PoliticsRe: Atiku Reacts To Tinubu Slipping While Climbing Parade Vehicle by meshinoye(m): 5:12pm On Jun 12, 2024
Presidential falls by heavyweight leaders of the world.

Below are eight other presidents and prime ministers who fell during public events.

1. Joe Biden: Like Mr Tinubu, the 46th U.S. president’s physical capability is of major public concern. In June 2023, Mr Biden fell down on stage while handing out diplomas at a graduation ceremony for the US Air Force Academy. He was reported to have stumbled on a sandbag, which tripped him. The 81-year-old, who survived the incident without being hurt joking, told reporters that he “got sandbagged.”

2. Xi Jinping, the Chinese president, slipped and was so close to landing on the floor during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2019. He was on the stage with UN Secretary General António Guterres and other world leaders when Mr Xi slowly started to fall before he was rescued by security personnel.

3. Vladimir Putin, the Russian leader who loves to display his aura, saw himself on the floor during a 2019 hockey game he played in. He was doing a victory lap around Sochi’s Bolshoy Ice Dome and applauding fans when he slammed on the floor.

4. Robert Mugabe, the late Zimbabwean Prime Minister, saw himself flying down a red carpet in 2015 upon arriving at the country’s capital city of Harare. Some journalists were forced to delete videos and photos of the incident to suppress the embarrassment.

5. Gerald Ford, the 38th U.S. president, was captured falling down by the media while disembarking from Air Force One during an overseas trip to Salzburg, Austria, in 1975. “Thank you for your gracious welcome to Salzburg, and I am sorry I tumbled in,” Mr Ford said.

6. Helle Thorning-Schmidt, the 26th Danish prime minister, landed on her knees and hands while walking down the stairs during a 2015 visit to France’s Elysee Palace. She let out a scream as she slipped.

7. Boris Johnson, the former United Kingdom prime minister, was a victim of an epic fall after he tripped and landed on the floor during a charity tug-of-war game at a World War I commemoration event with Britain’s armed forces in 2015.

8. Margaret Thatcher is another former United Kingdom prime minister on the list. In 1982, during a political meeting in Beijing about negotiating the future of the then-British colonial territory of Hong Kong, Ms Thatcher slipped and fell.

President Tinubu is not a Superman. He is human like all of us.

Let be careful the way we mocked the aged so that it will not come back to hurt us when we become aged too.

I guess Polytechnic education should be scrapped instead of going through all this unnecessary debates when there is no job for both HND and B.Sc in Nigeria.

My sister had HND Upper Credit and B.Sc 2:1 from a federal Polytechnic and federal University in Nigeria, as at today NO JOB!

Our leaders don't no what they are doing.
CareerRe: Academic Advice; as an HND graduate what next? PGD or BSC by meshinoye(m): 2:59pm On May 30, 2022
HND+ Bsc or HND only. They are both meaningless nowadays. Go for professional certification in IT or write ICAN or ACCA( ACCA will even offer u B.sc,M.sc, MBA) if you so desire to hold all those paper degrees.

Most HND holders also holds B.sc , employers are no longer looking out for that.

PoliticsRe: 2019: Shehu Sani Lists 6 Men Who Have Integrity Like President Buhari by meshinoye(m): 1:38pm On May 16, 2018
The electoral Act did not mention WAEC certificate as a prerequisite to contest any political office. The law simply mentioned ' school certifate'. The school certificate was not defined by the Act, so it can be Nursary school certificate or Primary school certificate etc. The subject matter here is school certificate!

Again, Chief of Army staff gives soldiers orders. PMB is just a ceremonial C in C.

i love Buhari, but is Buhari really a man of integrity or has the meaning of integrity changed ?

Is it not buhari that flouted the INEC regulations and contested election without any record of passing WAEC.

Is it not the same Buhari that has flouted rule of law and kept some individuals without trial in jail
Is it not the same Buhari that has allowed some chronically corrupt fellows to be walking free while using the brute force of the law against some other people becuase they are not his tribe and not his party members.
Is it not Buhari that ordered soldiers to shoot unarmed protesters while urging the public to take to court any armed herdsmen

The same buhari instigated the death of 7 corpers when he lost an election against Goodluck in 2011

Truth has indeed failed in Nigeria so it seems but the Judgement of God is defnitely sure , the blood of the innocent will not go unaacounted[/quote]
PoliticsRe: How Many Employment Opportunities Have You Created?- Yoruba Youth Group Asks PMB by meshinoye(m): 8:19am On Apr 21, 2018
'LAZY YOUTH': BUHARI IS TOO HONEST TO LEAD NIGERIA

“About the economy, we have a very young population. Our population is estimated conservatively to be 180 million. This is a very conservative one. More than 60 percent of that population is below 30. A lot of them haven’t been to school and they are claiming that Nigeria is an oil producing country, therefore, they should sit and do nothing, and get housing, healthcare and education for free."

