The states in question should come up with a tax called Offshore Headquarters Tax.
So a simple law is enacted that says if you are an extractive company, you should have your headquarters located at least 200km from your highest concentration of extractive activity.
Now if you don't want to comply, it isn't a crime. You just have to pay the Offshore Headquarters Tax which should be minimum 20% of profits from extractive activity. A very tactically apt solution. |

Sanchez01: I totally agree but I am not comfortable with the 'without a degree' part as it is totally impossible to be without a degree but gather experiences over the years, because the man with so many experiences started small at first. I would prefer you say someone with a lower class of degree; say a pass or even third class.
Personally, I have come to categorize resumés in two; that of an experienced fellow, which doesn't carry his class of degree and that of a rookie, which he ignorantly displays without cognate experience. The latter, I believe, does so to fill the void for his inability to produce enough experience. However, some companies fall for this and often resort to training folks in this category. Unfortunately, most companies these days consider training and retraining processes expensive and tend to avoid them at all cost, just so they could cut expenses.
The primary reason why most graduates with amazing grades cannot land a job is because they take pride in their certificates, believing it would fetch them everything in life without lifting a muscle. The effect of this is a long term one having rejected jobs they consider way below them. Eventually, they are considered unemployable and be termed unproductive.
Ironically, those who go far and sit on the food chains in their sectors are mostly those with years of cognate experiences while only a too few sit with them with their said high valued class of degree. Years of cognate experience far outweighs any class of degree. Best argument so far. Degree is not cheap neither is experience. |

I have no doubt at all in my mind that this fake apostle had sexual and indecent relationship with this lady. A lot of people know this is the utter and complete truth if they search their heart of hearts.
The girl has been threatening him for a long time to spill the details of their love affair. Apostle saw this coming hence all his fake prophesies about this year being a challenging year for him and that people will attack him. It's also possible he made the Fulani statement intentionally as he knew it would cause outrage and that would be his joker/trump card (he would claim political persecution) once the scandal was in the open. This is exactly what is playing out.
Apostle is an utter and complete disgrace to the Christian faith/clergy. He had an improper/indecent relationship with that girl.
This case can only get messier and his reputation is already in tatters. David (a man after God's heart) as evidenced in the Bible committed adultery and was instrumental in the death of the husband of the woman with whom he had adultery with. So I do not understand why Apostle is trying to lie about his indiscretion. Every man/woman has their weakness. His own is obviously WOMEN !!
All this damage control he is doing is nothing but a waste of time.
It wont cost the girl anything to obtain call logs from her phone provider in canada, bank statements, etc. I trust Keyamo. By the time further incriminating evidence are revealed, it will be the Apostle pleading for an out of court settlement. The problem I see with religion is the cloak of infallibility that forecloses any form of critical questioning, which is why some people are labeled atheist or heretics; Yet, the actions, inactions, utterances of religious adherents in the name of their God have all the hallmarks of fallibility.
The Bible says, "to the pure all things are pure, to the depraved all things are depraved," meaning if you are an honest person (for instance) whether you belong to a religious group (church/mosque) or not, you are an honest person and it will show in your actions, inactions or utterances. And vice versa. |
