He scammed me of 25k.
I went to bank on Friday to report him.My bank said they can't do anything since I was the one that sent him the money.
One of customer care said I can only goto the law enforcement agency to table the matter,obtain police report and court order.
Their protocols just weak me,I left the bank in anger.

If all these things can be tackled,the Lagos will be rubbing shoulder with other developed first tier cities in Africa

. Be deceiving yourself the only thing I can say about Abidjan is stable electricity apart from that Lagos stand out amongst the best city to hustle in Africa countries. The police harassment to foreigners is nothing to talk about.

Abidjan has better road network,Better skylines(skyscrapers), beautiful beaches,airports,malls,cleaner water and they are generally more happy people

No,Headtrader wasn't the guy that scammed me.I didn't even know the guy's username because he was the one that chatted me up.
I never had any conversation with headtrader prior to the time i was defrauded with regards to trading procedures,I only follow his tutorials and guidelines here.
