This story no clear at all. So kidnap suspect was arrested and he led police to their hideout. Police couldn't catch one member of his team but he only suspect was KIA.

While we commend the police for rescuing the victim,more efforts should be put in to ensure that suspects are kept alive to enable investigation. The people who supplied the guns will just recruit from the immense number of "get rich youths" and continue where they stopped.
