If a cup of garri contains about 360 calories, out of which 99% is carbohydrate, what percentage is roughages, 1%? Besides how many grams is a cup of garri? As calories are calculated relative to grams. bodeluke: Cassava which is the root from which garri is produced is rich in carbohydrate. A cup of garri contains about 360 calories, out of which 99% is carbohydrate. Hence, Excess consumption can lead to storing of excess carbs in the body and this can lead to unnecessary weight gain. With these stated side effects, you may be wondering what to do. I know you love garri, I really do too. However there is need to take caution so as to prevent any negative health implications. As stated above, proper processing of the garri can dramatically reduce the level of cyanide. Hence, it is advisable that you purchase your garri from trusted sources and just as the popular saying goes, “moderation is key”. Moderate your overall consumption of garri.

Nothing was able to withstand or block the liberating capacity of the music of Orpheus. Orpheus had served notice to humanity that music liberates. Music frees people from tyranny. Such is the awesome power of the musician. If 2Baba is favoured by the Muses, then this is not a protest but a music carnival. |

See lecturer, if you check what I wrote is in quotes, meaning I copied it. Do yourself a favour and lecture yourself on how not to plagiarise Wikipedia. @bolded, I now understand why you said Igbo is not a tribe. ariesbull: Let me lecture you
A tribe is viewed, developmentally or historically, as a social group existing before the development of, or outside, states. A tribe is a group of distinct people, dependent on their land for their livelihood, who are largely self-sufficient, and not integrated into the national society.
An ethnic group or ethnicity is a category of people who identify with each other based on similarities, such as common ancestral, language, social, cultural or national experiences.[1][2] Unlike other social groups (wealth, age, hobbies), ethnicity is often an inherited status based on the society in which one lives. In some cases, it can be adopted if a person moves into another society. Membership of an ethnic group tends to be defined by a shared cultural heritage, ancestry, origin myth, history, homeland, language or dialect, symbolic systems such as religion, mythology and ritual, cuisine, dressing style, art, and physical appearance.

ariesbull: Maybe explain to the world how population can be separated from a tribe
One-time I wonder who's people write
Mind you these are not tribes...These are ethnicity. Igbo isn't a tribe but ethnicity People like you are the reason igbos are accused of not knowing what they want. "Ethnicity is all about how a person was raised: what they ate/drank, the music they listened/danced to, the language they spoke, their religion, their politics, type clothing worn, type housing lived in, etc. A tribe is a group of people, usually related, made up of bands. Bands are the smallest social group after a family. A tribe is all of the same ethnicity." |

Trump seeff. As is Trump banned oil from Muslim countries. If America don't go to war their military industrial complex will grind to a halt and that is not good for their economy. |

There is a misunderstanding of terms, that someone uses or said "OMG" (Oh my God) doesn't mean s/he is referring to your God, that will presume we all worship the same God, which we don't.
Jehovah is the name of the Jewish God, just like Brahma is the name of the Hindu God, or Amen-Ra of Egypt, or Oludumare of Yoruba, Amadioha of Igbo, etc. |
Celebrities › Re: What "Yahoo Boy Pastors" Do To Innocent Members By Daddy Freeze by menxer: 7:25am On Jan 30, 2017 |
One thing we seem to overlook is the "practice" of equating God's blessings to how much you give to pastor/church which undermines the concept of grace.
Now it is the more you give to pastor, the more you experience God's grace.
I have nothing against giving to pastors but when people are manipulated with words to achieve that.... SMH |

9tailskid: Lol, i know it's not which do you recommend as regards to the options you listed? and the p2p sites you noted, how credible are they 9tailskid: Btw, do i need to buy the bitcoins first before i get started or what? Talking about bitcoin is asking for a ban, hope you know that. Depending on the site, some have the option to charge/convert directly from your naira account, but for others you will need to buy bitcoin first. As for reliable sites, that's relative and time bound. Some were reliable but later turn out to be scam. You will need to do some searches and take some calculated risk. |
