' by President Ford's Pardon which ensured that he couldn't even be prosecuted. These examples are in no way Exceptional in the history of the granting of Presidential Pardons in the USA. Is this the same country you are 'happy' is criticizing your own country for doing way less than what they have done at various times, including recently??

There is NOTHING wrong ordinarily in granting pardons to CRIMINALS, afterall, Pardons are meant for Sinners and not Saints. GEJ's Pardon to Thief Alams is only wrong to the extent of the peculiar situation of Nigeria ie the Perception it gives about the ongoing 'Fight on Corruption'; and I agree completely on this grounds with people who have criticized this particular decision of GEJ, esp as Perception could often times be as powerful as Reality. However, I insist that we can criticize the decision without further 'foooling' ourselves and taking thrash from HYPOCRITES who do even 'worse' in this respect.

The USA should keep SHUT on this issue; if they dont, then we ought to remind them to so do
Let me say that Goodluck Johnathan is not any Bill Clinton, nor Ford, and that the US is a great country that everyone in 9ja is literally begging to run to, either to give birth, medical checkup, or to escape the filth in Nigeria.

Just because Oyibo people who have long figured out how to give their people good government, and people figuring how to hold their gov't accountable, even to the point of violent revolution, have "Pardoned" folks, does not mean corrupt a.zz Nigeria should copy for the sake of "Acting Presidential".

Imagine Theor Orji who is a RETAR.D giving Christmas address because Queen Eliza does so, yet the local ugly man hasnt done a single thing in the last 6 years to improve Abia or the Eastern Region to levels that are world class with all the state allocation.

We can't copy the West when it comes to revolution, good roads, seriousness, but like to post pictures of Genevieve on one quack red carpet, Pardon morons to feel like we too are presidential, go to shuurrch to dance with pastors aiming to buy private jets, and import beginning of discussion when we can't produce anything, and watch EPL as if we are the English themselves.
PoliticsRe: A Northerner Must Emerge In 2015 Or Nigeria Will Divide - Lawal Kaita by mensdept: 12:39am On Mar 26, 2013
So saying Nigeria will divide means what? Is that supposed to frighten anyone? All they know is "I will die for Nigeria (Obasanjo)" and now this local man called Kaita.

To tell us how best to combat Boko Haram they can't. To develop and build world class structures they can't. To provide steady light and good roads like those countries David Mark and Sullivan Chime are running to for med checkup, they can't.

Instead it's the same old same old bull.s.hit of Nigeria may this and that.