These are the exact words of Presdient Muhammadu Buhari. Where in the above statements did Buhari say the Nigerian youth are lazy? Or is it a case of giving a dog bad name in other to hang it? The mischiefmakers will always something to latch on. My ken of elementary English tells me there's a wide difference between 'a lot of' and the word 'all'. How and when the 'a lot of' now transmutes to 'all' is what's a mystery. Now let's analyse those statements.

"...more than 60% of that population is below 30..." Those of you ranting up and down on the social media showing your degree certificates, how many of you are below 30 years of age? What connection does that speech have with you?

"...a lot of them have not been to school and they're claiming that Nigeria is an oil producing country...." Can you fault this too? If yes, why do we have almajiris in the north on the increase? If PMB is wrong, why do the average Niger Delta boy, not resident outside his region prefer to live in the creek, vandalize pipelines to make quick money after all it's their 'oyel money'?

Now let's even agree he called the youth lazy, is it not the obvious truth? What's the age range of those idiots that struck Offa, Kwara State recently killings scores of people? They are less than 30. What're they looking for? Quick money. What's the range of those doing Yahoo plus? Those involved in kidnapping ñkó? The touts killing for politicians? Your guess is as good as mine. Only recently, students of less than 25 years of age were arrested at the front gate of Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) with 3 human heads. What were they looking for? Quick money.

But in all of these attacks on Buhari, what did the 'herdsmedia' want you to believe? “Buhari said that all Nigerian youths are uneducated, very lazy and they don’t like to work.” That's the narrative sold to you. And you sheepishly and gullibly fell for it, because a man you loathe so much is at the helms.

Accounting profession is beyond Dr and Cr or IT, The IT can only handles the bookkeeping aspect which is not an accountant job. Let wait untill robot start representing clients in the court of law before we start talking of IT taking over Accountant job.

Congrats to him. They should all join hands and work together. I thought Chief Dopkpesi was a popular candidate, it's unfortunate that he lost woefully after touring the whole country!

Politicians and decit. All I see is the Northern ground plan to win election in the South. (President - North, VP South South or South West) It's a good strategy if you ask me.

Honestly, it will be a very difficult task to win PMB (although it's doable), considering the electral act that stipulated ' to win a presidential election, candidate must win 2/3 of all the state of the federation plus the FCT and scored highest numbers of votes'. Yes, PDP will captured SS & SE but to get 2/3 in SW, NW,NC,&NE needs a well planned strategy. If APC can get second position in Anambra election, then 2/3 is possible in Anambra, Imo and Edo.
PoliticsThe Kiss Of A Married Woman Scattered Mugabe's Kingdom by meshinoye(op): 9:43pm On Nov 19, 2017
THE KISS OF A MARRIED WOMAN THAT EVENTUALLY SCATTERED MUGABE'S KINGDOM; ADAM AND EVE ALL OVER AGAIN.

Now, it's difficult to piece together what is going to become of Zimbabwe after now, however history gives us a peek at the key actors in the drama currently playing out.

Now, this is the story you probably didn't know.

Mugabe, the deposed President of Zimbabwe, Constantine Chiwenga the Head of the Zimbabwean Military and Mnangagwa the sacked Vice President of Zimbabwe are all friends, very good friends, they are comrades.

The three men were in their 20's when they entered the bushes and took part in the liberation struggle to free Zimbabwe from white rule.

Mugabe who was initially the Secretary General of ZANU PF, became the head of state, the other two men were equally given plum positions of power and have continued as the 3 musketeers presiding over the destiny of Zimbabwe for 37 years.

Sometime in the 90's - Mugabe, the first musketeer fell in love with his personal secretary who happened to be another man's wife at the time, the lady's name was Grace and she became his mistress.

While Mugabe was still married, Grace had children for him.

In 1996 they became man and wife after the death of Mugabe's first spouse. But Grace was no ordinary mistress turned wife, she was not ready to take a backseat, she turned herself into Mugabe's political confidant, she used the bed and made her way to the very centre of Zimbabwean politics straining the relationship between Mugabe and his two comrades.

Mnangagwa the 2nd musketeer after many years of loyalty became Mugabe's Vice President in 2014, paving the way for his eventual hold on power should Mugabe retire, resign or die.

But Grace had other ideas she wangled her way into ZANU PF's politburo and began her move to take out Mnangagwa and take power from her ailing husband.

In August 2017, Mnangagwa accused certain persons in the party of trying to poison him and made references to Grace.

This didn't go down well with Mugabe, how could anyone accuse his beautiful Serengeti Rose flower.

What Mugabe forgot was that boys are allowed to fight but the brotherhood must stay strong and united.

In a move that shocked everyone (but didn't shock his beloved Grace), he removed Mnangagwa from the position of Vice President, Mnangagwa not sure of what Grace will do to him fled to South Africa.

Now, in comes the 3rd musketeer Chiwenga Head of the Zimbabwaean military, a friend and brother of both Mugabe and Mnangagwa;

"this is all the fault of one woman",

he is probably thinking in his mind...

..."we were one until this woman came. I trust Mnangagwa to takeover, I don't know this woman; by the way, where was she when we were sleeping in the bushes before the liberation".

Chiwenga sends a warning to Mugabe advising him to put his house in order, the first time he has ever spoken this way to his senior comrade. Thinking Mugabe will take the signal, call him, negotiate and talk things over a cup of tea.

NO!

Mugabe does the exact opposite, he sends his Minister of Information to tell the Army General to stay out of State matters, Mugabe then finalises plans to sack Chiwenga perhaps to pave an unhindered route to the throne for Grace.

He probably thought power is sexually transmitted! (Laughs!).

The military chief thought this had gone too far his brother and comrade in arms had drunk deep from the strange woman's bosom, it wasn't him acting any longer, so he rolled out his tanks early yesterday morning.

He's therefore right when he says,

"this is not a coup" ;

when you really look at it, 3 friends have only fallen out over the inordinate ambitions of a woman.

Latest reportś say Mnangagwa the 2nd Musketeer is on his way back from South Africa, i've just read a report he's going to be installed interim President.

The 1st Musketter Mugabe is under house arrest. The 3rd Musketter is in the saddle promising calm and quick elections.

The 3 men have held Zimbabwe under lock and key for 37yrs, this is nothing but a change of baton.

Zimbabwe needs a real revolution out of the hands of the veterans of the liberation struggle.

No doubt in the 21st century, Zimbabwe is the frozen out Animal Farm in George Orwells celebrated work.

Meanwhile the woman Grace, who started the whole katakata, I hear has fled the country leaving her beloved husband who sacrificed everything, to face an uncertain fate.

16million Zimbabweans could not remove Mugabe, but a woman did!

And to all men, your mother had always been right when she told you;

"Son, be careful of who you fall in love with, and eventually marry. It may pave the way for your progress or lead you blindly to eternal doom".

When will men ever learn not to take a bite from the apple, over and over again?

(Musings : The apple device logo was probably meant to remind them, but most still fall into the same pit!).

This is a great lesson to all men who heed the warnings!

1. Statutory Audit ( Only done by licensed auditors not computers)
2. Liquidators & Executorship
3.Tax Accounting
4.Inventory Accountant
5. Company's secretary (The law allows Chartered Accountants, Chartered Secretary and Lawyers only, to carry out this duties)
And lots more.

Accounting Profession is regulated by law. Banking is a single industry, Accountant are needed in all Industries either statutorily or non statutorily.

 DRUMS OF WAR.

As ethnic lords from the North, East, West and South continue in efforts to trigger a second civil war, international military hardware merchants who brainwashed the foreign based agitators to employ an uncompromising attitude are instigating and preparing to sell their arms while we get our parents, wives and children ready to pay the bitter prices.

The gullible ones believe war is the answer and provoking same by their words and actions each passing day, the unwise ones are so selfish and inconsiderate, refusing to caution their people, thinking that their families or any part of the country will be immune to the consequences of a possible 2017 civil war simply because they didn't participate in the agitation.

Perhaps, many do not know that the Civil War didn't extend beyond Ore to the West and didn't exceed Benue to the North. At the very end, both gladiators (Gowon & Ojukwu) lived because they never set foot upon the battlefield of the wars they ignited but over three million innocent women, children and elderly died unnecessarily. Meanwhile, all the crooks travelled to safe areas with their families just as would repeat should another civil war breakout. Niger Delta militant generals are all alive but over 60% of their boys are dead, Al Zakzarki is alive but hundreds of his gullible followers are dead.

As you continue to conjure the next civil war, call for a town hall meeting in your respective communities and prepare the minds of your aged parents for a violent death, counsel your wives and daughters of the emotional trauma that incessant rapes would create because surely over 30% shall be raped in just 6mths of chaos. Also, make plans because most of your children shall become orphans and child soldiers and those who survive shall end up in REFUGEE Camps in Niger, Chad, Benin Republic and Cameroon.

The last Civil war was ignited on a conference table and was also resolved on a conference table, wouldn't it be wiser to have avoided the war in between.

Like and Share, we must not continue in silence until our loved ones become the collateral damage.please send it out to every one to read
